Work backpack purchase
I've been shopping at this online store for about a year now, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the work backpack I bought recently. Even though most of the stuff they sell is pretty cheaply made, this backpack was really good quality for the price. It's great that I can track my order all the way from when I buy it to when it's delivered, so I always know what's going on. They've always delivered my orders on time, usually within 3 weeks. The regular emails they send to update me on my order give me peace of mind and keep me in the loop. The work backpack I got is exactly what I was expecting, and it's been a great investment for carrying my laptop and paperwork. And the best part is, it only cost me £11, so it's amazing value for money.
Cheap quality items
Temu makes big promises about their products being cheap and cheerful, but honestly, don't get your hopes up. I thought I'd treat myself to a bunch of bits from their website, but boy, was I let down. Most of the stuff I got was proper naff, only 2 out of the 12 items were half-decent, the rest were a load of rubbish. Even though the things looked brilliant in the pictures and had loads of five-star reviews, they fell apart after just a little bit of use. Every time I hit 'buy', it felt like I was rolling the dice - you never knew if you'd get something good or a load of junk. Sure, shopping with Temu might feel like a laugh, but it's just not worth the risk when you're playing Russian roulette with quality.
Awesome stuff and low prices
Temu is absolutely fantastic, I swear. I've bought so much stuff from there and it's all been brilliant, and the prices are really, really cheap. If you end up with something rubbish, they'll take it back without any bother. I've been shopping on there for ages, it's my favourite place by far. Why pay extra when you can get it for less, eh?! And if you're not happy with your purchase, just send it back. I can't believe they don't have more stars, they definitely deserve more! Their customer service is amazing, always nice and helpful. Plus, they've got coupons that make things even cheaper. I'm a huge fan!

I've bought quite a few things from this company lately and, to be honest, I'm pretty happy with how it's all gone. The prices are good - they're competitive for sure, but not massively different from other brands that are just as reliable. One thing that really gets on my nerves though is the so-called "bonuses" they offer. It's a pain having to spin the wheel every time you go on the site, and then you end up missing out on the perks if you don't actually buy something right then and there. Plus, it's a bit annoying how rigid it is to add things to your cart - it can put people off finishing their orders.

Passport, drivers license, and bank details required for refund
I've just had a bit of a nightmare trying to get a refund from this place. They asked for my passport, driver's license, and bank details, which seemed a bit over the top. They'd already refunded some stuff onto my card, so I didn't get why they needed all that. When I asked about it, they changed their tune and said they only needed my bank details. It all felt a bit weird and made me uncomfortable. So, I've decided to steer clear of their services from now on.
Resent order due to local delivery issues
I recently had a bit of bother with a local delivery company who, for some reason, claimed they had delivered my order when I hadn't actually received it. I got in touch with Temu and they were really quick to reply and completely got where I was coming from. They kindly offered to send out another order without any fuss, which was a weight off my shoulders. It was great to know that I could count on their customer service to sort things out. When it comes to service, Temu definitely outshines other online retailers like Aliexpress.
Multiple purchases
I've bought stuff from your shop a few times now and I've been really happy with the quality. I was reading some posts and yeah, I agree that the GLS system can be a bit slow. I think DAO works quicker. But you've got to factor in delivery times too. Right now, I've got 4 orders on the way with GLS and they seem to be stuck at the "registered in GLS depot" stage for a while. But all in all, I'm pretty happy with the service I've received from your company.

I've been shopping at this company for a long time now and I really like it. They have a wide range of high-quality products at prices that are much lower than other popular online stores. I love that they have unique items that you don't see everywhere. Plus, my orders always arrive quickly - usually within two weeks. 2 blouses.
I purchased two blouses, and one of them was just right, but the other wasn't quite up to scratch. The quality was alright, could've been better, and it didn't fit as well as I expected. Still, for the money I spent, I can't grumble too much. The delivery came on time, just like they said, so at least I didn't have to wait forever to get my order.
Camp stove purchase
I bought a camp stove from this online shop not too long ago, and honestly, it was a total nightmare. I had to wait ages for the stove to turn up, and when I finally reached out to the company, they claimed it had already been delivered. But let me tell you, it definitely wasn't delivered to my place. I tried contacting them multiple times, but they were no help at all. Now I'm down $80 and still don't have the item I paid for. This site is a complete scam, so I'd advise anyone thinking of buying from them to be very cautious!
Good products, cheap prices
I love the items I bought from this store because they're really cheap. The customer service is great too, they sorted out a refund for me super quickly when I needed it. However, I don't think I'll shop here again because they only use Evri for delivery, and they're so terrible that it really puts me off.
Bought a few times
I just wanted to say how great it is to shop here! Every time I buy something, I'm always really pleased and surprised at how quickly my package arrives. Also, I really like being able to track where my package is on its way to me.
Beautiful blouse purchase
I bought this blouse last summer, but oh my goodness, it was terrible! It felt like I was wrapped in cling film – so uncomfortable. Why didn't they mention it wasn't cotton? I don't drive, so getting back to the shop to return it was such a hassle.
Purchased two orders which both arrived in South Africa, paid import taxes, but faced non-delivery for 3 weeks.
My experience with the company has been really disappointing. I paid all the import taxes and waited for ages but my orders never showed up. It was so frustrating not being able to find the actual address for Buffalo Logistics to go and collect my orders myself. I spent over R2500 and still didn't get the products - it's just not on. The service they provided was really poor and I definitely won't be using this company again.

Undelivered order issue
I had a bit of a problem with my order recently. It said it was delivered, but I didn't actually get it. I looked around my place properly and the item was nowhere to be found. So, I got in touch with customer service to complain, but they closed the case because it showed as delivered on their end. But, the delivery note said it was left near the bin, which makes me think it might have been taken. Now, I'm trying to sort out getting a refund for the missing item.

I ordered stuff but didn't get it
I placed an order on the 12th of May and it's already the 3rd of June with still no sight of my stuff. Not even received a confirmation email, I mean really! It's really irritating and I'm considering contacting my Visa company for a refund. This is not on at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends for sure.
