Gift items
My recent time on the website was pretty good, I've been there before and always been happy with the service. But, I came across a bit of a frustrating problem with the "Sign up for the Newsletter" bit. It kept making me type in my details over and over again, even after I got a confirmation email. It just kept taking me back to the 'Please complete your details' page, so I ended up giving up and just carried on with my purchase without signing up for the newsletter. Despite this little problem, I'm still hopeful that the service will be up to scratch like before.
Decorative personalised cake knife
I bought a fancy personalised cake knife online and made sure to pick next day delivery. But, when I got my email confirmation, it said I chose regular delivery by mistake. It was annoying, so I decided to get in touch with customer service. Surprisingly, I was put through to a guy called Tom in under a minute. Tom sorted out the problem by upgrading my delivery to next day shipping in no time at all. I was really impressed with how quickly he dealt with everything and got it all fixed up. I've never had such great customer service before. Big thanks to Tom for his amazing help!
Quick and efficient gift delivery
I wanted to share my recent experience with a last-minute gift purchase, as I was really impressed with the service I got. Even though the website said it would take 5 days for delivery, I decided to message customer service on Facebook. The person who helped me was really helpful and nice, making sure my gift was sent out that same day. It actually arrived at my house the next day! The packaging was lovely and the gift was just as described. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for quick and trustworthy gift delivery.
Anniversary gift purchase
I bought an anniversary present from this shop recently and, all in all, it was a good experience. Ordering was easy and clear, like you'd expect when shopping online. But it did surprise me a bit when I had to confirm the purchase with my bank app. I get that it's for extra security, but I wasn't prepared for that. I do wonder what would have happened if I didn't have a bank app to confirm the purchase. Anyway, despite that little issue, I still gave it a top 5-star rating for how smoothly the ordering process went.

I reckon the personalised birthday chart I got for my mate's birthday will go down a treat. One thing though, it might be a good idea to have a wee box on the order form where we can write a little message. That way, it'll be clear who the gift is from - I had a bit of bother with that. Other than that, the product is top-notch and the delivery was quick and easy.

I bought some teddy bears from this place when I was on holiday and it was really straightforward. The staff were great at communicating with me, keeping me informed throughout the process. The best part was that my friend who lives nearby was able to collect the teddies for me and send them over to America! I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at this place. I've noticed there are a few negative reviews going around, but I can only share my own experience. Sapphire and Sam truly went above and beyond to assist me with a problem I had with my order. They were so professional and kind, just like all my previous interactions with this company. Personalised cushion purchase
I was really disappointed with the personalised cushion I bought for my sister's Golden Wedding anniversary. The "golden" print on it just looked like a dull custard yellow, nothing like I expected. The stitching was done so badly with loose threads everywhere. Plus, the cushion was really thin so it just flattened out when you leaned on it. The cover felt cheap, like a low-quality pillowcase. I've bought better ones from a pound store for much less than the £24 I spent on this one. It felt like I was being robbed, not getting a good deal. I wish I could give it zero stars, it really wasn't worth it.

I was on my phone, trying to order something, when I accidentally closed the screen. But you'll never believe what happened! This really great company actually emailed me to assist in completing my order! It was so useful and I managed to get exactly what I wanted in the end.

I bought a Short Break voucher as a gift but was a bit miffed that I couldn't personalise it. I sent them an email straight away for some help but got no reply. I sent another email later that week and still heard nothing back. I even tried using the contact form on their website, but I kept getting stuck on the authentication code. It was so annoying to deal with bad communication and technical problems like that.
Wanted to order a personalised paperweight
I tried to order a personalised paperweight, but it wouldn't let me add it to my basket because I forgot to fill in some required fields. I gave it a few tries, but it just wouldn't go through. I can't comment on the quality of the item because I never managed to purchase it. Oh well, no worries, I ended up using Born Gifted instead and it was all good.
Personalized gift for a friend
I've just bought a special gift for a close mate and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it turns up in one piece and just like how it was described. I don't reckon it's dodgy, but I'll only know for sure once I've got it in my mitts. I've rated it 4 stars at the moment, but if it lives up to my hopes, then it'll definitely get 5 stars from me.
Personalised wine glasses
I recently ordered some personalised wine glasses for my family member's 25th wedding anniversary. Sadly, when they arrived, they didn't have the engraving on them that I asked for. I was really disappointed because I was excited to give them as a special gift. I quickly sent an email to the company to tell them how unhappy I was and to ask why this had happened. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them yet. I'm really let down by the lack of care and customer service from this company. I won't be using them again in the future.
