I popped into the store at Middle Brook retail park recently, on the hunt for a waterproof coat. I couldn't find one I liked on the shelves, but the staff were really helpful. They listened to what I needed and used their knowledge to find the perfect coat for me on the computer. It was a breeze to order and they made sure I got just what I wanted. Now that I've got the coat, I can say it's exactly what I was after - it ticks all the boxes. I was really impressed with the service at the store and I'll definitely be back in the future.

Exchange of coat
I went to the Middlebrook store the other day to swap a coat I bought for my son. It was too small for him. The girl at the checkout was really helpful and recommended exchanging it for a bigger size. Luckily, they had the next size available, so my son now has a coat that fits him well.
Rain jacket
I recently bought a rain jacket online and was really disappointed with the sizing. I made sure to check the sizing chart on the website before ordering, but when the jacket arrived, it was way too small. Feeling frustrated, I decided to get in touch with customer service for help. I called the number they provided and spoke to a representative, explaining my situation. Unfortunately, I was met with a dismissive attitude and told that I would have to pay £2.95 to return the item, with that amount being taken from my refund. The representative then ended the call suddenly, leaving me feeling disrespected and unsatisfied with the service I received.
Recent coat purchase
I bought a new coat not long ago and after only three weeks, the zip snapped completely in half. I got in touch with customer support for help, but they said they couldn't assist as they believed it was accidental damage. I was really let down by this, especially as I have other coats from the same brand that have lasted for years without any problems. It seems like the quality has really gone downhill.
Three fleeces
I bought three fleeces from the website, but I was really let down by the quality this time. In the past, the clothes I bought were better made and lasted longer. It seems like they're now using cheaper materials and zippers, which is a shame because the clothing used to be so durable and perfect for outdoor activities.

Coat with defective zip
I recently bought a coat but the zip was faulty, so it was basically useless. I've been a loyal customer for years, but I was let down by the poor quality and terrible customer service I got. The zip only worked about 1 out of every 20 tries, so I wanted to return it and get a refund. However, TOG24 said the coat wasn't faulty, which really annoyed me and made me feel like they didn't value me as a customer. This whole situation has definitely made me think twice about buying from them again.
Raglan Fleece
I had to return the Raglan Fleece I bought because it shrank in the wash. Even though customer service said it was okay, the product quality was not good. I've been a customer for a while and I was really let down by their response. I'd recommend people steer clear of this company if they want good quality products and customer service.

I bought a waterproof jacket online and got the tracking details, so I thought the order was sorted. But it turns out the item never got sent, and TOG24 wouldn't give me a different product, just a refund. Their prices are pretty steep for what you get, so it's probably best to wait for a sale. Can't really rely on them for shipping, wouldn't suggest shopping there again.
Oversized fleece purchase
I was really disappointed with my recent purchase, to be honest. I checked the size guide they gave, but when my oversized fleece arrived, it was huge! It felt more like a dressing gown than a jacket. The sizes were way off and it was just too big for me. It was a real pain having to send it back. The fleece seemed good quality, but the sizing problem made the whole thing a letdown.
