    Device assistance and return

    I got in touch with Careline recently as I needed to return my old device, and I was really impressed with the service I received. Cheryl, the person I spoke to, was so friendly, really knew her stuff, and made me feel at ease. She not only sorted out all my worries about my device but also went out of her way to help me return my old one, which was tricky because of my mobility issues. I was so grateful that she arranged for Royal Mail to collect the package from me – it was a massive help. Thanks to Cheryl's outstanding service, I had a great experience with Careline overall.

    Life-saving support

    Careline was an absolute godsend for my Grandad. They were incredibly caring and gave him a real fighting chance. Thanks to them, we were able to have some really special final weeks with him. They were always there for us, calling every hour when we needed it the most, right up until he had to go to the hospital. I truly can't express my gratitude enough for everything they did for us. They also have other services that could be really useful for elderly folks who may not have a big family support system. Overall, I am just so pleased with the service they offered.

    I bought a pendant and key safe for my auntie not long ago, and I've got to say, I had a really great experience with the customer service rep, Matilda.     My new equipment

    I recently bought some new equipment and I have to say, I was really disappointed. I'm only 12 years old and when I tried to set it up, it was way too difficult. I mean, what is even an Ethernet cable? Plus, there wasn't even a slot on my modem for it. I'm with this one company and they didn't offer any help at all. It was all so confusing and I just couldn't work it out.

    Setting up Careline for my Nan

    My grandma accidentally pressed the fob button and the Careline team's response was fantastic! The staff member on the phone made sure my grandma was okay, despite her being hard of hearing. This really helped her feel safer at home. When we were setting up the alarm, we got excellent assistance over the phone and online. I sent an email to double-check the contact numbers and got a lovely message back confirming everything. The Careline team has been extremely kind and helpful from start to finish. A big thank you to all of them!

    I bought an alarm system not long ago and I had a chat with a bloke from Careline Customer Service. Right from the start, he put me at ease by saying that fitting and setting up the alarm would be dead easy. He knew his stuff and was proper professional the whole time we spoke.     My experience with the customer service team at Careline was really great. When I called to say that my mum's careline machine wasn't working, Sue from customer services picked up the phone straight away. She calmly talked me through a reset process and even gave me some useful advice on how to improve the signal strength using a new cable that was included in the box. Thanks to her knowledge and kindness, the problem was sorted out swiftly and efficiently, which made a big difference.

    Policy cancellation due to bereavement

    This morning, I had to call up and cancel my policy because my mum passed away. It was really tough, but when I spoke to the customer service team, I felt like they weren't very understanding or empathetic. They just kept asking about returning the equipment, without really taking into account what had happened. It was disappointing and I think it's important for them to have training on how to handle these kinds of situations better, and work on their communication skills.
