    We've been using Keap Max Classic for a while now, and we're really impressed with how it helps us automate tasks.     CRM software

    As someone who's bought CRM software before, I have to say that the platform is really strong and has loads of useful features for keeping up with customers. But I have to admit, the price is a bit hefty when you compare it to other choices out there, and you definitely need some time to get the hang of using all its functions. I'd suggest going for this CRM only if you've got a team working in-house to manage it all day, as it can be a bit tricky for newbies to figure out.

    I really like this email marketing stuff! I tried to cancel my subscription, but they carried on charging me for 2 whole months after I said to stop. It really wound me up, but then I found out online that some folks never actually get their money back. So, I decided to shoot them an email and you know what? Within a week, they refunded me. What a relief! Turns out, the people were spot on about their customer service being top-notch.

    The customer service at this company is absolutely terrible. They say one thing in writing but fail to actually follow through. They even charged me twice by mistake and then lied about it when I confronted them. It's shocking how they think it's okay to behave so unethically. On top of that, they blocked my account twice for no reason, despite me paying on time. The customer support team takes ages to reply, and when they do, it's usually just to log an issue with no solution. The way this company runs is really unimpressive and lacks professionalism.

    High-pressure sales at a seminar, $99 a month annual contract

    The whole experience was an absolute nightmare! I went to this seminar that promised an easy way to start a successful business, but it turned out to be just a bunch of high-pressure sales tactics. I ended up buying the software for $99 a month on a yearly contract, thinking it was a smart move. Little did I know, cancelling it would be such a headache. I tried three times to cancel, but they kept pushing me to stick with it, even though my old company would own any new ideas I had. I finally cancelled at the end of the contract, but not before shelling out $1188 for a service I never even used. And on top of that, they charged me for another month when I was already out of a job due to COVID. The whole thing was just ridiculous and really left a bad taste in my mouth.

    I bought some CRM software from this company and I have to say, it's been brilliant. The software is really easy to use, simple to set up, and has some great features that make it really useful for my business. I've tried other CRM software before, but none of them have been as clear and functional as this one.

    Why on earth would a company feel it's ok to slip in a sneaky price hike of $600 per year buried in an email without even hinting at it in the subject line? I've been a customer since 2021 and I think it's only fair to expect clear and honest pricing, not sly moves like this. It's really annoying to witness a brand that I used to have faith in stoop to such shady methods.

    We've been using this service for a long time and it's been really helpful for us. But seriously, be careful because they will continue to charge you for additional users even after you've removed them! It's been a hassle trying to get them removed and it's ended up costing me a lot of money without me even noticing. So, just a heads up to everyone!

    The software seems great at first, but it's actually really buggy. Cancelling it is a nightmare, and they still charge me even after I've tried to stop it. My manager is no help and ignores my messages. I'm seriously frustrated with this software - definitely avoid it!

    Overpriced, poor cancellation process

    I've been trying to cancel my subscription for the past 20 days but I just can't seem to get it sorted. Every time I get in touch, I'm promised that my representative will be in touch soon, but I never hear anything. It's really frustrating not getting any communication and being left in the dark like this. Plus, the prices are too expensive compared to other companies who offer better services for less money.

    Unauthorized charges

    I haven't actually signed up for this service, but I keep getting loads of emails and letters asking for payments. Even though I've shown them evidence that I never used the account and they promised to stop the payments, I'm still being hassled for money. It's really annoying and stressful how unreliable they are. I would definitely recommend avoiding them.

The customer support is really poor, and the team doesn't seem to know how to fix technical problems. There have been lots of issues with the system that have been going on for ages without getting sorted out.

    Candles purchase

    I reckon this place seriously needs to improve their customer service because it was not great at all. The candles are lovely, but the staff there don't seem to bother about how they speak to customers, it feels like they don't even appreciate our presence. It's a shame because I wanted to enjoy this place, but the service made it tough. Hopefully, they sort it out soon because I'd love to return for more candles.
