I recently splashed out on a top-quality mattress and pillow at this shop. The service I got from the moment I walked in was outstanding. Adjustable Mattress
I recently got myself a new adjustable mattress from your shop and I must say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. From the moment I stepped in, Nikki and Sanj were super helpful and attentive. Sanj kept me updated on the delivery schedule and was always friendly and polite. He took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. On the other hand, Nikki was fantastic when I wanted to swap my duvet for some pillows instead. She was understanding, efficient, and made the whole process easy. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure I was happy. Both Nikki and Sanj really showed what great customer service is all about.
Fitted sheet purchase
Well, I couldn't resist any longer and decided to buy the fitted sheet that was recommended for my mattress. And let me tell you, it was definitely worth it. I've tried out so many other fitted sheets in the past, hoping to find one that would actually fit my mattress nicely without ending up all wrinkled, but none of them compared to this recommended one. The TEMPUR-FIT™ Fitted Sheet is honestly a game-changer. It has an amazing level of stretch, so it's super easy to put on and ensures that there are no creases at all. Plus, it fits mattresses up to 30cm deep, which is just perfect for my Tempur mattress. I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase.
King-sized memory foam mattress
We bought a king-sized memory foam mattress back in 2016, hoping for a good experience. At first, it gave great support and stayed firm all night. But, over time, we've seen a big drop in quality. The memory foam has become too soft, making us sink too far in and giving us back pain, leading to disturbed sleep. Even though it was sold as a top-quality product with a 10-year guarantee, it hasn't met our expectations. We're let down by how it has got worse and probably won't buy this type of mattress again.
Hybrid mattress and medium pillows
After trying out a few different mattress brands and sending them back, I eventually went for the hybrid mattress from this company. It's completely transformed my sleep and, truth be told, it was worth the money. I also treated myself to their medium pillows, which were a bit pricey but totally worth it. I've never slept better or woken up feeling so good. I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone after a good night's sleep.
New model of single beds
The new independent controls for the single beds are not as easy to use as the old wired controls. We had to paint one of them to tell them apart. Also, the bed is taller than our bedside tables, which wasn't a problem with our old beds. The height of the bed and the mattress makes it a bit tricky to get on and off, we need to use a step. We haven't used the new beds much yet, so we can't say much about how they work.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the customer service team and the delivery partner for going the extra mile to help me out with my special request. I needed my order to arrive quicker than normal, which was a bit tricky because of where I live, but they worked their magic and made it happen. The way they handled everything with such professionalism and kindness really stood out to me. Getting top-notch service like that isn't something you see every day, so I'm really grateful to all of them.

I bought the Comfort Pillow Cloud recently and it has made a huge difference for me. The website was easy to use and getting the pillow was really simple. It arrived on time with tracked delivery. Comfortable bed and bedding
The bed and bedding are top quality and super comfy. The duvet cover, pillowcases, and fitted sheet are all made from a fantastic material. However, the fitted sheet is a bit disappointing as it doesn't have elastic all the way around, so it tends to move and bunch up when you move around in bed. It's really irritating having to fix it every morning to make sure it stays in place properly.
Pillow purchase
I bought a pillow from your shop not long ago but it turned out to be a bit too firm for my taste. Nevertheless, I must say the customer service I got when I wanted to send it back was top-notch. The entire return procedure was a piece of cake, no fuss at all, and I just wanted to show my appreciation to the team for how expertly and quickly they dealt with my request.
Got a gift pillow
I got this new pillow as a gift and I was really excited to give it a go. But turns out, it was way too soft and didn't offer any support for my neck. Plus, the cover was really warm and made it uncomfortable to sleep on. So, I decided to get a different pillow that was half the price and it worked so much better for me.
Bedframe purchase
I was so chuffed with the delivery team - top-notch service all round! They were dead friendly and quick, and went above and beyond by putting together the bedframe for me. It was bang on time too, spot on!
Online mattress purchase
I bought this mattress from an online store recently and I have to say, I'm really happy with it. It's so comfortable and has really helped me sleep better by reducing how much I move around in bed. Also, the cool mattress protector that came with it is amazing. I haven't felt too hot at all while using it.
Firm pillow purchase
I bought a really firm pillow in the shop the other day. But, when I tried to get the same one online, they sent me a different one that just wasn't the same. I ended up having a bit of a frustrating chat on the phone with customer service. I had to send an email to complain, and eventually got sent a medium pillow. But, weirdly enough, it felt even firmer than the first one! I was pretty let down by the lack of consistency in the product and the not-so-great help I got.
I bought a King Sized Cloud Lux mattress for side sleepers
I'm absolutely furious! We purchased this mattress because the website said it was perfect for side sleepers, but it's been causing both me and my wife a lot of discomfort in our hips and lower back. I tried to get in touch with them through their online form, waited for 9 whole working days, and still no response! It feels like they're only interested in our money and not our well-being. I requested to exchange it for a softer mattress or get a refund within the 100-night trial, but they haven't even bothered to acknowledge us at all!
Memory foam mattress
The memory foam mattress I bought was really good - it gave me a nice comfy night's sleep. But, oh dear, the delivery was a bit of a nightmare. I'd given them plenty of time to sort it out, but they went and cancelled the original date we'd agreed on. Instead, they rebooked it for the same morning my wife was having surgery! I tried explaining this to the person on the phone, but they were having none of it. They just kept going on about the morning delivery and even suggested leaving my keys with a neighbour. To make matters worse, the delivery team ended up being late anyway, causing even more stress on an already stressful day.
High-end mattress
I recently bought a really expensive mattress from this company, but I've been quite let down by their aftercare service. It's actually my second mattress from them - the first one lasted a decent amount of time, but this second one has started to sag on one side after just 8 years, despite being told it should last 15 years. I tried getting in touch with customer services over a week ago and they said they'd get back to me within 5 days, but it's now been 7 working days and I still haven't heard anything. The lack of response and follow-up has left me feeling really frustrated and disappointed, especially considering I didn't have any issues with their customer service when I made the initial purchase. As a loyal customer, I expect much better from a well-known company like this.
Smooth shopping experience
I popped over to the Westfield shop and the staff there were really helpful! They guided me to exactly what I was looking for and I was really pleased with what I bought. The delivery was also really smooth and arrived right on time. All in all, a fantastic shopping experience!
Delivery experience
I was really disappointed with the delivery of my recent purchase. The courier company didn't let me know when they were coming, so it was a surprise when the product arrived. Even though I specifically asked for it to be left at my door through my ring doorbell, they left it in my neighbour's garden. It made me feel like they didn't care about following instructions and it doesn't look good for the company they chose to deliver their goods.
