cool earrings
I got these really cool earrings, but unfortunately, one of them was broken when I received them. I was really disappointed! But I decided to send them an email about it, and surprisingly, they replied in just 2 hours! They were so kind and understanding, and they sent me a replacement straight away. I've actually purchased a few items from this shop in the past, and I always love their products because they are really good quality.
Piercing purchase
The last thing I want is to be messed around when it comes to my piercings. So when one of the piercings I ordered arrived damaged, I was ready to go off. But Piercing Mania surprised me. Their customer service was on point. I emailed them about the issue on the weekend, and they got back to me first thing on Monday. Not only did they offer to replace the damaged piercing for free, but they also sent it out quick as a flash. The new piercing arrived on Wednesday morning, and to my surprise, there was a little bag of sweets in there as well. It was a nice touch, and it showed that they value their customers.
Bought cool belly bars
I recently purchased some really cool belly bars I found online, but when they arrived, they looked nothing like the picture! I was really disappointed, so I decided to shoot them an email. Surprisingly, they got back to me very quickly with options - either a refund or sending the correct ones. I opted for them to resend the correct ones, and when they arrived, they were perfect! I was over the moon with how they looked. The customer service was outstanding, and they shipped the replacements out so quickly that they arrived just in time for Christmas. They even added a little bag of apology sweets in the package, which was a nice gesture. I highly recommend this place!
Piercings
I went and got a few piercings from this place, and they looked really good at first. But then they started itching like mad and getting all red and swollen. When I tried to take them back, they told me it would take ages to sort out the returns. I mean, who's got the time to wait 3 to 4 weeks for a refund? Definitely not going back there to shop again!

I bought a bunch of nose rings from this company not long ago, and had to try out a few sizes before getting the perfect fit for my daughter. I really love Piercingmania! Their body jewellery and aftercare products are incredible. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and they never let me down. The customer service team at this place is absolutely amazing! They're so quick to respond and really went the extra mile to help me out. I bought the titanium earrings originally, and they're such good quality and super easy to use. I get loads of compliments on them!

Nose piercing remover
I have to say, I was really surprised by how well the nose piercing remover from Piercing Mania worked. I had been struggling with a nose ring stuck to my skin for over a year, trying all sorts of things with no luck. But after just two days of using this product, the dead skin came off and the nose ring finally came out, allowing me to change it for a different one. I was so impressed by how quickly and effectively it worked, and I am really happy with the results. Their customer service was also top-notch from start to finish. I felt really well looked after and supported throughout the whole process, from ordering to delivery. It was a great experience overall and a product that really does what it promises.
Belly button piercings
Oh my goodness, I can't believe how great this company is! I ordered two belly button piercings and one unfortunately fell out because I didn't put it in properly. But when they found out, they sent me a replacement for free! How kind is that? They've been really lovely and I am so grateful. Honestly, they are fantastic!

I bought some surgical steel piercings from PM not long ago. I had a bad reaction to titanium piercings from a different seller, so I decided to give these a try. Surprisingly, the quality seems really good as I haven't had any issues with them yet, despite usually having problems with surgical steel. I'm really impressed with the service I received from PM and I'll definitely be using them as my main source for piercing supplies from now on.
Two pairs of hooped earrings
I bought two pairs of hooped earrings from this place recently. When my order arrived, I noticed that one of the earrings was faulty. I was pretty disappointed about it, but I decided to get in touch with their customer service to make a complaint. To my surprise, they dealt with the issue promptly and effectively. I have to give credit where it's due, the customer service was excellent and they resolved the problem to my liking. I'd definitely suggest their service to anyone after good customer service. Thank you, although I do like my earrings, I reckon they could've done better with their quality control.
Nose ring and belly button piercing
Don't waste your money on express delivery, it's a total rip-off. I thought I was being smart by paying extra for express delivery, but I ended up waiting a whole week and still didn't get my order on time. Turns out, everything is shipped from Europe at the same speed no matter what delivery option you choose. So, do yourself a favour and go for standard delivery instead of getting your hopes up for a quicker delivery. To top it off, my order was handed over to Royal Mail, who are known for their limited delivery choices, so I was left in the dark about when my package would actually arrive until the last minute. As a result, I missed my daughter's birthday even though I ordered a whole week in advance. What a disappointment.
Belly bars purchase
I picked up some belly bars that are really cool and shiny, but I forgot to take them out when I was showering and now they look like they've been in a mud fight. Piercing Mania had to tell me to check the instructions, but they were kind enough to send me a new one for free, so I'm as pleased as punch!
Earrings purchase
I bought a pair of earrings, but they got lost in the post. I was pretty annoyed at first, but when I emailed customer service, they responded quickly and agreed to send me another pair. Today, the earrings finally arrived, and I have to say I'm really impressed with the service from Nick. He was so professional and sorted out my problem right away. I'm really pleased with my purchase and will definitely shop here again.
Wrong size jewellery, different gemstone, exchange issue
I had a really frustrating experience with an order from this company recently. The jewellery I got was the wrong size and had the wrong gemstone from what I picked out. I reached out to customer service to talk about the problems, and they only said they would send me a new piece for the wrong size issue, completely ignoring the fact that the gemstone was also wrong. I asked to send back all the items and get a full exchange, but they wanted me to pay for the postage without giving me any money back. It was really annoying and made me not want to buy anything from them again.
