Returning an item
I didn't have any problems with ordering, getting my item, or the product itself. However, trying to return something has been a real nightmare. Even though I did everything they said I should, I've come across so many obstacles. Apparently, there's meant to be a button on my order page for returns, but I just can't seem to locate it. I've tried reaching out to customer service through the phone, email, Facebook, and Twitter, but I haven't heard back from anyone. And without a returns number, I can't send the item back within the 28-day limit, so now I'm just stuck with something I don't want.
Protein supplement purchase
I recently bought a protein supplement from this website and I was really happy with the product when it arrived. It was good quality and came in about 5-10 days as expected. However, I was a bit annoyed that there wasn't much communication during the ordering process. I didn't get a confirmation or dispatch email, which made it tricky for me to know if my order had actually gone through and when it would arrive. It was a bit frustrating, especially because this was my second time using the website and the first time I had this issue. Despite that, overall it was a good experience and I was pleased with the product in the end.

I bought some NFL gear for the international series in October from this shop recently. I picked up 2 tees and 2 hoodies at the best price I could find online, and even got a discount! I placed my order on a Sunday evening and it arrived by Wednesday morning with free delivery because I spent over £50. The customer service was really helpful when I needed some advice on sizing. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and will definitely come back in the future. One thing I would suggest is to include official jerseys in the range of products.

However, I did have a small problem with the size of one of the t-shirts, which sadly didn't fit. It was a bit tricky to figure out how to return it, as the store didn't have a clear process for returns. In the end, I decided to just buy a bigger size instead of dealing with the hassle of returning it. Despite this little hiccup, I now own two sports t-shirts that I'm proud of, and they'll definitely come in useful.

I recently bought three 9Forty Caps as Christmas gifts and I have to say, I was really impressed with the way the company communicated with me throughout the process. I got timely emails letting me know the estimated delivery time as they were transferring stock. Even though there was a bit of a delay, they kept me updated and I really liked that they were transparent about it. The caps arrived via Royal Mail, tracked, and I got them just a few days after they were sent. The quality of the caps was fantastic and I was genuinely pleased with my purchase.
Bought 2 caps
I picked up these two caps from USA Sports and I have to say, they have a great range of stuff! The prices were reasonable and the delivery was right on time. I ordered caps for a couple of US teams and they're really good quality. The only downside was that both caps were squashed into the box, so now one has a big crease on one side. Hopefully they'll spring back into shape, but they might want to consider using different packaging for certain items. All in all, I'd suggest these guys to any sports fan.
T-shirt purchase for a sports occasion
I bought a t-shirt and it was really good quality, no complaints about that. But, I was a bit gutted because my daughter, who's 12, used her own money to pay for next day delivery for a special occasion, and it didn't turn up on time. I sent an email to the seller but haven't heard back yet. Needless to say, my daughter was really disappointed.
Hockey jersey
I'm really disappointed with the hockey jersey I bought. It was so pricey and the material is really thin. I don't think it's going to last long after just one wash. Also, when it arrived, it was all crumpled up from being squashed in the package. Not a great first impression, you know?

I recently had a really great experience with a sports store in the UK. In the past, I've been disappointed by other stores selling American sports stuff, but this time was different. Expensive jersey
I can't believe the terrible customer service I got from USA Sports. I waited for more than a month for my jersey to arrive, only to be left in the dark with no updates. Considering how much I paid, the least they could've done is keep me informed. I highly suggest steering clear of this place if you don't want to end up disappointed.
Purchased two baseball tops, returned one
I bought two baseball tops from USA Sports not long ago, but had to send one back because it didn't fit right. Even though I showed them proof that I posted it back and they confirmed getting it, I still haven't got my money back for it. It's been more than a month now since I sent it back and I've been asking about the refund regularly, but still no luck. Their lack of communication and the slow refund process has been really annoying and disappointing.
Unwanted product received
I recently bought a sports accessory from this shop and I was really let down by the service I got. When I got my parcel, I found out that the item I wanted wasn't what I got. I got in touch with the seller straight away to try and sort out the mistake, but they haven't replied at all since then. I've tried getting in touch with them through email, phone, and even social media, but I haven't heard anything back. It's so annoying to be kept in the dark like this, especially when it's something as simple as fixing a mistake with an order. I would warn other possible customers to watch out for this lack of communication and their disregard for customer happiness.
Athletic shoes
This service is absolutely ridiculous! I ordered my item on 4th September and it's been over a month now but still no sign of it. I've contacted customer service several times asking for a tracking number but no response. It's just not on!
Sports equipment
I bought some sports gear on the 7th of February but it's been ages and I still haven't got it. I've tried getting in touch with customer service loads of times - calling them, sending emails - but haven't heard anything back. Even messaged them on Instagram but no reply. Really let down by their terrible customer service. Would recommend staying clear of this company when making purchases.
Quick delivery, excellent service, discounted price
I bought something recently and needed it quickly. I phoned the shop to ask if they could still send out my order for next day delivery even though I'd missed the deadline. The person I spoke to knew their stuff and said they could do it if I made the order and rang back, so I did just that. I was really pleased when my order turned up early the following morning. On top of that, they gave me a big 20% discount. I'm really chuffed with the great service I got at that sports shop.
