Payment mistake at airport
I recently made a mistake with my payment at the airport when my flight landed early. Instead of parking in the short term car park, my wife came to pick me up in the drop off area where I forgot to pay the charge within 24 hours. When I contacted customer service via email and chat, they were really understanding and told me there would be a fine for not paying on time. Realonda, who was helping me from customer service, realised it was an honest mistake and decided to waive the fine as a one-off. Her amazing customer service in acknowledging my efforts to fix the situation was truly appreciated. It's not often you come across this level of understanding and professionalism.

You will agree with me that one of the challenges of motorists is the challenge of packing. Sometimes one is scared of packing at the wrong place or parking at places where the security of their vehicle is not guaranteed. Anyways, I stopped worrying when I signed up with NCP a company that offers parking solutions. They pre-book parking spaces for me especially when I am in London. All I need do is use their mobile application and the deed is done. I am happy with their services so far and will continue to engage their services. I recommend NCP to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient platform that offers parking solutions.

Recently, I had a little problem that needed sorting out and a member of staff at NCP helped me out. I didn't catch their name, but they really knew their stuff and fixed my issue in no time. I was really impressed by how professional and friendly they were the whole time we were talking. Their skills made everything go really smoothly. I'd definitely recommend this staff member for their amazing customer service.

I had a bit of bother with the app recently and needed some help sorting it out. Maricar was really rapid and knew her stuff when it came to helping me out. The customer service was really great, they let us extend our parking reservation for free. Booking was a piece of cake and we didn't have to worry about finding parking for the concert.

I really do hate it when you accidentally pay for parking twice, think happened to me the other day. I was trying to pay for two parking spaces close together using the app, but ended up doubling my payment. Luckily, the chat support on the app was actually really helpful and sorted out the issue before I even finished parking. Can't fault their speedy response and great service, fair play to them.

Damaged car incident
I parked my car with this company, and they ended up damaging my front bumper and grill. I tried to get in touch with them several times via phone calls and emails, but they never got back to me. It's really annoying not to even get a basic apology or recognition of what happened. I have all the proof necessary to show that the damage occurred while my car was in their possession, but they seem to be avoiding owning up to it. Parking here just isn't worth the trouble or risk, particularly when the employees appear to be so careless and unhelpful.

Trouble with barrier entry
I was a bit confused with the QR code for the barrier entry and ended up booking an extra stay with a cancelled card by mistake. I sent them a message in the app chat and they sorted it out for me right away. They also let me know by email once it was all fixed.

Season ticket and Park Pass app
I really enjoy using the season ticket and Park Pass app for parking. The customer service is always amazing, especially when I used the online chat feature recently. I can't fault it at all. It would be nice to have parking attendants back though.

Parking in soho car park
I left my car in a car park in Soho, London for nearly 7 hours and ended up getting charged almost £10 for just 1 hour. When I got back, I saw that my car and a few others had their windows smashed and items stolen. I reported it to the police and the car park company, but neither really did much to help. The company's policy says they aren't responsible for any damage or theft. I definitely won't be using that car park again.

Issue with promotion code
I tried to use a promotion code for auto pay, but ended up getting charged four times more than I was supposed to. When I reached out to customer service to address the problem, not only was the staff member unhelpful, but they also spoke to me disrespectfully and made me feel small for questioning the extra charges. It seems like the company deliberately blocks promotion codes in order to overcharge customers. It's a clear scam, and they need to be held responsible for their dishonest actions.
