I have to say, I was really impressed with the service from Tyran. He really knew his stuff and made sure to go through everything with me, so I knew exactly what the company was offering. It was nice to have someone so competent and quick sorting out our alarm system installation.
Smart alarms installation
The guy who came to set up our smart alarms was absolutely brilliant! He was really friendly and made sure everything was spot on. He even had a little sing-song with my little sister! It was so awesome!!
Alarm system purchase
I had my alarm system fitted by this really great guy called Gary. He was so professional and knew absolutely everything about alarms. He explained everything to me in a really easy-to-understand way and even shared some really helpful advice. Thanks to him, I feel so much safer and secure now!

I've just bought a home security system and I've got to say, I'm really impressed with how well it works. Everything is set up smoothly and it gives me a real sense of security knowing my house is protected by such a reliable system. I feel a lot safer with this alarm system in place. I just got this smart alarm system fitted by a chap called Gary Rodrigues. He was great - really sorted out all our security worries in no time and even gave us some top tips on getting the most out of the system. I was really impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was.
Faulty alarm system
I had a bit of a scary situation with my alarm system recently (no pun intended). Turns out, the siren wasn't working and neither me nor the company noticed. You can imagine my surprise when I realised a crucial part of my security system wasn't working! I got in touch with the company and they did refund me for a month, but I think they should have done more to fix the problem.

Quick installation, caring customer service
The customer service at this company is fantastic. I was really impressed by how quickly they got back to me and arranged the installation appointment. The installers turned up on time and did a great job setting up the system. Everyone on the team was professional and caring, asking all the right questions to make sure they understood my security needs and giving me personalised solutions. I genuinely felt like they were looking out for me and making sure I had the best security in place. Thanks to them, I now feel much safer in my own home.
Quick and efficient maintenance visit
The engineer turned up on time, was very professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He showed his ID, checked the system, and changed the sensor batteries in no time at all. Because of him and the team, we feel much safer in our home.

AWFUL experience with Verisure. Biggest regret is deciding to go with their security system. Wait until you try to cancel - be prepared for endless stress, Verisure make it almost impossible to cancel. Customer service is an absolute joke - SCAMMERS who want your money. They try to charge you after you cancel too. Lies lies all lies, don't fall into their trap! You are better off securing your property independently!

Was informed that there was an offer of no installation charge and you paid for the cameras instead and they are yours. This was a sales lie and after 6 months we asked to go to the un-monitored system as per the sales person to be told we still had to pay a monthly fee. On installation they leave a mess blue dye all over my hall way the packaging a bits everywhere. They don't care, they don't listen to instructions on where you would like certain things. They also ask you to sign to say it has been installed you can't leave notes and they copy your signature across to there T...C's.
I have been asking for a copy of my contract since Novemeber and i recieved it last week to find that my partners signature was copied over and not a separtate signature each time.
They never come and service.
I have been trying to get the equipment removed from my property since November 2022 and it is still there. i have written about 15 emails of complaint and still no resolve. 5 Cancelled call outs to remove the equipment. Cancelled on there end due to unforeseen circumstance and are still chasing us for money.
Please avoid at all costs. They have no care for there customers and will leave you stressed, depressed and frustrated.Did you manage to get this resolved? If not, please reach out - I'm willing to help based on my experience with them!
Hotel California
You may wonder about the title of this review. There is a line in The Beachboys song Hotel California that goes, "You can check in but you can never leave" and that accurately describes Verisure's attitude to its customers
When I subscribed to Verisure six years ago their equipment seemed top of the range. However, today, they have been overtaken by more sophisticated, cheaper and user friendly technology.
Three months ago I decided to cancel my out-of-contact account and contacted Verisure by phone and email to confirm my decision and to tell them that their kit was sitting in a box for them to collect. Since then I have been subjected to a blizzard of ... phone calls from Verisure that haven't addressed the issue of cancelling my account and sending me round and round their departments until I gave up.
I cancelled my direct debit and reluctantly sent them a cheque three months for the outstanding balance on my account. Since then - nothing from them.
So we are at a stalemate. I won't pay them further for their equipment sitting in a box awaiting collection and they won't cancel my account.

My experience with Verisure has not been plain sailing. The alarm system is hi tech and all that and worked well when I had it installed in my house for over a year. But what I disliked was the monthly maintenance fees that rose after two months of having the alarm installed and the problems I experienced when I requested I wanted to cancel the DD'S due to my circumstances changing.
They advised I would have to either wait until the anniversary of having it installed to cancel it and when I do the products would be mines, but the goal post changed again when I rang up on the anniversary and was told I had to give Verisure 3 months notice during which time they would arrange a un- installation of the equipment which occurred and on top of that a final bill. How bad is that.
I feel cheated, lied to and give false information and I would not recommend your services to anyone because it's misleading.Security Alarms
Absolutely disgusting customer service!
I tried to cancel my account with this company for over 3 months with no support or help from their team. The team were completely unequipped to deal with my problem, constantly contacted numbers which they had been told were not available. I was passed back and forth between agents and managers constantly over the 3 months with only one person (Lorraine) providing any ounce of kindness for my circumstances. In my last phone call I was patronised, laughed at and taunted by a customer service member who refused to offer me his name or put me through to his manager and then subsequently hung up on me.
Verisure should be ashamed of themselves for the way they have treated myself and members of my family in our current circumstances. What was already an incredibly stressful period in our lives was made worse by their lack of support and complete lack of respect.
They have consistently refused to cancel the contract despite me waiting their 3 month cancellation period. I will now be cancelling the direct debit. I have made countless phone calls in what has been the most difficult period of my life to try and do the right thing and cancel within the terms of the contract. I would never recommend this company to anyone and will warn people in the future to stay away from them.Jess

Not happy about alarm system, camera and door bell don't work, we had a lot of people trying to sort out but unsuccessfully, I have canceled service, cancelation time takes 4 month and they anyway charging money all this time, really disappointing.
Verisure
Had ongoing wifi issues ever since the system was installed. One minute the wifi will connect to the system, next minute it will randomly disconnect. Don't understand why considering the wifi is able to connect to the smart tv, phone, ipad and work fine. Feel ripped off.
Verisure home alarm
Don't understand how an alarm system can fail to work? My parents place was broken into last week even though the alarm was on, turns out the system's motion sensors didn't even detect that the window was broken into. Right before Christmas as well. What a joke

I never write reviews but I felt the urge to share how ... awful the system is especially with people trying to save money at this time of the year. The system's sensors are not only easily activated ie: will be triggered by literally nothing but the noise of the system is really deafening.
