    Furniture products

    I got so disappointed over the last furniture we bought as obvious inferior products were used for the production. My husband and I failed to quickly detect that and on time. It was after we had started using that we realized the woods and the fabric materials used were not of quality. Well, such fate befell us but we had to move on and hope for the best in the future. Not long after then, my husband got a contract that brought us money and we decided to change the furniture. Sofa.com was our new supplier of Sofa chairs, Sofa beds and other furniture products and we have been enjoying the products as we should instead of enduring like we did with the whole furniture. I would say sofa.com is reliable for all furniture products.

    Sofa purchase at Rushden Lakes branch

    I popped into the Rushden Lakes store the other day to check out some sofas after doing a bit of browsing online. The guy helping me out, Andy, was absolutely brilliant. He spent time showing me all the different fabric choices and colours and really knew his stuff about the products. Even though it was almost closing time, Andy was so patient and helpful, he even worked out a quote for me. Thanks to him, I'm now just finalising my order. Great service and professionalism from him!

    Purchased a sofa

    I recently bought a sofa from Sofa and I'm really pleased with the service I got. The lady who helped me, let's call her Zara, was so friendly and gave me some great advice on picking the perfect sofa for my living room. She made the whole ordering process really easy and stress-free, which is always a bonus when you're splashing out on something as big as a new sofa. I'm really excited to get my hands on my new sofa and spruce up my home decor with it!

    Comfy chair

    I got myself this really comfy chair and it came super fast! The emails keeping me updated were great and the delivery estimate was spot on. Sorting out the 0% finance was easy peasy too. The chair was packed really well, probably the best I've seen. It's exactly what I wanted and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. I have to confess, I did check it out in the shop before deciding, but it was definitely worth it!

    My recent experience with the Sofa company has been really disappointing. I bought something online and that part was alright, but the service that followed was just dreadful. I got bombarded with loads of marketing emails, which really got on my nerves. When I tried to get in touch with customer service about a complaint, I was left on hold for what felt like forever. Eventually, when I did speak to someone, they sent me a generic email that didn't even address my issues. I'm still waiting for a solution, and if I don't hear back soon, I'll have to take it further. It's really disappointing to see such a lack of care for customer satisfaction.

    My experience with Sofa's customer service was really annoying. When I got in touch with them to ask about where my sofa was, it was a mess. They seemed disorganised and clueless. It felt like the dispatch and customer service teams weren't on the same page. On top of that, my sofa turned up all damaged. Instead of them getting in touch to sort it out, I had to be the one to make the first move. And even after the delivery driver took pictures of the damage, they didn't follow up at all.

    Leopard print chair purchase

    I've just found the most amazing leopard print chair, it's so comfy! And the price was really good for such a unique piece. The assistant at the store in Manchester was so helpful and knew everything about it. They made the whole experience great and helped me feel sure about my choice. The delivery team was really quick and cleaned up all the mess too. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

    The folks at the sofa company are fantastic at keeping you informed. They quickly fixed an issue with my order and sent me a replacement in a jiffy. They make sure you're in the know about your order, which is great. The delivery team also gives you updates and is really good at rescheduling if you're not home.     Sofa order

    I am really let down by my recent sofa order. They said it would be delivered on the 12th of March, so I got rid of my old sofa ready for it. But, I got a message the night before saying it wouldn't come until the 2nd of April. When I finally spoke to someone from the company, they said they ran out of fabric for my first choice, so it would have been late anyway. I had to pick another fabric, and to top it off, the colour I got is cream instead of the light grey I wanted.

    My new sofa

    The folks at the sofa shop in Belfast were really great! They helped me find the perfect new sofa and were so friendly and not pushy at all. This is my second time buying from them, and I'm really pleased. I got my new sofa in January, and it's the most comfortable thing ever. I'm really looking forward to my footstool arriving next week!

    Sofa purchase with wet paint incident

    The sofa is actually really good. It's comfortable and stylish, just what I wanted. But, the delivery experience wasn't great. I didn't get any heads up about the delivery, just a text on the morning it was due. Luckily, I was at home. The delivery guys somehow managed to get wet paint on the sofa, even though I warned them. Dealing with that situation was frustrating.

    Hard cushions, not like in the shop

    I got a new sofa and it's really firm, not at all like the one we tested in the shop. We tried all sorts of things to make it softer, but nothing worked. We spent a lot of money on it and thought it would be long-lasting. I'm going to get in touch with customer services to see if they can assist, otherwise, I'll have to return it.

    Feathers in sofa cushions, creases badly

    My family and I bought some sofas that we initially liked, but they quickly started to look old and worn out. They're stuffed with feather fillers, so they go flat quite easily. My mum enjoys having guests over and showing off her new stuff, but she hates it when they sit on the sofa because it looks like someone slept on it for months. The creases are so noticeable that I can't even enjoy a movie night without being distracted by how unattractive the sofa is. My mum mentioned how she had sofas in the past that stayed looking new for a long time and kept their shape well, but these new ones just look like potatoes.

    We contacted Customer Services to inquire about getting them cleaned, but they were too busy to assist us, which is pretty disappointing in my opinion.

    Recent sofa purchase experience

    The sofa itself is absolutely fantastic, and I can't fault the quality one bit. It's comfy, looks great, and exactly what I wanted. However, I had a bit of trouble with the delivery process. I needed to change the delivery address after I ordered, so I emailed customer service to update it. They said they'd changed it, but on the delivery day, the sofa ended up at the wrong address. It was really frustrating, and I realised I should have checked the address more thoroughly. In general, I'm pleased with the sofa, but the delivery mix-up was disappointing.

    Blue sofas cushions

    I bought these two blue sofas thinking they would be really comfortable, but oh boy, was I wrong! The cushions started sagging within a few months and it felt like sitting on a pile of rocks. I had to punch them every morning just to make them look normal again. After a lot of back and forth, they finally replaced them, but you won't believe it - the new ones were even worse! Can you imagine?<br>The customer service was absolutely terrible. They had no idea what was happening and kept saying the guarantee had expired. I had to fight hard to get them to send someone to check the sofas. Then, they just emailed me a report saying my claim was false. Can you believe it? I was told sofas should last for years, not months! I sense a scam, people.<br>The store staff were friendly, though. They did their best, but the after-sales service just isn't up to scratch. Save your money and shop elsewhere, trust me on this one.
