Dog food subscription
My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I originally signed up for a dog food subscription because my furry friend has some serious allergies and this was the only product that actually helped him. However, right from the start, I had problems with accessing my account and updating my subscription. When my delivery got delayed, I was running around trying to find an alternative for my poor dog who was really struggling with itching and discomfort without his special food. The only good thing about this whole situation is that the product itself is amazing and my dog really enjoys it. But that's not good enough to make up for the poor service and reliability from this company.

I bought 12 x 14kg bags of dry dog food from this place recently and I was really impressed. Ordering was simple, the prices were great, and the delivery was fast. This was my second time buying from them and I've been happy both times. The only issue was that the delivery boxes were a bit damaged, but thankfully the dog food inside was fine.

Repeat order of dog food
I was really let down by my recent experience with that online pet shop. I ordered dog food again but didn't get any dispatch confirmation, even though they took my payment straight away. I emailed them about it, but didn't hear back for ages. Eventually, they told me they couldn't get my order and said sorry for not telling me sooner. It was frustrating because I need my pet's food on time, so I had to find it somewhere else in the end.
Slow delivery, wrong house, joke
Oh my goodness, I ordered some things from this one place and the delivery was seriously awful. They used this really bad courier called Evri and they were just so unreliable. It took forever for the package to get to me and when it finally did, they dropped it off at the WRONG house! Can you believe that? And then they tried to blame it on putting it through the letterbox. It's just ridiculous, really.
Subscription deliveries
I've been really let down by the subscription deliveries I've had from this company. Out of the three deliveries I've had, two of them went wrong. The first time, they didn't even tell me the things I wanted were out of stock until I asked them about my order. Then, to top it off, I had to go to the shop myself to buy dog food, which defeats the whole point of having a subscription. And then, to make matters worse, I got an apology email with my name spelt wrong. It's so annoying to rely on a service that's meant to be convenient but keeps letting me down.
Delayed order
I am really let down by how inefficient this company is. This is the second time I've ordered from them, and once again, I had to constantly follow up because my items were not sent out quickly. Waiting a whole week just for my order to be processed is just not on. I respect my time and when I shop online, I expect a decent level of service. It's annoying that I had to keep reminding them about my order, and it's really put me off. I won't be giving them another chance to do better.
Quick and easy purchase
Exactly what I needed at a fab price. The website was dead easy to use and I really liked getting updates on how my order was going. Tracking my delivery with evri was a nice bonus. Overall, total hassle-free experience. Cheers!
Quick order not delivered
I made a quick order for some pet supplies, but they still haven't been delivered. Supposed to have been here yesterday, but the company didn't turn up. To add to the frustration, the delivery was actually cancelled the day before that. It's frustrating not knowing when my order will arrive.
Confirmation email but no delivery info
I ordered something and got an email confirming it, but then I didn't receive any further updates! I mean, come on, how difficult is it to keep customers informed about the delivery? Thankfully, I was home when it eventually arrived.
Repeat dog food order with delivery charges issue
My time dealing with Petwell has been quite disappointing. I ordered my dog's food again, only to realise delivery charges were added even though my order was over £35.00. To make things worse, the food still hasn't arrived after 10 days and I was informed it's out of stock. They assured me they'd contact me soon, but I haven't heard from them yet. I'll have to follow up on this tomorrow. Overall, what a waste of time and money.
Online order mishap
My online order was an absolute disaster. They went and sent my parcel to the wrong city, then somehow messed up the order number on their system too. The manager I had to deal with was just the rudest and most incompetent person I've ever come across. Best advice? Steer clear of this company.
