Slow returns, pay for them
It's taken me ages to get my items returned, and now they want me to pay for them! It just feels like this brand doesn't really care about me as a customer. I definitely won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.
Dress return and refund
I had to send a dress back to Warehouse Fashions because it didn't look right on me. When my refund didn't come through as expected, I contacted their customer service team. I was really pleased with how fast and helpful Dave was in getting back to me. He made sure my return had been received and then sorted out my refund straight away. The service was really friendly and supportive, which I was really grateful for. Even though the dress wasn't right for me, I was really impressed by the great customer care I received.
Dress for a wedding
I bought a dress from Warehouse Fashions to wear to a wedding, but the whole experience was a total nightmare. I chose the 5-7 day shipping, but more than a week went by and I still hadn't got the dress. When I contacted customer service, they told me my order had been cancelled because they couldn't fulfil it. It was not only disappointing but also unprofessional how they didn't let me know about the cancellation. I definitely won't be buying from Warehouse again.
Clothing items
My experience with this website was pretty disappointing, to be honest. The clothes I bought weren't great quality at all, and I really wish I hadn't chosen to buy from them. On top of that, I had a problem with a return using store credit, which wasn't clearly explained in their return policy. The customer service I got when I tried to sort it out was no help at all and just ended up making me feel pretty annoyed. I'd suggest to others to avoid this website and spare themselves the same let-down I had.
Refund processed quickly
I recently had to send back something that didn't fit, and then the courier went and lost it! I was a bit annoyed to begin with, but I got in touch with customer service and Micheal got back to me sharpish and was really polite. He sorted out my refund straight away, no fuss at all. I was genuinely impressed by how quick and easy it was. Big thanks to Micheal!
Returns query
I got in touch with Warehouse Fashions about a payment delay for a return. Rochelle, who works in customer service, quickly got back to me with an update. She said she had already sorted out the return and told me when I could expect to receive the payment. I was really impressed by how smoothly everything went - I didn't have to chase them up or give any extra details. It's great to come across customer service that's so efficient and helpful.
cool t-shirt and jeans
Oh my goodness, I made a mistake when ordering my awesome t-shirt and jeans by entering the wrong email address, so I couldn't keep track of my order. It was a nightmare! But luckily, I reached out to customer service on the website, and it was incredibly easy and fast! I chatted with Darius and Mei, and they were amazingly helpful, sorting everything out for me in record time. I'm thrilled!

When I was in London for my studies, I bought my clothes from Warehouse Fashions throughout the period and I was 99% satisfied on all the products bought from them. Even after my studies which I left to Germany, I still order products from their online store. So a cousin of mind just got admission to study in my former school in London. Being a newbie in London, she contacted me on where she could reliably be buying her wears and accessories. Of course, I quickly referred her to Warehouse Fashions. Pointing to her how good the company is was an additional confidence booster. Guess what? In several occasions, she has called to thank me for linking her with such a nice house of fashion that allows her shop for all fashion needs with satisfaction.
