I didn't have the best start with my shopping experience on this website. The first time I tried to buy something, I had a problem with my order. But, I contacted their customer service team, and they were really quick to help me out and fix the issue. They even cancelled my pending orders so I could make a new one without any trouble. When I placed my new order, it arrived promptly and I was really pleased with my purchase.
I particularly liked the great discounts they had on games on this site. It made it really worthwhile to check them out before buying anywhere else. The variety of discounts was really good and helped me save some money on games I'd been interested in for a while.
However, I do feel there's room for improvement when it comes to the filtering options on the site. Some of the filters seem to arrange games by their original prices rather than their discounted prices, which can be annoying and time-consuming for customers. I bought Battlefield 2042 from Voidu at a very cheap price. After my purchase, I had a little issue with verification and had to contact Voidu customer service department. Ana attended to me and she was very helpful. She was fast and efficient in guiding me through the issue. The verification went through and I was able to install the game. I hope I won’t have any reason to come back to edit this review or drop a negative review for the company, as so far, I will gladly give them a 10/10. I hope to patronize them for a long time as long as the quality of their service remains consistent.
