I thought GetAgent was a good idea at first and was hopeful to get some recommendations for estate agents. Unfortunately, I was let down as there weren't enough agents signed up to the service. Even though I did receive a few good recommendations, I eventually found a local agent through my own research who wasn't part of their network. This agent had recently sold a similar house on my street for a great price. Surprisingly, my house was sold within two weeks of listing with this local agent. In the end, I realised that I had more success on my own rather than with GetAgent.

Unwanted solicitation experience
I had a frustrating experience with GetAgent recently. I had already spoken to a few estate agents and just wanted to compare their rates. I didn't want them to contact the agents I'd already spoken to, but GetAgent went ahead and started calling me again, which I didn't like. I explained that I have ASD and don't like getting lots of calls, but they carried on talking, making me feel overwhelmed and unable to fully follow what they were saying.

Toba was really great and helpful! He helped me find the perfect agent to sell my house. He gave me some useful tips on what to watch out for and what questions to ask. He even connected me with more agents, which was really cool. All in all, amazing service and I would definitely use GetAgent again!
