Power tool online purchase
As a new customer at Power Tools Direct, I must say I was really impressed with the whole experience. The website was so easy to use, I could find and order the power tool I wanted with no bother at all. The prices were good and the ordering process went like a dream. They kept me in the loop the whole time about my order, which was great. DHL delivered it super quickly and without any hassle, which I was chuffed about. I haven't actually had a chance to open the package and check out the tool itself yet, but I've got a feeling it's going to be spot on based on the top-notch service I've had.
Power tools
I recently bought a power tool from this store and was really impressed with how good it was for the price. But, the service I got was really poor. I asked for a receipt a couple of times by email and they just sent me another invoice instead. When I called to ask again, the customer service person was not helpful at all and just kept saying they don't do receipts. It's really strange to me that a big store like that doesn't give out receipts. I've decided not to go back to that store in the future, even though they were friendly in their first email to me.
Power Tools order
I recently bought some stuff from Power Tools and was a bit worried when I got only 4 out of the 5 things I ordered. But after a quick email chat, they said they'd send the missing item when they had it. Even though there was a small hiccup at first, I have to admit I was impressed with how Power Tools dealt with it. They got back to me quickly and reassured me that the missing item would be sent soon. Also, my order was packed really securely - it felt like Fort Knox! All in all, I'd definitely suggest this company for their fast and great service.
Missing item
I ordered some stuff from Power Tools Direct not long ago, but one of the things I got didn't show up. I was pretty gutted when it didn't arrive, and it was even worse that there was no explanation for why it was missing. However, a couple of days later, they refunded me for the missing item. The fact that there was hardly any communication during this whole thing was annoying and left me feeling a bit let down by the whole experience.

I bought a bunch of power tools from this company not long ago, and I have to say, I was really let down by their customer service. The delivery took way longer than expected, and on top of that, they didn't even bother telling me that they couldn't deliver some of the items. This lack of communication ended up causing a lot of hassle and cost me extra money for delivery fees. It was so annoying not being able to get through to them on the phone to sort all this out quickly.

I got my power tools and accessories from Power Tools Direct pretty quickly, and at first glance, they seem alright. But I haven't had a chance to properly try them out yet. The only downside was all the emails asking for a review. It's a bit irritating and makes me feel a bit harassed. If it wasn't for that, I would have given a better rating.

I'd been looking all over the place for this particular item, and I was so happy to see that it was available at Power Tools Direct. The price was reasonable, and the delivery arrived surprisingly quickly given the situation right now. I really liked being able to keep track of my order at every stage.
drill and hammer set
The customer service was fantastic, they were really helpful and went out of their way to help me find the perfect drill and hammer set. I was so impressed and thankful. The price was great and the service was fast. I'll definitely be returning for more tools in the future!
Drill purchase.
The product itself was brilliant, no complaints there. But let me tell you, the delivery was an absolute nightmare! They told me it would come on Monday or Tuesday, so I had to stay put at home. Then out of the blue, on Saturday, I get a call saying my delivery is already at my front door. I had to dash back from a friend's place to make sure I didn't miss it.
Angle grinder purchase
I bought an angle grinder from an online shop recently and honestly, I wasn't very happy with the service. I paid for next day delivery, yet my order didn't even get sent out until three days later. This meant my item only arrived a week after I placed the order. I made several calls and left messages, but never got a reply. I thought the customer service was really bad and they just weren't helpful at all. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because their prices were quite competitive.
Brush Set
I bought a brush set from Power Tools Direct recently and I was really happy with how quickly it was delivered. I do think though that the manufacturer could give a bit more detailed info on the brush properties.
Spray cans purchase
I bought 6 spray cans on this website thinking I got a good deal. But turns out, I got refunded with no reason given. And guess what? The price for the spray cans went up when I tried to buy them again. Seriously, terrible service and zero communication!

I was really happy with how easy it was to find the power tools I was after on the website. The prices seemed pretty good, although I was a bit surprised by the delivery charge, especially considering how much I spent. I thought it was strange that other websites didn't charge for delivery on the same item at a similar price.
Loft legs order
I ordered some loft legs and paid for express delivery, but they didn't turn up until two days later. I tried to cancel the order but didn't get a response from customer service. They didn't even follow up after my last email. It was really frustrating because their lack of communication and incompetence meant I ended up losing a day and a half of work.
