Alarm system
I have tried for weeks to get some cameras added on to my account this is proving impossible with this company. I have there alarm system and just wanted some extra cameras added a simple job you would think not for these. There customer service is extremely poor and they don’t care about there customers at all I’ve put my cancellation in ive only been with them 3-4 months and I’ve been trying for the last 2 months to get cameras ive lost all my trust in them and for the money they charge I’m going to go elsewhere with people who don’t lie and let you down constantly. It wouldn’t let me put a 1 star only 2Alarm system
the apartment was robbed, the door was broken, I have been trying to contact the company for 8 days, they say they will call back 24-48 hours, but no one calls, the door should be replaced at the expense of the company, but no one says anything, we have been living in a hole in the door, I don't understand what to do next, the company does not respond to my requests

And customer services just continuously apologising but no action…!! I was told at point of sale the up front payment was buying the equipment and it was an 18 month contract… actually the payment wasn’t for the equipment and I’m still not sure want that payment was for and the contact was for 36 month which I would of never knowingly signed.. spoke to several customer services representatives but they obviously are used to these sort of calls and sales tactics!!! Considering you can have systems monitored with similar and better equipment for half the cost… PLEASE CHECK AND DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY…Verisure alarm system
Ordered about 2 yrs and been gd service until end of last year when I wanted to cancel I phoned to cancel got told I had to email I which I did then I was bombarded with calls to stay I told them no I’m leaving was told ok finishes June 2021 three month notice now I been told it not cancelled cause they couldn’t get hold of me even though I spoke to a staff member it’s ruined any chance of me using them again in another property after sales are really rubbish
Verisure home security system
The brief pros: really easy to order, fast installation, cheap.
Once you have the system you realize how extraordinarily awful their customer service is.
Have a problem you need solving? Their call centre workers don't know anything and need to refer you to another department, that never calls back and if they do they have no idea what your issue is - since Verisure's internal communication is clearly awful.
Ask to deactivate an alarm while you're doing building works? They'll say they will, then call you every day for 3 months to say your alarm is malfunctioning. Each time they promise to deactivate it, then call you again the next day - since their workers never do anything they promise.
Try to cancel your account? They won't give you a final invoice to settle up, and will try to stall you, and even send you more invoices past your cancel date.
The best part. During the pandemic these clowns wouldn't pick up the phone at night or on weekends. Your house could literally be getting burgled and not possible to get anyone easily. As long as criminals don't go after your house on nights or weekends I guess you're okay!
Do not buy Verisure. You will regret it terribly.300

I am using Verisure Alarms for 3 years. Service been great end of day no kne is perfect.
Every time Alarm triggered, they called and said ,they have checked the property, they know if someone is in property or not as have I age verification and audio verification.
Happy to recommend to more customers as I recommended many of my family members to verisure.

All is good in general. The alarm goes off.. they ring and is monitored.
If the alarm goes off and you miss a call... well.... how do you contact them to find out whats going on? The app is terrible so the chat keeps diconnecting and cant get thru on phone. Over an hour i was at work trying to contact using the 2 methods. so i had to ring a neighbour to find out if all was ok........ whats the point in a monitored alarm system if you cant actually contact them if the alarm is going off.

This is the worst company imaginable it has terrible customer service and the policies that don't make any sense.I have been trying to cancel for OVER 3 MONTHS Now! Absolutely no joyWhen you call them their team can only raise a case to the 'customer care' team. Why they are named this is anyone's gues because the level of service they give, very clearly shows an incredible lack of care.They do not provide call back within the given SLA 2-3 working days. They don't cal back within the times provided (I work and cannot answer them phone during work hours), they don't work weekends, they do t take inbound customer calls. And the chance you get to speak to them they are incredibly rude and blunt! What care do they have for customers.?!Due to the incredibly poor customer service I have cancelled the direct debit as I refuse to pay for a seriously poor customer experience and a service that is not being used!The billing team Is incredibly quick to chase up for money! But when asking about the cancelling and unistallling of the equipment (which they charge £70) they have no clue and have to 'raise a case with the customer care team'. That's another 2-3 days for the call back.... Which if they manage to call back within this SLA they do it not within the times requested... The call is missed and I have to ca back! This is a vicious never ending circle.As the direct debit is cancelled they have send a threatening letter saying the 'debt' will be sold to a debt collection agency only after 2 months of non payments! Who does this! Most company will sell the debt to debt collection agencies after 6 months of arrears!I have rang them up today and have been assured by an agent this will not happen and it is their policy that after 6 months of arrears the debt can be sold. But after the terrible customer service I do not believe them.Today is the last day of the 3 month cancellation... Nobody has contacted me to book an engineer.... Rang them... You'd never guess! They have to raise a case with the customer care team!THIS NIGHT MARE IS NEVERENDING! But let this be a warning to everyone!DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! IT IS AN OVERLY PRICED SERVICE WITH A TERIBLY BUILT CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.

I have been getting recurring problems with the trigger of my alarm and after several phone calls to Verisure outlining the problem, finally today a technician came in. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The technician was so incompetent, he was banging the alarm and cameras with a screw driver and walked all around the house complementing on my furniture but NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM WITH THE ALARM. He left abruptly and when I said to him can you check to see if it works or let me check, he replied saying I have fixed it and left immediately. He never bothered checking anything he didn’t even know how to fix the problem because he kept making excuses but also never answered my questions. He was so incompetent it was unbelievable. I pay a monthly fee for this poor service!
Utterly disappointed!!!!!Basic kit
I have recently applied to get a basic Verisure alarm .. with two shock sensors one camera one fog barrier a free doorbell deterrent sign 3G Control Panel one smart key reader and it only cost ... £298 one time... paying £45 a month... The guy who came round to assess my property was very pleasant And very professional... so for the professionalism of the person who was it everything I have heard about this company. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a safe property or businessMy immediate neighbour had a Verisure alarm system installed last week with two CCTV cameras. One camera is 2 mtres away from our house and points directly into our bathroom and connecting bedroom and the other directly into our kitchen. we trip the recording sensors from inside our house and the spotlights come on to get better images of us having a shower too. So far NO response from Verisure
Hi just wanted to give a little warning regards to versure, I was told the up front payment was buying the equipment and it was an 18 month contract.. this wasn’t true! They always on the equipment and the contract was actually 36 months which by the way I would of never signed.. only giving the heads up ????????
I second the above. Read the contract thoroughly before signing. I paid over £700 for the kit. I wasn’t told when signing up that I did not own the kit. When trying to cancel contract early she tried to get more out of me than needed. I was 27 months into the contract and she tried to tell me I owed £350 which was for cancellations under 24months. They are not upfront and everyone pays different amounts every month which they seem to make up on the spot. In March I was told they’d reduce my monthly payments from £52.60 to £30 a month. So I paused the account for 4 months. Then called again today and was told they absolutely couldn’t go less than £40 a month. Just don’t appreciate company’s who aren’t completely upfront.
I am ending my subscription with Verisure. The process takes 3 months apparently for them to disconnect the alarm.
I was told I would receive a phone call within a week to start the process, on the 6th October, but after not hearing anything in regards to my request, I called again today, only to be told it has not been updated or passed on to the customer care team.
I also thought the initial payment was for the equipment, only to be told that was payment for the installation only. I personally would rather pay for any future loses via my home insurance as this service was a waste of time for my personal purpose.
The sale was based on desperation from the sales person, lying and fast talking his way into a sale.
We live and we learn.
I agree with the above customers, I don’t appreciate company’s who are not honest with their potential customers. Buyer Beware!This company are the biggest cones don’t trust them cut your losses now and leave them if not I am sure we can report them to trading standard I was told many lies don’t trust them I have a bad experience I given them notice to leave in August they don’t won’t to accept it

Paulo came the following day after I had talked to someone about alarms at Verisure. My wife and I are both in our late 70's so neither of us are technically savvy. Paulo set out to explain about the alarms, showed us the different tools that would be fitted and finally showed us a video as to how everything works if we were to have a break-in. We went ahead with the purchase and Paulo arrived 2 days later to fit the system. We found him to be extremely polite, very patient and was a very good instructor. He did not object explaining things to us several times and time did not seem to be a problem. He did say that we would make mistakes, which we did the following day, but he said everybody does. The system is so easy to use and you don't have to try and remember a code number - there isn't one.

I paid £400 last October for Chris to fit the Alarm East Midlands area, and he said it would be another £30 per month for 6 months and then I could cancel and put my own Sim Card in the system.I can’t get hold of Chris and Verisure cancelation procedures is impossible.
Every time I ring they say someone will call me back, no one never does. Only yesterday I took the awful looking smoke bomb off my wall and someone from Verisure phoned me up and told me to put it back on the wall as I did not own the system. I was in shock and asked what the initial £400 was for? He replied “ It’s for the install!” What a Shambles. Are all these reviews Legitimate????Verisure Alarm

Verisure package
Verisure absolutely scam I was been miss-sold package requested cancellation within 14 days and they said somebody will call you however we marked it as cancelled but nobody did. After chasing them Managed to speak to their adviser who said no cancellation is requested and I’m past my 14 days cancellation. LIE LIE I’m taking this matter to Trading Standards not letting them get away with this.

Smart alarm system
I notified Verisure in September 2020 that I wished to cancel my monthly contract and, having received no response from the company, in December 2020 cancelled my direct debit. Their response was to send me an invoice to cover January 2021. I keep emailing to get this matter resolved but without any luck so far. Their customer service is appalling.
