    Full set of creatures of curiosity

    I was really excited to get my full set of creatures of curiosity, and I have to admit, they really lived up to my expectations! The pieces are just absolutely gorgeous, both in terms of quality and design. Being a new homeowner, this is the first complete set I've ever bought, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I can already see that these pieces will be treasured for years to come.

    However, I did have a little problem with one of my orders. Although my second order arrived quickly within a week, my first order still hasn't even been sent out yet. I'm just hoping it will arrive soon, as I can't wait to finish my collection. Despite this little hiccup, everything that did show up was carefully and professionally packaged, ensuring that each piece arrived in perfect condition.

    Overall, I would absolutely recommend ordering from this company, as the products are really something special.

    Glassware and pottery purchase

    I visited a shop in Cannock recently, and it was absolutely fantastic. The products they had were really great quality, and the service from Kirsten was outstanding. She was not only really friendly and helpful, but she also genuinely cared about supporting the local community. It's not often you come across such dedication and passion in customer service these days, so Kirsten really impressed me with her excellent managerial skills. She leads by example, setting a high standard for her team. I know for sure that I'll keep going back as a loyal customer, and I'll definitely recommend both the store and the products to others.

    Christmas tree crockery

    I bought some Christmas tree crockery recently and was happy when it arrived quickly. But when I looked closely, I realised some of the pieces were not top quality, especially the dinner plates with the odd green rims. It was a bit disappointing because I was hoping for something better. Also, I had some problems with the customer service. They weren't very clear in their communication and took a long time to reply - I had to send a follow-up email after waiting nearly two weeks for a response. It's a shame that some of these problems affected what could have been a good customer experience.

    Three bowls

    I bought three bowls from this company not too long ago, but when they turned up, they were all smashed. I got in touch with customer service, and they got back to me straight away, asking for a snap of the damage. Once I sent the picture, they told me new bowls were on their way. True to their word, just three days later, the replacements showed up and were in one piece. I was really impressed by how quick and easy the whole process was. The bowls look great with the rest of my tableware.

    Porcelain dinnerware set

    The delivery of the porcelain dinnerware set I bought went well with no problems. But things got tricky when I had to return the items because of a mix-up between Portmeirion online in Wales and Stoke. Dealing with customer service was a letdown - they weren't very helpful and seemed disconnected from the UK branch. All in all, my experience with customer services was disappointing.

    I recently bought some extra plates, bowls, and dinner plates to go with my current set. I was so pleased to see they had some seconds available on the website, and the quality was really good.     Christmas Tree set

    I ordered some bits for my Christmas tree set just before the big day and they arrived nice and quick, all safe in the post.     Factory seconds crockery and cups

    I ordered something during lockdown and got it delivered quickly by DPD from England to Northern Ireland. There was a chipped bowl but the customer service was really good and they sent me a replacement right away. Overall, it was the best online shopping experience I've had in the UK.

    Botanical Garden tea kettle

    I got a Botanical Garden tea kettle as a gift, and I was really let down by it. Even though the person who gave it to me had kept it like new for years, the paint started chipping after I used it just once. Obviously annoyed, I reached out to Customer Service for assistance and maybe a replacement, but they weren't very helpful. Their lack of support and unwillingness to back up their supposedly high-quality products was really disappointing. It's sad to see a well-known brand not living up to expectations.

    Faulty dinner plates

    I've had a really disappointing experience recently with my purchase of four faulty dinner plates. I bought them on the 17th of March and I've been trying to return them because they got scratched after one use. I was told I needed a special cleaner to remove the scratches, which seemed ridiculous considering how much I paid for them. While the side plates and bowls have been fine, the main dinner plates are not up to scratch. The glaze used on them is clearly low quality, they shouldn't have worn down so quickly. I'm really let down by the product and the customer service. It's sad to see another company choosing profit over quality by making their products in China but marketing themselves as a British or Welsh brand.

    Placemat purchase

    I recently tried to buy a set of twelve placemats from this shop. But, actually, my experience wasn't great. I got two packs of four placemats, which I did like. However, there were lots of problems with them being damaged. When I told customer service about the damages, they weren't very helpful and it ended up being a bit of a long process. In the end, they agreed to replace and refund the damaged items, but even the replacements weren't in perfect condition. I was annoyed by all the problems, so I decided to just cancel the whole purchase.

    Bone china tableware

    I was so let down by the bone china tableware I bought from this place. Loads of the pieces were broken when they arrived, so I couldn't really use them. The quality was really not up to scratch, they seemed like rejects rather than top-notch items. And some of the labels were wrong - one was even back to front! And to add insult to injury, turns out the stuff wasn't even made in the UK. Can you believe it?

    Dinner set purchase

    The dinner set we bought from this store was really disappointing. It wasn't good quality, so we decided to take it back straight away. But to our surprise, we realised we still hadn't got our money back, so we got in touch to ask why. Their excuse? A "glitch" in their system. It makes me think - how many other people have been let down by this supposed glitch? I've had to chase refunds from them before, and I'm getting fed up.

    Wrendale dinner set

    Oh dear, what a disaster! I treated myself to a fancy £177 Wrendale dinner set, but unfortunately received two mugs with the same design instead. I got in touch with customer service, and they said they would send a replacement quickly. However, it's been more than a week now and I haven't seen it yet. Portmeirion seems to have a habit of not replying to emails, and DPD isn't much help either - it's like trying to get blood out of a stone with them! I think I'll just go straight to Wrendale for any future purchases.
