Tassel boots
I bought a pair of Tassel boots from there recently, but unfortunately, one of them was faulty. I got in touch with Customer Services right away and sent them some pictures of the problem along with my proof of purchase. The team got back to me quickly and gave me three really good options to sort it out. I chose to get a new pair of boots and was getting ready to head back to the Duke Street shop where I got them from. But surprise, surprise, I found out I could send them back for free with Royal Mail, which was super handy because I don't actually live in London. The people at the Duke Street shop were so nice and helpful throughout the whole thing. I was expecting to wait a couple of weeks for the new boots, but they actually arrived in just a few days, all nicely wrapped up just like everything else I've bought from them. I'm really impressed with how well they handled my issue - it's made me even more of a fan of the quality products and craftsmanship you get from this shop.
Ankle boots purchase
I bought a lovely pair of ankle boots recently and I have to say, the customer service I received was top-notch. The staff, especially Poppy, really knew their stuff and were so helpful from start to finish. They gave me great advice on the boots I was looking at and helped me find the perfect pair that matched my style. I loved how they paid attention to the little details and made the whole experience feel personalised. When I needed to exchange for a different size, they sorted it out quickly and without any fuss. I was really impressed by the level of professionalism and care shown by the staff at the store.
Sandals and Boots
I recently bought some really awesome sandals and boots from this shop and they were super nice and comfy. Unfortunately, the boots turned out to be too big for my feet so I had to send them back and exchange them for a smaller size. The shop actually offers a cool voucher discount and I also got free postage, but I couldn't use both at once which was a bummer. I decided to email them about it and amazingly, they sorted everything out really quickly, even on a Bank Holiday weekend! I also loved the packaging, as there was no plastic involved and the boxes were perfectly sized for my shoes.
Chelsea boots in leopard print
I'm absolutely loving my new Chelsea boots in leopard print! The quality is amazing and the design is just stunning. I've already had loads of compliments on them. The customer service was fantastic too, the staff were really helpful with getting the right size for me. I've been a loyal customer for years and will definitely continue to support this brand. And if their shoes are good enough for royalty, that really says a lot about the quality they offer.
Leather boots
I bought a pair of leather boots from this shop recently and I have to say, I am really impressed with the quality and how well they are made. They are exactly what I wanted - stylish and well-crafted. They fit perfectly and the design is exactly what I had in mind. The leather used is top-notch, and I believe these boots will last me for a long time.
Stunningly designed boots
These boots are just gorgeous and so well put together. The design details are just spot on. It would be amazing though, if they offered half sizes for people like me who are true 1/2 siziers.
Shoes
I bought some shoes from this shop recently but they didn't fit me right, so I had to send them back. I contacted Customer Services to get my money refunded, and I have to admit, I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they dealt with my request. They were very professional and sorted out my return smoothly and without any trouble. Although the shoes weren't suitable for me, the great customer service I received has definitely stayed with me.
Waterproof boots
I recently got myself a new pair of waterproof boots because I needed something sturdy for walking my dog in the wet bogs of Scotland. My last pair lasted me a good 25 years, so I thought I could rely on the quality of these ones. The only letdown was they didn't come in a longer leg length, which was a bit of a shame. Nevertheless, I was really impressed with how well-made the boots were and I reckon they'll see me through many adventures ahead.
Chelsea Boots
The customer service in this shop is absolutely fantastic. I was helped by Debbie, who was really helpful and knew a lot. I've been here before and always had a good experience, and this time was no different. Debbie really went out of her way to help me find the perfect Chelsea boots I was after. Kimberley was also great, and all in all, I couldn't be happier with the service I got. I'll definitely come back here again.
Waterproofed boots
I absolutely love the boots I ordered - they've really blown me away! Not only are they top-quality, but they fit like a dream and are so comfy. I was chuffed to see that they came pre-treated to be waterproof, which is a nice little extra. The delivery was super speedy, and they came in a lovely fabric bag inside the box. I got them just a few days after ordering. I can't recommend these boots highly enough! Thanks a lot!
Nelson Leather Boot
I was really impressed by how the boots looked at first, but I was let down by the quality as they make a loud creaking noise every time I take a step. I had to return them even though they looked really nice.
Bootee slippers for cold days
These slippers are an absolute dream! They feel like a warm hug for my feet with their wool and sheepskin lining. I bought them for those icy days when normal slippers just don't do the trick, and they're spot on. The high sides and sturdy sole add to the comfort, and there's enough space for a chunky sock. I couldn't be happier with this buy, I definitely suggest them to anyone in need of toasty indoor footwear.
Boots purchase, disappointed with fit
The company did a good job overall, but I was a bit let down by the additional shipping cost considering how much the product already cost. The boots looked great on the outside, but the padding inside felt a bit thin and uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I would have bothered ordering a replacement in the correct size if it had been available.
Ankle boots
I bought a new pair of ankle boots from this shop not long ago and honestly, I have to say I'm really impressed. The boots are top-notch quality, super comfy and look really stylish. The customer service I got was amazing, the staff were really helpful and knew their stuff, they helped me pick out the perfect pair. I'll definitely be coming back to this store in the future for more shopping.
Customer service query
I had such a great experience with their customer service! I had a question about a discount code so I sent an email on a Sunday, thinking I wouldn't hear back until later in the week. But I got a reply within an hour and they sorted out the issue really quickly. The communication was excellent and I will definitely be going back to them in the future.
First review in January 2024, company response after 4 months, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I wrote my first review back in January 2024, expressing how unhappy I was with the company. It took them a whopping 4 months to finally get back to me, which is just not on. Their claim that "Our customers are at the heart of everything we do..." is honestly a joke when they take so long to sort out issues. If they really cared about their customers, they'd have a proper phone line and sort things out quickly. Seriously, do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company.
Black leather boots
I bought some black leather boots from this brand recently and I have to say, I was pretty let down by the customer service. Basically, after I ordered them, I found out the paperwork needed to send the boots from the UK to Ireland wasn't done properly, which meant my delivery got delayed. I tried getting in touch with customer service loads of times, calling and sending emails, but I haven't heard anything back or got any explanation for what went wrong. I thought I'd get better communication and service from the company as a customer, but honestly, my experience so far has been pretty disappointing.
Black boots
I popped to this shop to buy some new black boots and they were really cute! Unfortunately, there was a slight problem with the size so I had to get in touch with customer service. They were really fast and helpful, and they sorted the issue out straight away. I'm thrilled with my purchase and the service I got.
Amazing boots
I absolutely love the boots I bought from here! The staff were really lovely and so helpful when I was choosing them. I'm really excited to wear them and show them off at the races in Cheltenham next week! The only thing I would change is having the option to exchange sizes instead of having to wait for a refund after ordering a new pair.
