Great customer service
I mistakenly ordered a body tan from Skinny Tan as opposed to the face tan that I really needed. I did not discover the mistake until the product was delivered. Upon delivery, I contacted their customer service department and I was assured it could be changed as long as I was yet to open the product. I returned the product the way it was delivered to me and within a few working days, I received a replacement order of my face tan. I am grateful for the company's consideration as the body tan would have been useless for me since I have no use for it.
