Broken pot replacement
I recently bought a pot from Sproutl, but unfortunately it arrived in two pieces because it wasn't packaged properly, and got damaged during delivery. However, when I got in touch with Sproutl via email, I was really pleased with how quickly Ellie responded and sorted everything out. She was so helpful and sorry about the problem, and arranged for a new pot to be sent to me. The replacement planter arrived in just a few days, in perfect condition and packed securely in a smaller box. Ellie's fantastic customer service and how well she dealt with the situation has definitely made me think highly of Sproutl, and I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again in the future.

I bought a lovely dwarf palm from this company and I've been really pleased with how it's all gone. The plant arrived in great condition and it's doing really well in my home. Although I did have a problem with a big plant pot I bought because it got damaged on the way here. I got in touch with their customer services team, especially Anna, who was really helpful and quick in sorting everything out. She was really good at her job and made sure I was happy. In general, I would definitely suggest this company because they have a great range of products and really good customer service.

Pretty pots
I've been purchasing some lovely pots from this store and I really adore them. They have such a wide variety to choose from, it's difficult to decide on just one! One time I received a pot that looked a bit different to the picture, but they sorted it out quickly and refunded me with no hassle. The only downside is that the shipping charges can be quite high, so I try to get everything from one place to save on delivery costs. But I suppose it's fair enough since pots are heavy, and they need to charge more for delivery.
2 Teak chairs with footrests
I just bought 2 teak chairs with footrests from Sproutl and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The service was excellent, my order arrived just 3 days after I placed it. The packaging was great and putting the chairs together was really easy. This is now the third time I've ordered from Sproutl, I've previously got a fire pit and some garden pots too, and I know I'll be back for more in the future. Oh my goodness, I was absolutely thrilled to receive this beautiful rose bush for my family's Golden Wedding celebration. It looks incredibly healthy and vibrant in the damp soil, and it was packaged up really nicely to ensure there were no leaks and it was securely boxed up to avoid any potential damage. I'm so excited to get it planted in the ground and watch it blossom. The delivery was impressively fast, arriving just a few days after I placed my order. A huge thank you for the fantastic service!

Online purchase disappointment
I bought something online a while ago, on the 23rd of March to be exact. Got an email saying my order was being sorted out and should arrive in 2-4 days. But then I didn't hear anything else, so I hit up Sproutl's customer service today. Turns out, they told me the thing I ordered was out of stock. I reckon they should've told me that earlier, would've saved me the hassle of checking in myself.
