Pre-built system purchase
My experience with SCAN Computers was absolutely brilliant. I found their wide range of pre-built systems at reasonable prices to be really impressive. However, what really made them stand out for me was the fantastic customer service that I received throughout the whole process. A mate suggested SCAN to me, and now I'm really pleased they did.
From the moment I started searching for a system to purchase, the team at SCAN were incredibly helpful. I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh Hawkins, Phil (Pharbon), James (jsellars), and Zac Cummings, who were all key in ensuring that I was happy with my purchase. I was working on the project that I was supposed to submit in about a few days time when my laptop malfunctioned. I doubted the possibility of fixing it in less than 24 hours which if not would have affected the success of the work negatively. So I gunned for a new laptop to transfer the work over and continue from there. When I checked Scan Computers' website, I saw service information like "buy today and receive in 24 hours and that was the kind of delivery speed I was looking for. Good enough the purchasing process wasn't stressful and I made my order, the following day I received the order. With that, I was able to finish the project on time and submit same. Kudos to Scan Computers particularly for faster delivery.

I was searching online for a new guitar pedal and came across this really cool one from Synology. They were offering the best price by a mile! I placed my order and it arrived incredibly fast, just the next day. I didn't know about them before, but now I'll definitely be a repeat customer and will happily recommend them to all my mates.
AIO pump replacement
Scan is a great company, I've been getting bits from them for ages and never had any issues until my AIO pump conked out after nearly two years. But you know what? The RMA process was dead easy, they kept me in the loop really well, and it was all sorted out super fast. I wish other companies were as focused on customers as Scan!
New computer parts
I can't fault the customer service team, especially Olivia - they were so helpful. The collections team were great too. I've only bought a few items from here, but they've all been really good quality.

Faulty motherboard purchase
Well, I got this motherboard from a shop, and you know what? It was totally useless! I mean, it didn't even work when I plugged it into my power supply. So, I thought I'd contact their customer support for a refund, as I'd paid extra for some sort of protection, but they just flat out refused and then ignored me. Can you believe it? So, my advice is to steer clear of that place if you don't want to go through all that hassle.
