    If I could give no stars, I would. I paid for a heavy parcel to be collected. On 6 separate occasions I jhad to stay in when they said they were coming. Had to re-book collection 4 times. They even had the cheek to say that the parcel wasn't ready for collection. It had been ready for nearly a week.
    The final icing on the cake was being told they were going to charge us extra because it wasn't packaged properly, even though we sent it back in exactly the packaging it arrived in. Tried complaining, absolutely useless!

    Absolutely, it's a big fraud. My order number is P2G114425256. First of all, their website is the worst one. The tracking doesn't work, and there's no real-time data. I chose the Personal option and sent some student items, such as books and clothes. However, they returned the parcels without giving me any reason why they sent them back. They charged me £370 and said there would be no refund. They didn't even deliver it and collected and returned it the next day.
    2 parcels value around £40 but i did pay £370 because there are some important half-written notes etc.
    DHL/Parcel2go won't tell you upfront that we shouldn't send clothes and books.

    Really poor service. Ordered and paid for a collection. Driver never showed up on confirmed date. Took 60 mins to chat online to an agent only to be told "sorry, we can't let customers know when a collection fails". Absolutely appalling service!!

    1. I entered into a contract with P2G to deliver a package .
    2. The package was covered for £20 compensation.
    3. P2G failed to deliver the package to the correct address.
    4. P2G asked for information that is contrary to the regulations of GDPR. Copy signature of person accepting delivery.Difficult when I have no idea where they delivered the parcel. Then they ask for copy of my bank statement to prove the item was paid for. Do they think I send empty packages in the hope they loose them so i can claim
    5. My customer is not willing for me to provide the bank transaction showing their details.
    5. P2G in my opinion is in breach of contract.
    DO NOT THINK YOU ARE COVERED FOR COMPENSATION WHEN P2G FAIL TO DELIVER/DAMAGE PARCEL.
    They will use delaying tactics, ignore you and now even say without bank statements reject your legitimate claim.
    Think carefully before buying a service from these.

    Absolutely appalling service. I run a small business making dresses and sending to the US on a regular basis. Recently some of my parcels have not been delivered. When I have reported them to Parcel2go they have sent me a quick email to say that your parcel has been found and it is on it's way to the customer and close the case so that I cannot put a claim in. Weeks later my customers are still waiting for the parcels to arrive. Parcel2go won't re open the case/s or answer any emails and I cannot contact them by phone. I have customers who want refunds for items that hadn't been delivered and I don't have a hope in ... of getting any compensation. I am now hundreds of pounds out of pocket. I had been using Parcel2go for almost a year, sending on average 6 - 8 parcels a weeks. However the customer service is so appalling that I will go back the good old Royal mail.

    If you have a valuable or expensive parcel, do not use Parcel2Go. They try to force their overpriced cover on you and then, in my case, when Hermes "lost" it, they refused to pay me more than £20 in compensation on a guitar worth £350.

    Booked a delivery of an expensive item,paid extra for insurance. They failed to mention at time of booking that I needed to include an eBay code but there was nowhere to enter the code and no mention of it anywhere on their website. The result of this was that they could not deliver item so returned it to me in a damaged condition. They also just left it on my door step in full view. A parcel insured for £300! I tried to make a claim against them and was fed a constant stream of excuses. Need less to say I'm.still.waiting for a refund of the £27 I paid to send this parcel. I consider it a breach of contract on their behalf. They have no contact number but hide behind a computerised live chat service. Very poor company with no concern for customer service

    drop off is fairly easy
    BUT...if they lose your parcel you have BIG trouble.
    Impossible to speak to a human, live chat is all but useless and sends you in circles.
    They of course farm your parcel out to other couriers, in my case it was Hermes, whose help line is not worth bothering with, live chat line, that can not answer a relevant question. Again no human contact.
    Just so frustrating.......Go Post Office
    Could not give 0 stars for service or delivery !!!!

    After dealing with this company for over 3 years I'm astonished how their business model has gotten worse rather than better. They are great when things go right, but the worst company I have ever dealt with as soon as an issue arises. Only ever available via live chat, and also a 24-48 hour wait for a response, even for a small query. This usually results in further 24-48 hour waits over and over...you'll get fed up before they do! First ever negative review I have ever had to leave.

    Don't send bike componants with these guys, you won't be insured for damage in transit. They list bicycles as items that won't be covered by damage in transit but don't mention parts. I sent a part i sold on ebay which was damaged in transit and they refused to pay out as its bicycle related. Won't use again.

    If you want the cheapest price at any cost and risk, buy here. If not, avoid. I am still on a neverending process to be refunded a parcel that got lost by their courier partner... and still not seeing the light. Here is some of plates in their menu: 1. Keep you 3x more time than their commitment, waiting for an investigation for loss to be completed (3 weeks after the committed resolution date); 2. Keep you banging your head against the wall for getting the refund they are to provide per their insurance policy (you paid for it!) approved: they rejected my claim 3 times asking for me to send an email by myself to myself (!) stating that the goods were lost... They approved when I anticipated suing them; 3. (Current) They pretend they can give you money back just like they took it from your credit card, but guess what? They refund to the card only the shipment price, while the loss LD's can only go to a bank account OR to their pre-paid account. Meaning: you don't want to have a credit with them only want your money back, so you tell them: you need to refund to my non-uk bank account if you can't refund to my card. They just ignore your comment, again and again, and repropose the same standard refund scroll down choices, again and again. This is so close to fraud that only if I were a total idiot I would use their service again in the future. Keep off!

    Update from the 23rd of DECEMBER 2020

    It is time for me to contact my lawyer as the value of the merchandise is very high and it worth for me to go in a court , #watchdog and #TradeStandards and I will,no questions about that.

    Spent now around 25 hours, from the 21st, in chat and no one can tell me where my parcels are!

    Due to the Dover mess my 4 boxes ( 120 kgs of merchandise ) were sent back to parcel2go ( yes they do not send them to you as the sender is NOT you but parce2go !) and they SHOULD return them to you.

    I have got a tracking number provided from DPD as a pure act of courtesy because they understood that my business is critical without these 4 boxes and I know that they ware received the 23rd at 10.38 from parcel2go ( and the name who signed, I do not put for privacy).

    Customer service said it was going to be returned to me, after it was delivered to them.

    I am asking since then where my boxes are, why haven't been returned back as they are in a DEPOT, in Bristol.

    I have left a negative review here and you get a nice reply that they were going to contact you .... yes , they do.
    Just to send you a copy and paste email with apologise.
    I do not want apologies, I want my boxes!

    They said they were starting an investigation nearly 2 weeks ago, I wrote twice , nothing back.

    I did chat again, 1 hour and 1/2 while the lady was chatting with other 3 people.
    She asked me how I sent my items, if in boxes.
    How should I send my items if not in boxes?
    Maybe in bottle??? Stop insulting people intelligence

    It is like talking with a rubber wall, no one is interest in what you ask, say or in your problem.

    I am happy Parcel2go is publishing around about they £100 millions, I wish they spent some in the customer service and improving what they offer.

    Waiting a refund for another payment from the 21st of December, I will open a case with paypal now.

    I work with many couriers and brokers , I sent 10.000 parcel a year but never happened anything like this before.

    Disgusted, as I want to stay polite

    PS: there a petition against P2G on change.org that we all should sign

    Please can you suggest a local lawyer in UK, for small items court appeal against P2G (in case you already engaged one)? It would ease my next steps... thanks!

    I think they are good but the only problem I have been facing with them is their UPS Service. They always come back with extra charges to fraud you. They have been charging me extra kgs that I don't know where it comes from. I even spoke to one of UPS drivers and she said, this is how they make their money from customer. I don't think I will be using them again, because I have written to them several time but Parcel2go seems not be bored.

    4 day service took 5 weeks to arrive. 2 out of 8 boxes missing.
    P2G made zero attempt in trying to work with UPS to find them, left up to me to arrange.
    P2G didn’t even respond to 4 emails requesting a refund sent each week over 28 days.
    Sent all details to credit card company and got a charge back (full refund) of £1200.

    Always use a credit card, not debit card.

    My contract with Parcel2go to arrange deliver of my parcel was placed on the 30 October 2020

    My Parcel should have arrived its destination 3 November.

    Making a complaint is hidden within the website
    Live Chat, keeps you hanging. When you are eventually connected, the call handlers are at the same time dealing with other customers, more waiting between texts.

    As of 7 November 2020. Parcel2go, say they have located my parcel and concluded the complaint as resolved.
    Parcel2go stop short of saying when the parcel will be delivered Therefore not resolved.

    As of 11 November, Parcel2go confirmed my parcel is still at the Hermes Depot and would chase them for delivery date and get back to me, i still haven't heard back from them. Finally they said my parcel was damaged and will be returned to me

    Today, Friday 13 November I'm now told my parcel is now lost! Which is it, damaged or lost?

    I paid extra for the insurance cover. only to discover their is no 3rd party Insurance Company it seems to make an claim against.

    18 November, I haven’t received an update from Parcel2go.

    23 November, i still haven't received an update from Parcel2go.

    I have emailed their CEO James Greenbury i haven't received any acknowledgement or reply from him either.

    To clarify, there is no 3rd party Insurance Company protecting my parcel.

    2 December 2020. Parcel2go or Hermes can't tell me if my parcel its lost or broken. This being their justification not to do anything.

    I will be seeking legal recourse against Parcel2go and its CEO James Greenbury
