    Monthly 'workouts'

    I've been going to the North 'gym' branch regularly for a while now, popping in for my monthly workouts. However, on my last visit, things took a turn for the worse when a live DJ set started just 10 minutes into my session. The loud store chatter, music, and the DJ themselves made it impossible for me to unwind and focus on my workout. As someone who is neurodivergent, it was all just too much for me to handle and left me feeling really stressed out. Even my therapist and the therapist next to me had to raise their voices to communicate, showing how frustrating the situation was for everyone. I tried to bring my concerns to the manager, but they brushed it off and offered me a mini treatment that I didn't even ask for. When I took the issue further to the store manager, I was met with a dismissive 'tough luck' response.

    Facial with Alba at FaceGym

    Hey everyone, just had to share how incredible my facial was at FaceGym with Alba! She was so lively yet soothing at the same time, I actually dozed off during the treatment. Woke up with my skin looking way better - definitely more toned and firmer. Honestly, it felt like a really good workout for my face!

    Daughters-in-law birthday present

    So, I ordered this thing for my daughter-in-law as a birthday gift. It was supposed to be this amazing hydrating active roller for her face. But when the box arrived and I gave it to her in front of everyone, it was totally empty! Can you imagine? So embarrassing, right? I tried to reach out to them but they're just too busy to even respond. I'm absolutely fuming about it!

    I really enjoyed my facial treatments at the Selfridges branch. It was a completely different experience compared to a regular salon. I've been there twice now and I'm definitely going back for a third session. I've even started using micro needling rollers in my skincare routine at home. I would highly suggest giving it a go!

    Voucher issue fixed by Madeline

    Madeline at the gym was a lifesaver when my voucher wouldn't work. She sorted it out in no time and really put me at ease. I was so worried I wouldn't be able to get my workout in, but she saved the day for me!

    I recently splurged on the FaceGym Pro, and was really looking forward to trying it out. However, when it arrived, it was faulty. I tried to contact customer service through email and phone, but no one was able to help me out. The lack of response and unhelpful attitude left me feeling really disappointed and annoyed. Even though they promised to get back to me, I still haven't heard anything from them. It's been a real pain trying to sort out this problem with a product I paid a lot for. All in all, my experience has been really disappointing and frustrating.

    First visit to experiential facial workout

    I popped into Coal Drops Yard for my first ever facial workout experience. The consultation was really interesting and the signature sculpt workout was so calming and refreshing. My skin was glowing afterwards, so I ended up buying the FaceGym Pro. I'm excited to go back again in May!

    I had an amazing experience at this place! I went for a facial at the St John's branch and the service I received was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt like royalty. The facial itself was fantastic, I felt so rejuvenated afterwards. But the best part of my visit was definitely the outstanding customer service. When I told Nathan at reception about my torn medi lift face mask, he immediately took action and referred me to Dora at customer service. Dora was an absolute star, she sorted out my issue quickly and made sure I was happy before I left. Honestly, I can't fault this company at all.

    Membership cancellation nightmare

    Cancelling my membership has been a total nightmare. Dealing with them has been really difficult, as I've had no support from the studio and have only been able to contact them via email. They kept charging me and even used a credit card without my permission. It's been an absolute nightmare trying to cancel.

    Workout review

    I recently went to this place for a workout and, I have to say, the trainers - Alex and Julia - are truly top-notch! They are so knowledgeable and really know how to make the workout enjoyable. However, the reception was generally good, but there was this new girl who seemed a bit rude. I've been a regular here for a while now and never had any issues before. And let me tell you, the customer service definitely needs to be improved! If you're not too fussed about the reception or customer service like I am, then I would definitely recommend trying it out for the fantastic trainers and great workouts!

    First-time booking, nearly cancelled

    After seeing some bad reviews, I thought I'd still give it a go. But I was actually really impressed with how well the workout went - it was tough but it did the job. Considering I'm past 50, I was chuffed with how it turned out. The person doing the therapy was really nice, talked me through everything properly, and you could tell she loved what she was doing. I'd definitely go back for another session.

    Refill container issue

    I bought some face moisturizer refill from your shop not long ago and honestly, I really like it. But here's the thing - I'm having a bit of trouble with the refill container.     I had a bit of a problem with something I bought from this shop not long ago. So, I got in touch with their customer service team for some help. I have to say, the customer service they provided was top-notch - they were really helpful and patient with me. I was really impressed with how much they helped me out, honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. In particular, my customer service rep, Madeline, really went out of her way to sort out all my questions and make sure I got the help I needed.

    Girlfriend's treatment

    My girlfriend had a fantastic time at this place all thanks to Eimhear. She really loved the treatment and came out feeling totally refreshed and revitalised. Eimhear was great - professional, really knew their stuff, and made sure my girlfriend was at ease the whole time. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were super friendly. All in all, a really positive experience!

    I think it's a great concept and really makes your skin glow, the effect can last for around two weeks. They offer original skin treatments which is nice. However, they could definitely improve their hygiene as not all beauty technicians seem to wash their hands before treatments which is a bit of a concern. It is quite pricey, around £100 per treatment.

    I had a reaction to one of the creams/facials and ended up with red circles around my eyes, probably because of the lack of hygiene. On the plus side, their customer service is good as they gave me a refund when I shared some photos of the reaction.
