New kitchen appliances
I recently bought some new kitchen appliances from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. Extractor hood motor replacement
I recently bought a new motor for my extractor hood from Ship It Appliances. The guy I spoke to, Phil, was really helpful in sorting out the sale. The motor arrived quickly, which was great. However, I was a bit disappointed with how it was packaged. It came in a big cardboard box that was way too big for the motor. There was no protection inside and it wasn't sealed properly. I was worried that it might have been damaged or gone missing in the delivery. Luckily, it was fine when it turned up, but it was still a bit of a concern. Overall, I'm happy with the motor and the service from Ship It Appliances.

Late delivery, no notification
I bought something from this company not long ago, and although it was easy to place the order, I was really let down by the delivery part. The item didn't arrive when it was supposed to, and I wasn't even told it wouldn't be coming that day. As a customer, I think it's only fair that I should be told if there are any changes to my delivery so I can plan ahead. It's so annoying to have to reschedule my day, only to then find out the delivery is delayed without any warning.

I bought an extractor fan and it was just like they said it would be. The quality was really good and it arrived in perfect condition. I was a bit let down by the delivery though, because the packaging was all bashed up. Luckily, the extractor fan was fine inside. So, I'm happy with the product but it would have been nice if the packaging had been looked after better during delivery.

I recently received a steam iron that had no packaging, indicating it was probably a returned item. I've been trying to get in touch about it but haven't had any luck. I've sent an email requesting a refund, but I'm not very optimistic about receiving a response. I'm not an authorised distributor of this particular brand, so I had doubts about the product from the beginning. I should have read reviews before making this purchase.
