Timely delivered and good presentation
I was really happy with my recent purchase from Sons. The product arrived quickly and was packaged nicely in a good-looking box. Incomplete order
I recently bought some stuff from Sons and I have to say, I wasn't too impressed with how it all went down. The checkout process was OK, but when my order arrived, I realised that they hadn't sent me everything I'd chosen. Instead of sorting it out straight away, they just chucked in a note saying sorry and didn't offer to send the missing stuff later on. It really left a bad taste in my mouth because it seemed like they weren't bothered about getting things right for their customers.
And when I got in touch with customer service to ask about the missing items, they were pretty useless and didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. It only made me more annoyed because they couldn't fix the problem properly.
To add to that, Sons have apparently changed their formula, so now they send out fewer bottles with the idea that they should last for six months. But let me tell you, that was not the case for me at all. I felt like they were giving me false information and it just made my whole experience with them even worse.
All in all, I won't be ordering from Sons again and I can't say I'd recommend them to anyone based on the disappointing time I had with them.Awesome smelling shampoo!
The shampoo smells absolutely lush, like a burst of fruity goodness in my hair. I've only just started using it so can't really say if it's a miracle worker yet, but I'm really looking forward to seeing the results. The customer service was really great too, they were so friendly and really helpful.
Subscription scam
This company is a nightmare to deal with. I cancelled my subscription twice, but they've still been charging me without me knowing. And they've been sending their products to an old address of mine. It's shocking how little they communicate and respect customer privacy. Avoid this dodgy business at all costs.
Automatic renewal process
I've had a bit of a problem with the automatic renewal thing at this company recently. They forgot to send me an email ahead of time to let me know that my order was going to be renewed soon, so I couldn't update my address in time. I've moved since then and now I won't get the products. It feels like they did it on purpose to stop people like me from cancelling the renewal. I'm not happy about this lack of transparency and thought for customers - it's worrying and it's definitely changed how I see the company.
