Hair growth shampoo
This shampoo is just amazing! I've bought my second bottle recently and I can already see a big difference in how thick my hair looks. I can't wait to see how good my hair will look by summer. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting to make their hair thicker.
Misleading delivery promise
I was told I'd get my delivery the next day, but it actually took 5 days and nothing showed up. I tried to get in touch with customer service by email a few times but got no response. It's pretty annoying to be left hanging like that.

Shampoo works, conditioner doesn't
I bought the shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo really made my hair thicker which was great. But the conditioner didn't work well at all, it made my hair clumpy and not soft. I was really disappointed. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch, but it wasn't a good experience for me.

I ordered some stuff for Christmas but it never arrived. I got an email saying my order was successful and they took my money, but nothing was delivered. I have sent them several messages but have not received any replies. I even tried reaching out to them on Instagram but still no response. I am really unhappy with this situation, I will not be ordering from them again and I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone else.

I've been using the stimulant, serum, shampoo, and conditioner from this brand for over three months now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the results. My hair is really fine and thin, it gets greasy all the time. I thought this shampoo and conditioner set might help, but it actually made my hair feel even worse. Regrowz Purchase - Not Good
My experience with Regrowz wasn't great, to be honest. First off, there was a bit of a wait for my product to arrive. They did offer me the choice of a refund or a discount, and I went for the discount. When it finally showed up, I was really looking forward to trying it out. Unfortunately, it didn't work out as expected. Instead of improving my hair, it ended up making it dry and frizzy - definitely not the look I was after. I tried persevering with it for a while, but things just kept getting worse. In the end, I had to stop using it altogether and put in some serious effort to get my hair back to how it was before. ☹️
Delayed order and poor communication
I placed an order on the 8th of December and got an email confirmation saying it would arrive in 1-2 working days. But by the 14th, it still hadn't arrived so I got in touch with the company. Carol got back to me saying they didn't actually have the item in stock due to a shortage. She said they were waiting for more stock and promised it would be delivered by the 3rd of January. I asked for a refund because of all the hassle, but I haven't heard anything back yet. This has been my first and last time ordering from this company.
