Phone mix-up
Yeah, so I ordered a phone but they sent me the wrong one, with 6gb instead of 8gb. But then Sandeep was really great and helped me swap it out. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends!
Mobile phone
I recently bought a new mobile phone from this company, and to be honest, it was a total nightmare. The website said I would get it the next day, but my order wasn't even sent out on time. I was really hoping to have the phone in time for my 30th birthday, but it never showed up. I had to threaten legal action just to get them to respond to me. Their customer service is pretty much non-existent - they never answer the phone, and when they did finally reply, it took them ages to sort out my refund. This company shouldn't be allowed to keep running their website, let alone run a business.
Upgraded Phone
I've been coming back to this shop quite a bit, and I have to say, the service has really improved since the new management took charge. The staff seem more on the ball and really know their stuff when it comes to the products. They were able to help me out with all my queries and give me the details I needed to choose the right purchase. The whole shopping experience was a lot smoother and easier than before. I'd definitely suggest this shop to anyone in need of a new phone or accessories.
New mobile phone
I absolutely love this place for getting a new mobile phone. The packaging was spot on, with lots of bubble wrap to keep it safe during delivery. The customer service was exceptional - I could ask questions and get clarity on the product before buying through WhatsApp. This is my second time shopping here, and both times have been fantastic. I ordered a new phone online and got a message saying they'd run out of stock. But they gave me a nice surprise - a free upgrade to a newer model for the same price! The phone came quickly and I was so excited to give it a go!

Refurbished iPhone X purchase
I must admit, I was a bit unsure about buying a refurbished iPhone X from this company at first because the price was much lower than other places. But I thought I'd give it a go, and I'm happy to say that the phone came in perfect condition, just as they said. It arrived pretty quickly too, and they even threw in a phone case and screen protector, which was a nice touch. All in all, I'm really happy with the phone and the service from the company.

I recently bought a smartphone from this company that goes by different names. My experience was really disappointing, to be honest. I placed my order but didn't get any updates despite trying to reach out to them multiple times. The customer service was pretty useless, they never responded to my calls or emails. When the phone finally arrived, it was faulty. It took a whole lot of effort, even threatening legal action, to get my money back. I think they dodged my calls on purpose until the refund went through. I'd recommend steering clear of this company and going with a more reliable seller, even if it costs a bit more.

I bought something a while back, but it never showed up, even after a month. I tried to get in touch with them many times - I sent emails and everything - but they never got back to me. In the end, I asked for my money back and said I might have to get my bank involved. Only then did they give me the refund, without saying a word. It was really disappointing, terrible customer service and hardly any communication.

I recently bought a mobile phone from this company and paid with my credit card. They said it would arrive quickly, but it never did. After lots of delays and broken promises, I decided to ask my credit card company for help. It looks like this company might not even have the stock they say they do, since I never got the item I ordered. I'd suggest being careful if you're thinking of dealing with them.
Black brand new unlocked UK phone
I was searching for a new black phone that was unlocked in the UK, and I stumbled upon this website. So, I went ahead and placed an order, all excited to get my hands on it. But, to my dismay, when the package arrived, it wasn't what I expected at all. Instead of a brand new phone, I received a secondhand green phone that was locked to a Spanish network.
Needless to say, I was pretty upset. I got in touch with their customer service right away, and they told me I had to return the phone in order to get a refund. Weeks went by with no updates or responses from them, so I had to threaten legal action just to get my money back. It was such a hassle dealing with them - I had to go through hoops to get anything done. I demanded prepaid postage for the return, requested a refund, reported them to trading standards, and even had to ask my bank for a chargeback. New phone, late delivery, wrong colour
I was really looking forward to my new phone arriving. However, it ended up being more than a week late. And to top it off, it was the wrong colour! Can you believe that? Why is it so difficult to get the correct colour? I tried sending them several emails but they just kept taking my money without giving me any updates on when my phone would be delivered. It was so frustrating! Eventually, I gave up and decided to keep the phone because I didn't want to deal with that company any longer. I would recommend staying away from them at all costs!
