Teal wallpaper purchase
I recently bought some teal wallpaper from this company and I had a bit of a mixed experience, to be honest. When I tried to make an account, I had some issues and had to get in touch with Customer Services. I have to say, their Customer Services team is top-notch, probably one of the best I've dealt with in a while. Every time I gave them a bell, they picked up straight away and sorted out my queries efficiently. However, I did hit a snag when I tried to order a specific wallpaper that turned out to be out of stock. That info wasn't on their website, so I had to ask the customer services team why my order wasn't going through. It would really help if they updated their website to show what's in stock to avoid this kind of situation in the future.
Custom wallpaper order
The range of wallpaper in this shop is way better than in other places we've been to. There are loads of options to choose from, and the quality is top-notch. We managed to find the exact design we needed for our project. Ordering was easy and hassle-free, and we liked that we could order samples before making a big purchase. The delivery was super quick, which really helped us keep on track with our renovation. Getting a discount code with our sample order was a nice surprise and made the prices even better. All in all, we were really happy with our time at this wallpaper store.
Grey textured wallpaper purchase
The grey wallpaper I bought from this place arrived on time, which was a good start. I was a bit surprised to see that the colour was more grey than beige, but luckily I had seen some reviews so I was ready for that. Even though the colour was different, I have to say that I really like how the wallpaper looks on my walls. The textured finish gives a nice touch to the room, and I've decided to continue this pattern up the staircase, so I'll need to buy another 3 or 4 rolls. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and how it has changed my living space.

Beautiful wallpaper, lots of waste
This wallpaper is lovely and super simple to put up! The only issue is there's quite a bit of waste due to the pattern repeating, so it's best to grab a few extra rolls just to be safe. Nevertheless, it looks fantastic in my room and I absolutely adore it!
Wallpaper purchase with colour discrepancy
I recently bought some wallpaper and found that there were noticeable differences in colour between the rolls. When I contacted customer service about it, they weren't very helpful and basically said it was my fault for not checking each roll before buying. The supplier even did a so-called "hanging test" and said there was no problem, even though the colour differences were obvious. I ended up having to pay extra to the decorator because of this issue, but World of Wallpaper wouldn't own up to their mistake.

I've recently ordered some wallpaper samples from World of Wallpaper and it was dead easy. They've got a proper good selection of wallpapers and the samples came really quickly. I recently bought some wallpaper from this company, and I have to admit that I was really disappointed with how it all turned out. When I got the wallpaper and put it up, I noticed there was a flaw running through one of the rolls. It was only visible once it had dried on the wall.
