Stairway carpet replacement
I had a fantastic experience with Tapi. I originally went to the store to check out the different carpet options and get some advice on what would work best for my stairs. The staff were really helpful and walked me through all the choices. After that, I set up a home visit for the carpet fitting. Anthony, the guy who came over, was amazing. He was so friendly and gave me some great tips on picking the perfect carpet for my home. He didn't mind all my questions and made sure I was happy with my decision. The whole process went smoothly, and I can't fault a thing. I would definitely recommend Tapi, especially the Basildon Branch, for their top-notch service. Huge thanks to Anthony for all your help!
Purchased carpet and laminate flooring
I had excellent service at the store. The staff, like Suzana and Scott from Sales, knew a lot about the products and took the time to explain all the options to me. Suzana was amazing at helping me choose the right carpet and laminate flooring for my home. She made sure I was happy with my choices before finalising the order. Scott was also very helpful with my tight project timelines, making sure the order was placed quickly. I trust the quality of the products I ordered and can't wait for them to be delivered. Overall, the service at Tapi was great, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for carpets and flooring.
Carpet purchase
Tapi were absolutely brilliant to deal with. They kept in touch via email and text to make sure I remembered my appointment for them to come out and measure my floors. They offered me some really helpful advice on which carpets would suit my lifestyle best. The guy who came to measure was punctual and efficient, I couldn't fault their service at all. Now I'm just eagerly waiting for my carpets to be delivered and installed, I'll make sure to update my review once that's all sorted. Overall, I'd give Tapi a solid 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
New flooring purchase
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with a representative who actually arrived on time - what a rarity these days! Not only did they display an impeccable level of respect for myself and my property, but they also took the time to build a good rapport with me. Unlike some other companies, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. They patiently guided me through the paperwork, explaining everything in simple terms when I was feeling a bit unsure. I left feeling extremely pleased with the service I received and am eagerly looking forward to seeing the finished results once the flooring is completed.
Carpet fitting measurement by a special guest
The service was amazing when this really important person, who I won't say, came to my house to measure my flooring. There was a little blip where I had to help with holding the tape measure, but the service was really great. I was really impressed by how professional and detailed they were. All in all, it was a fantastic experience that I would suggest to anyone.

I popped into the store and had a really smooth experience. The staff were really nice and helpful, they got what I was looking for and showed me some carpets that were within my budget. Ordering was a piece of cake and I got a confirmation straight away. Managed to book in a fitting for the next day, which was great as I had other stuff happening at home. All in all, I was really impressed with how quick and professional the service was.

I recently had my carpets fitted by Tapi and I have to say, I was really impressed. The lady in the shop who helped me with my order and payment was so efficient and got everything sorted really quickly. She managed to schedule the fitting for the following week, which worked out perfectly for me. When Gurmeet Singh and his team arrived on the day of the fitting, they got to work straight away as planned. The carpet was fitted beautifully without any issues. They even cleaned up after themselves, which I thought was a nice touch. All in all, a fantastic job by the Tapi team.

The customer service I received from Zak and Graham at this store was really top-notch. When I first went in, they welcomed me warmly and knew so much about all the products they had. They really listened to what I was looking for and guided me to choose the perfect carpet for my place in Solihull. The whole time, they were so professional, polite, and just really nice to deal with. I just had laminate flooring put in by this team and I've got to say, I'm really impressed with how professional and efficient they were. The job had to be split into two parts because of other work going on, but Stuart and his team managed it all smoothly. They were really respectful and got everything done without any hassle on both occasions. The end result looks amazing and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I bought a carpet from this shop not long ago. The guy who helped us was really nice and not at all pushy. We didn't feel rushed and were able to take our time deciding. When we went back last week, the same guy, Jorgen, was there to help us again. He took us through all our options patiently, measured our rooms, and showed us loads of samples to pick from. The service was excellent and we're so thankful for Jorgen's help.

I needed a quick refit, so I got in touch with Jerry. He was really helpful and suggested we do a video call to take measurements. The pricing was sorted out fast and the fitting was done promptly. I just had a new carpet installed at this place and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I enquired about it to when they actually came to fit it, everything went smoothly. The staff there were really friendly and efficient. They did everything they promised and made sure it was done perfectly. We've had new flooring put down all over the house, even LVT, and it only took 3 days. The fitter, Luke, did an amazing job and we're really happy with how the carpets turned out.

Michael and James over at the store in Llandudno were so helpful and friendly, they kept me in the loop the whole time. The fitting was done quickly and professionally by some cheerful fitters. Carpet fitting nightmare
I had such a terrible experience with the service from this company. I had to take two days off work as a self-employed person just to get my carpet fitted. The first time, the fitter was three hours late and then said they couldn't do it because the carpet was the wrong size. The second time, they showed up with the completely wrong carpet in a different colour after I had already paid for it. Now, I still don't have the carpet in my home. It's been a nightmare.

I recently bought some flooring from the shop and I must say, I had a really great experience. The staff, particularly Jas and Jeewan, were so helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. They helped me pick out samples, ordered the flooring, sorted out delivery, and even got a fitter booked in for installation. They were on the ball and answered all of my questions and requests. I really valued their help and advice.
