Shoes purchase
My recent trip to the shoe shop was great. I found just what I was looking for and the person who helped me knew their stuff. Everything went really well and I walked out happy with what I bought.
Shoes with poor quality material
The shoes were delivered quickly and they looked amazing initially. Sadly, after just a year of light wear, the material on the heels of both shoes began to peel off, leading to lots of pain and blisters when I wore them. I tried reaching out to the customer service email on the website, but to my dismay, I didn't hear anything back, even after I sent three follow-up emails with photos of the problem. It's really frustrating to be ignored, especially when I'm just trying to sort out a warranty issue.
£70 trainers
I bought a pair of trainers as a gift for £70, but I was really disappointed with the packaging they came in. They were in a damaged, plain cardboard box which didn't seem to match the price I paid. I expected better quality packaging for what I spent, so I was left feeling unsatisfied. I'd suggest being careful when ordering from this store next time, as the service and attention to detail don't seem to be up to scratch.
Shoes at the Westfields Stratford store in London
I had such a great time at the Westfields Stratford store in London. There's this one staff member, Jordan, who helped me out and she was super friendly and really knew her stuff. She gave me some really helpful advice on sizes and prices, making sure I got the most out of my purchase. Jordan even let me know about discounts for teachers, which was a really nice touch. Her upbeat and friendly attitude really made the whole shopping experience enjoyable, and she's a great example of top-notch customer service.
Shoes for my brother
I had a really bad time dealing with this shop. I bought some shoes for my brother and paid extra for next day delivery. But the courier they used didn't show up on time, saying it was due to warehouse problems. And to top it off, the shoes were a gift for my brother, but I had already left the country when they finally turned up. Not only did the courier mess up the delivery, they didn't even collect the package when they did manage to deliver it. As per the shop's rules, if they don't collect the package after a month, they should automatically return it and process a refund. It's been over a month now, and despite going back and forth with them, I still haven't got my money back. And now they're saying they've sent my refund through a third party (Klarna) and I need to sort it out with them. I've even sent them my bank statement as proof that I haven't been refunded, but I'm still stuck without my money and feeling really frustrated.
DM Reeder shoes purchase
I popped into the shop and this lovely lady named Alexis assisted me in picking out some shoes. She was super friendly and knew all about the different types of shoes available. Despite the store being hectic, she took the time to help me find the perfect pair. She didn't try to pressure me into buying anything else, but still mentioned some cool options. I decided to go with the DM Reeder shoes and I'm excited to give them a go! Alexis is amazing and definitely deserves a big pat on the back for being so awesome.
Overpriced sneakers
I bought a pair of trainers from this shop and later found out the same pair was much cheaper on another website. When I contacted Customer Service, they weren't very helpful and didn't address my concerns. It's really disappointing to see this kind of dodgy pricing and unhelpful customer service from a store that's supposed to be reputable.
Ordered trainers, payment issue
I was really looking forward to getting some brand new trainers from this store. But, when I went to pay with my card, the money was going to Klarna instead of the shop. I don't understand, I specifically picked card payment! It's so annoying!
Black Converse Shoes
I bought some black Converse shoes from this shop not too long ago, but I've got to admit, I'm not exactly thrilled with how things turned out. Turns out, the shoes they gave me aren't the real deal - found out I could've got the authentic Converse ones from their official website for the exact same price. The store kinda tricked me with how they portrayed the product, so now I'm feeling pretty let down and misinformed. When I fork out my money, I reckon it's fair to expect some honesty and openness, but sadly, that wasn't what I got from this particular shop.
Order cancellation
I ordered a pair of shoes online, but a few days later I got an email saying they couldn't send them to me. This is the second time it's happened with this company. They gave me a refund quickly, but it's annoying to deal with a company that clearly has problems with their systems.
Two pairs of trainers
I have to say, I was a bit doubtful about my purchase of two pairs of trainers after reading some reviews. But, I was really pleased with how quickly they were delivered and the great tracking information provided. When I got the trainers, I did notice that one pair might have been returned before because it was missing the label. But, the condition was fine, and it didn't bother me too much as I usually don't keep the labels. In the end, I can only speak from my own experience, and I have to say the service was really good.
Ordered shoes in March still waiting
I bought these amazing shoes way back in March, but they still haven't shown up! I've been trying to get in touch with the website over and over again, but I haven't heard anything back. It's really frustrating because I was so looking forward to wearing those shoes in the summer. I really hope they arrive soon!
Recent online shoe purchase
I recently bought some shoes online from this shop and it was a bit of a letdown. When I placed the order, I noticed that the wrong delivery address had been automatically filled in on the form. I quickly got in touch with their customer service team through Facebook messenger like they told me to, to give them the correct address. However, even though I tried my best, I got an email 15 hours later saying that the order was already being processed. I found out that the order had already been sent out and couldn't be changed, so the shoes ended up being delivered to the wrong place, costing me £80. The whole thing made me feel annoyed and unhappy with the service I got from this shop. In my view, they're not very good at sorting out customer problems, and that's definitely not good enough.
Shoes not received
I bought some shoes online not long ago but they never turned up. The delivery company said they left them in my letterbox, but I don't even have one so that didn't make sense. I contacted customer service for help but they took ages to get back to me and weren't very helpful. I just want a refund now because I don't trust their delivery service, but the company doesn't seem keen to sort it out.
Pink high top converse for granddaughter
I recently visited the Southampton branch of Schuh and had the pleasure of meeting Holly, a fantastic sales associate. She was so friendly, professional, and really knew her stuff when it came to the product I was looking at. Holly paid great attention to detail and her customer service skills made my shopping experience really enjoyable. If all the staff at Schuh are as brilliant as Holly, then I would definitely recommend this store to others. She is a real asset to your business and I hope you keep up the great service.
Shoes purchase for delivery
I bought some shoes from a shop and asked them to be delivered to my home. The staff said I could return them by post if needed. But when I tried to send them back, it was a total nightmare. I gave my bank details for a refund, but even after a lot of online chats and guarantees that the refund had been done, I still haven't got my money back. It's been way longer than they said it would take, and now I'm worried about how I'll ever get my money back. This whole thing has been so annoying and I won't be using this service again, that's for sure.
Online shoe purchase
This was the first time I had ordered shoes online from this company, as I've always bought them in-store before. I was disappointed when the pair I received looked clearly worn and had no tags. I contacted customer service about it, but all they offered me was either replacements or a £7 refund. I followed their return process by sending the original pair back, but they accused me of stealing, even though their tracking showed the shoes had been delivered to their warehouse. The customer service team's failure to track returns and their rude and argumentative responses have left me feeling really let down.
Online Sandals Purchase
I bought a pair of sandals online recently and honestly, it's been a bit of a disaster. I got a message saying my order had been delivered and signed for, but it turns out that wasn't true. I've been waiting for more than three days now to hear back from the company about what's really happened and who signed for it. Their customer service is nowhere to be found, and the whole thing has just been a total joke. It's so annoying and really let me down.
Recent shoe purchase
I went to the store in Southampton the other day and I must say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. There was this staff member called Rhiannon who was super helpful and really quick at getting things done. She even let me hold onto the shoes I was thinking of buying so I could look at other shops nearby, which was a really nice touch. I didn't feel like I had to rush or anything, so it made my shopping trip a lot more pleasant.
Click and collect order issue
I had a pretty rubbish time with this company recently. I did a click and collect order but when I went to get it, turns out they didn't have what I wanted in the store. I tried to sort it out, but they said someone already picked it up and wouldn't look into it or give me a refund. Honestly, it's been the worst shopping experience I've ever had.
