    Rubbish service. James Greenbury the CEO does not care about customers.
    I have used Parcels2Go on odd occasions and they were fine. But when things go wrong that is the time to see how companies cope. I sent an iphone through this company. When it arrived the iphone itself was missing, only the packaging remained, with the sellotape neatly sliced with a knife- obviously stolen at some point in its journey.
    I tried to get hold of the Customer service department to find out what was happened. This proved incredibly difficult. It is not possible to speak to a person in Parcel2Go. The only action possible is to go through the CHAT. I had three chats and asked for someone to phone me back. I was told someone will call you within 2 hours. They didn't. I was then told they would phone me before 4pm. They didn't. I was then told they would phone the next day. And guess what? Yes you are correct. They didn't.
    That is not the fault of the call centre girl It is directly down to the CEO James Greenbury who obviously does not care about customers. He is the reason that Customer Care is non-existent in his company.
    Never use this company in future.

    Horrible! I sent two packages to Germany, they arrived within 4 days I was so pleasantly surprised. An hour later I check tracking to find that the packages were not delivered due to an address error. I confirmed the address with both recepients who confirmed the addresses were correct, but they advised I change the surnames in case those are causing a problem.

    I contacted the team through live chat, asked to change the surnames of both packages. I was told that it's not an issue and within minutes they confirmed that it was complete. I received an email confirming that their operations center was contacted in regards to one of the packages. I felt uneasy about not receiving confirmation for the other package do I contacted again. As I feared, the other package name was not changed. So the new operator updated this for me and I received another confirmation email, stating that I will be contacted with further details soon. The next morning I wake up to a distraught text from one of the recepients who had checked the tracking only to find that the parcel was being 'rtn to sender'. Despite the fact that their previous email had stated that they would update me via email on any updates, I received nothing from them. I found out through the recepient. I checked the other parcel, same message 'rtn to sender'. They had my phone number and my email. They could've contacted me, but they did nothing at all. They should have kept the package on site for 10 days and attempted redelivery 3 times. They did neither of these things. Despite contacting them only a couple of hours after discovering the address issue, they decided that I wasn't worthy enough to be granted with their '3 redelivery attempts and 10 day waiting regulations'. They went against their own regulations and decided to send my packages back.

    I contacted them again. Fortunately, they managed to stop one package and it went to have it's address changed, supposedly. As a precaution I set it to deliver to the nearest parcel shop too. The package spent over 24 hours at the operation center, undergoing a name change. It was delivered to the parcel shop and imagine my surprise when the recepient arrives to collect it, sends me a photo and the name hadn't been changed! They simply stuck a sticker with the original name, beside the previous sticker! Good thing I had set the parcel to be delivered to the parcel shop.

    The second I realised that despite undergoing a name change for over 24 hours, the name hadn't been changed, I decided to set the other package to deliver to the parcel shop too. This parcel had only just arrived in the operations center for a name change that same morning. Unfortunately, this parcel, only spent a couple of hours in the operations center and was then sent back to me regardless of the fact that I had told them multiple times to not do this! I didn't even get the chance to set it to be delivered to the nearest parcel shop. Overall communication was terrible!

    Since they have no telephone or email, I was told to wait for a call. I informed them that I do not have the time to wait for a call, thus, I was assured it would take no longer than 2 hours. I waited, and waited. And eventually, almost 3 hours later, I reviewed a call. While I was in the bathroom. Private number, I couldn't ring back. Fortunately, they had enough brain to contact me via email. We went back and forth for a bit, then another person took over, I emailed him, he ignored me, he emailed me back the next day, stating things I already emailed him with previously, confirming. I emailed him again, literally repeating that same email. The next day I receive a 'case closed' email. 2 of my emails had been completely ignored and they deemed the case closed. Despite the fact that I was supposed to now wait 6-8 weeks for my package to return and I received no answers to anything that I had asked.

    I contacted them again, asking to speak to management because I was now having to send out another package. The inside contents had been personalised with names, so I had ultimately just lost £30 because even if that package returns, I won't be able to sell it onto another customer. I was told that management are not online. When I said that I would like their email and contact details, I was told that I couldn't get these. The only thing they can do is 'request the package be delivered to you ASAP.' what will that do? This company has already provided me with so many empty promises of 'requests', that I no longer trust them to go through with anything. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I need to wait just like all their other customers, for my package to arrive, before I can claim a refund. So I'm supposed to sit around for up to 8 weeks, possibly longer?! The chat ended.

    Absolute lack of professionalism. Not worth the hassle.

    I ordered a collection and delivery on 29th july . They lost the items then found 3 out of 4 . They now will not entertain an insurance claim or post me the items they found . This is theft and criminal . Theey are knowingly keeping my items they found and refunding me nothing of the purchase price . This must be illegal ?

    Avoid at any cost. They can tell you wonderful prices for their parcels but their cooperation with DPD is very unprofessional.
    On the 31st of July I sent two parcels. One by standard post via Royal Mail the other one which was more valuable by DPD(ordered from parcel2go website).

    The standard Royal Mail parcel arrived within 7 days from posting it. The courier parcel got stuck in a hub for 14 days and suddenly came back to me.
    No money has been refunded to me since then. It looks like I Paid and posted a parcel to my own address. How great.
    Of course before the parcel came back to me I tried to contact Dpd but they couldn’t answer me because I had to contact parcel2go first. I did it. They said I should write to the investigation team (no phone provided only emails). They responded. They said that DPd has 2 days to explain why they returned my parcel and then they will rearrange my delivery again. The two days have gone. Parcel2go still doesn’t know why. No money has been returned. My parcel is still at my house. The recipient is frustrated and disappointed. Parcel2go wasted my time.
    It’s a modern “theft”. I still have my parcel and they still have my money and they keep wasting my time.

    Lack of professional behaviour and competence and due care.

    I understand everyone needs money but I paid for my service and haven’t received the service I paid for. If parcel2go called themselves a charity I would donate, but be professional and do what your terms and conditions say.

    Lost Parcel

    Posted a 12Kg parcel - 5 day delivery - never arrived - covered by insurance - sent required documents to prove it never arrived(?) - chased - chased again - chased again(!) - useless call centre / chat - OFFERED TO REBOOK THE DELIVERY! - spoke to claims - ADVISED NOTHING THEY COULD DO AS WITH MANAGEMENT - awaiting call back - NOW 2 MONTHS SINCE ORIGINAL PARCEL WAS POSTED - NOW 1 MONTH SINCE LOST CLAIM WAS PROCESSED - now awaiting some pathetic foreigner to ask another dumb question, like 'would you like me to rebook it' (even though it is confirmed lost and there is nothing to rebook). Maybe it's just me, but does anyone else see the problem here?
    Perhaps just confirm its lost, admit to being useless, and pay the insurance? That's 1 management day - then they could have the rest of the month or two off.
    Here's another joke - 'how many P2G managers does it take to establish that they have dropped a bollock and are unable to solve the issue?

    On Tuesday my package was collected and today (3 days after) arrived to Venzone/Italy. I am over the moon, package was handled with so much care (DPD, courier I trust so much), all arrived perfect though tHe content was fragile, I could not be happpier. Thank you so much to P2G and DPD.

    Item picked up and then lost. Constant delaying tactics and after 2 months still no answer. Just watched documentary on this very subject and now believe this criminal website has sold my parcel. Now lost £120 value of item plus additional £ 22 for lost and " insurance " Don't use stop giving crime more money!

    Don't book “Delivery Guarantee” – it's counterproductive!
    I used Parcel2Go and paid extra for “Delivery Guarantee.” Parcelforce didn't collect the parcel on the date agreed. As a consequence, the parcel wasn't delivered on the day it was expected. When I wanted to claim the refund*, I was told: “The delivery guarantee does not guarantee the collection date just the delivery time once the parcel has been collected.” This means Parcel2Go and their partners have an incentive not to collect your parcel at all when they have the slightest doubt they can deliver it in the time agreed — which in turn means you're better off without the guarantee!
    * “If you purchase Delivery Guarantee, you will be entitled to a full refund of the carriage if your parcel is not delivered by the pre-agreed date.”

    Collection of a purchase

    Don't use this company. Gave full details for pick up of an eBay purchase from a company premises with manned despatch area.
    Notification that they couldn't pick up the package. Had not tried. Another day same thing.
    Kept checking the tracking and was the same on the 4th day but got a message from the seller that it had been collected!
    A few days later it showed as being in my local despatch centre. Also spoke to p2g who confirmed this. A few days later it was delivered to the seller again.
    She gave up and refunded me. So the £100 speaker I bagged for £23 was lost.
    Bearing in mind I was working from home and was in the house all day every day we know they didn't try to deliver.
    Emailed. Complained. By the time we figured out that the P2G hadn't logged it as a claim for a refund they said the 28 day deadline for the reclaim had passed.
    Unbelievably incompetent.
    If they respond with an excuse I am happy to post all of the screenshots emails and chat transcripts.
    Zero stars or negatives unfortunately not possible.
    Let's see if this review is flagged for review by them... they don't want the truth to come out.

    Parcel delivery in one peice!

    Used this company for years as it was easy but everytime there is a lost parcel or damage they make it as hard as possible to claim if you can actually get hold of them.
    Sent a parcel and they smashed it in half. A Karcher carpet cleaner how hard is it to do that! Offer the £200 compensation but not the £19 I paid for the privilege! Use a company that values customer loyalty!

    have used parcel2go several times and on most occasions I have not had any issues.
    However, I was extremely disappointed at their lack of interest when one of my items went 'missing'... (probably stolen) in transit. It took about a month for them to conclude that they won't be able to get it back, and had a gap of around 2 weeks where they did nothing.
    I feel let down by them and feel that if they had acted earlier and took my claim more seriously, perhaps my item could have been found.
    I have not received any details as yet on whether they have tracked every single point where my item was handled as I am strongly convinced that it was stolen by a courier

    They said that they would have refunded me if I had insurance, so blamed me for not having took out insurance when the item would not have been covered anyway???

    Utterly disappointed and I have now switched to a different parcel company.

    what a rubbish company ---- booked parcel for next day delivery - the did not collect in time --- my client cancelled the order, as it would not arrive in time

    Tried to claim on the £20 insurance that is supposed to be included in your cost - you try to claim it ---- it's a nightmare - they ask you for proof of non delivery (they are the delivery company), proof of value, etc ...... gave up in the end as they do not want to part with the cash

    AMAZING SERVICE I couldn’t believe the price, compared to other services it seemed too low! The parcel (21kilos) was picked up exactly on time and delivered to address in USA 4 days later. Next time I will pack better though as customs made a mess of the box and slit open the plastic bags inside containing clothes. Otherwise perfect service and only cost £85 plus full insurance amount, which was optional. Nearly the same as an extra case on a plane journey, but delivered door to door. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE HIGHLY ENOUGH.

    Why do you keep sending the same review, are you writing fraudulent reviews?

    Total .... This company have so many fake positive reviews! They truly are the worst courier firm I’ve ever used.

    Do not use. Especially for small items - they just won’t show up - and you won’t get a refund either.

    I have used this company 3 times. The first few times my parcel wasn’t collected I gave them the benefit of the doubt because these things happen.

    But then on the third time I lost my patience as I had booked them to deliver a birthday present to my elderly friend who is by herself in a care home.

    They just didn’t show up to pick up my parcel. I got an email saying, we couldn’t collect your order. The only option available was “rebook your collection” - there is no option saying, sorry, click here for a refund. Which should definitely be something they offer. You paid for collection and no one collected, a refund should go without saying.

    It’s just a really unreliable service. They manage to dart around refunding you. I spent 45 minutes trying to find the page which gave instructions on how to apply for a refund. Only to find that’s not an option - the only option is to rebook the collection. After 45 minutes of wasting time trying to figure it out, you give up cos it only cost you £4.50 to begin with & it’s not worth the hassle. But that’s how they screw you!

    They’ve done this 3 times so I have basically spent £13.50 on nothing. It’s so frustrating. They are uncontactable - and any numbers online have warnings from other customers saying they are fraud numbers - don’t call them.

    It’s left such a sour taste in my mouth I’m really surprised they haven’t been reported. And I’m really surprised they have such a good rating cos if I could give them zero stars if I could.

    I never complain on reviews but I had to on this occasion.

    Don’t use them- use a more legit company

    Sending parcel via Parcel Force

    No negatives at all. Price was a fraction of what it would be via PF website. Took large parcel to post office on Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered Friday morning. The booking was easy to do, website clear to follow and labels came through quickly for me to print. I'm very pleased with the service indeed.

    I sent the package from the UK to CZ on March 3. I was told in a week that the package was lost. Exactly a month later, the package was found on April 10 and sent back to my address. Next week I asked when the package would come back. I was told that on March 30, the package was delivered (nonsense). After communication, the package was reported as lost again. Re-recording receipts for insurance, etc. After 2 days, I was told that the package was found (yes really, it's not a joke). After two months, I don't have a package, money, nothing. The company does not respond to emails, reluctance. The worst experience in life with a company. Don't take it!

    The mark of a good company is how they respond when things go wrong. Using this measure then parcel2go must be down there with the very worst.
    I took out extended cover to ensure an item I was sending was covered to its value. It's was packed well, bubble wrapped in multiple layers and externally very secure.
    Unfortunately the package was still damaged, damage that could only have been inflicted through major mishandling. So I contacted parcel2go to claim. Sent a photo of the damage and waited.
    I got an email informing me that I hadn't provided enough information. I needed to supply photos of the internal and external packaging. I pointed out that nowhere does it suggest such photos would be required or advise that you take them, but apparently without them the claim could not be processed, despite their agent accepting the parcel and the clear damage, which could only have been caused by significant mistreatment.
    I pointed out that I couldn't provide these 'required photos' and as a result the 'deadline' for claims passed and my claim lapsed.
    The claim process is a sham, designed to make it nigh on impossible to succeed in a claim.
    They don't care, they work on getting as many deliveries as possible, quantity not quality, if a few of us drop out of the end due to terrible experiences, it's ok because there are plenty more lured in by the ultra low prices.
    I've learnt the hard way that it's cheap for a reason. Pay a couple of quid more and get a professional outfit on the job if you value your delivery.

    In December 2019 I use Parcel2Go for 3 shipments, and non of them goes fluent. Any way here is worst of them.
    I send with MyHermes trough Parcel2Go one old iron sewing machine table, which never reach my customer.
    As a result I get negative feedback, PayPal claim and a lot of troubles.
    And what I get from Parcel2Go? NOTHING!
    According to their claim department it was not obvious that package wasn't delivered!
    I supplied to them photos of the package sent, screenshots from PayPal transaction, screenshots from MyHermes tracking system, logs from MyHermes chatbots etc.
    In all of them it was quite obvious there was a problem with this package and damage caused to me was quite big.

    It is quite hard to get to their customer support and it is absolutely not possible to arrange anything directly with MyHermes, because you are not MyHermes customer but Parcel2Go customer.

    Sure I'll not use them again!

    I sold a brand new mattress on Ebay and sent it through Parcel2Go using myHermes. The mattress was collected after I rescheduled the original delivery date because the driver never bothered to show up. After the mattress was eventually collected by the driver (3 days later), the tracking showed the parcel as only collected and nothing more, even after 3 business days. I checked again after 5 business days and still only showing as collected. This should have showed as delivered to the depot at the least. This means that the parcel never reached the depot (the next stage in the multi-stage process. I can only assume the driver decided to keep the mattress for himself since it had a retail value of £500. I contacted Parcel2Go via chat (I could not find a phone number for them), only to find that the agent was unhelpful and seemed to not care. The agent refused my request to contact myHermes, stating that it wasn't possible and that the only option was to send them an email and wait 2-3 business days for a reply. It's been 7 business days now and still no reply. You can forget about parcel insurance because Parcel2Go have a huge list of excluded items and this is how they make their money, by scamming customers with mislead insurance promises.
    Myhermes currently have no contact options. When a company makes it hard for you to contact them, it simply means they're reluctant to offer you customer service. STAY AWAY FROM PARCEL2GO.

    Parcel UK to Barbados

    Customers beware, avoid sending parcels with this company at all cost. I recently sent a straightforward parcel from the UK to Barbados and needed it there by a certain time. So I therefore paid additional for guaranteed deliveryAnd chose FedEx as the carrier. The parcel was collected by FedEx and then went on its way arriving in the US 3 days later where it has stayed for the last five days. FedEx will not speak to me in relation to my parcel after several attempts made due to it being booked through parcel to go and continuously direct me to speak to parcel to go myself to obtain any information. I have subsequently found out that parcel to go do not take calls and have no advertised telephone number. The only way to contact them is via email or online chat of which I have done both on several occasions only to be told they cannot assist me other than to raise an enquiry with the courier and this can take up to 14 days. I have explained to them the urgency hence the reason for paying for the guaranteed delivery service and requested they authorise FedEx to speak to me directly but they have point blank refused to do this and told me I will just have to wait the 14 days. The worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will never use this company again as I now have to purchase the contents of my parcel again and spend even more money as I do not have the luxury of waiting 14 days to find out why my parcel is delayed.
