Matilda dress for 3-4 years
Oh my goodness, you guys, I just have to say how absolutely fantastic Smiffy's is!! I bought this really cute Matilda dress for my little sister and it is just so adorable. It fits her perfectly and the quality is amazing. But here's the thing, there was a bit of a mix-up with the delivery and it didn't arrive on time. However, I sent them an email and they were super quick to respond and fix the issue right away. And when the delivery guy came and we weren't home, they quickly sorted it out with UPS as well. I was amazed at how fantastic their customer service was. Honestly, Smiffy's really went above and beyond and I will definitely be ordering from them again!
Costume purchase for a birthday party
I've been a loyal customer of the company for a while now, and I recently bought a costume for a birthday party. Sadly, the costume broke just an hour into wearing it. I got in touch with their customer service team, sent over some pictures of the problem, and they responded really quickly and professionally. They were sorry for the issue, gave me a full refund which even covered the delivery costs, and threw in a discount for my next purchase. I've always thought their products were top-notch, and their customer service is just outstanding. Huge thanks to Niels for going the extra mile to help me out. Thank you so much!
Costumes for charity event
I recently bought costumes for a charity event at Smiffys, and I have to say, I was really pleased with the service I got. I was after some reasonably priced outfits for a fundraiser for a local charity and Smiffys really went the extra mile to assist me. The staff were so helpful and nice, and they even gave me a discount on my order. The costumes were really good quality and added to the success of the event. Wrong order, replacement sent immediately
I just got something off the internet and got the wrong thing delivered to me. So, I got in touch with customer service straight away, and I was really happy with how fast they got back to me. They sent out a replacement straight away, and I've now got the right stuff. Gotta give a shoutout to Neils and the rest of the customer service team, they were brilliant. Their quick response and positive attitude really made a big impact. I'd definitely suggest this online store for their top-notch customer service.
Sizing and quality of costumes
I was really pleased with the costumes I bought - they fit perfectly and were such good quality. I was honestly so impressed with them, they were just amazing. The whole process of buying them was really easy and straightforward. I got two outfits and a few accessories, and they were all even better than I thought they'd be in terms of quality.
Dinosaur costume in age 8-9
I spent ages looking for a dinosaur costume in a size 8-9, and I was so happy when I finally found the perfect one at this shop. Kids Annabelle Doll Costume
I recently bought a Kids Annabelle Doll Costume from this shop and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The costume looked amazing on my daughter and really made her Halloween party a hit. Even though I ordered it at the last minute, it arrived the very next day, which was a lifesaver as everywhere else was saying it would take 3 days to deliver. Robin hood costume for son's Christmas show
I bought a Robin Hood costume from this shop for my son's Christmas show. Unfortunately, the delivery got delayed because of some Royal Mail problems. But Niels, the customer service rep, was a real star. He let me know about the strike and kept me in the loop about my order. Niels even sorted me out with a refund and gave me a discount voucher for my next buy. I’m truly grateful for his help and patience during this hectic period.
Black bunny costume purchase
I got my order right on time, and I must say, the outfit was pretty cool, especially for the price. The material could be a bit thicker or have some padding, but it's not a major issue. I did have to use a bobby pin to fix the collar because it was a bit too big. But apart from that, overall, I think it's a great product considering the price!
Large outfit for my 8-year-old
I bought a great outfit for my 8-year-old son. The quality is really impressive, and he looks amazing in it. I went for a size larger than usual because he's quite tall, and the Large size fits him perfectly. I always shop at this store because the prices are fair and the quality is way better than what I get from other online sellers.
Urgent item purchase
I bought something in a rush from this company and had a problem with when it would arrive. I ordered it for next day delivery on a Thursday, but then got a message from the courier saying it wouldn't come until after the weekend. Feeling annoyed, I contacted the customer service team for help.
King Arthur and Army outfits
I've bought a couple of outfits from this shop not long ago. My grandson absolutely loved the King Arthur costume, he's really into anything sparkly. Although he was a bit let down that the army outfit didn't come with the helmet that was advertised on the packaging. In general, I think the outfits are really good quality, especially when compared to what you can find in other shops.

The customer service was brilliant. When my costume arrived with a missing button, I reached out to them via email. They quickly sent me a replacement costume, and it arrived the very next day. It was so nice to have such an easy and stress-free experience when sorting out the problem.

The prices were a bit steep in comparison to buying from elsewhere, but the next day delivery was really impressive. The items were great and will come in handy for our Halloween safety photo shoot.
Bought something for next day delivery
I ordered something for next day delivery, paid extra for it, but it didn't actually arrive on time. They did refund me the extra delivery fee, which was a decent move on their part. The annoying thing was that by the time it eventually turned up, I didn't even need it anymore. I sent a couple of emails about returning it, but got no response at all. So, if you're thinking about buying from this place and there's a chance you might need to return it, I'd probably steer clear. Unless time is no issue for you, then go ahead and place your order.
Coat and skirt purchase
I really liked the coat and skirt I bought. They were good quality and perfect for someone with a slim or skinny body shape. They would be great for Halloween or fancy dress parties. The material was decent as well, not top-notch but not bad either, so I was pretty pleased with what I got.
Fireman's suit
I got my grandson a fireman's outfit for his birthday recently. Unfortunately, it had a little hole in the seam that ended up getting bigger as he wore it. Luckily, the hat that came with it was fine. He really enjoys playing dress-up and this was his first outfit from this brand.
