I recently bought this product, but it turned out to be faulty. The motor broke after 15 months, making a really loud noise. When I contacted customer service, they just offered me a discount on my next purchase. I mean, seriously? The product isn't even working! They promised to investigate the issue but, predictably, they never did. It's so frustrating!
Strap issues
I bought this wrist strap but it was a total nightmare. It wouldn't connect properly, the battery life was terrible, and the clip just wouldn't stay put. And to top it off, after only 4 days, the strap broke and now it's gone forever. It's so frustrating and feels like such a waste of money, especially since there's no warranty for lost items. Even though I measured my wrist, the strap ended up being too big. I tried wearing it on my bra strap instead, but it still kept falling off. Just a complete disaster all round.
Effective device, avoid subscription
The device is decent when you're in charge of its functions yourself. But their subscription service, SmartVibes, is really disappointing. I've tried hard to get it to work properly, but it just doesn't deliver on its promises. Dealing with a faulty subscription is really annoying, so I'd suggest avoiding it altogether. Just stick to using the device on its own and you'll still get all the benefits without any trouble.
