    So, you know, it was really not cool at all. I went to this place to get a new phone and they persuaded me to sign this contract that included a "free" tablet. Sounds great, doesn't it? But then when I tried to cancel, they were like nope, can't do that. And then they were like, well you should have read the small print, which was basically impossible to read on my phone screen. It's just not fair, mate. They could have handled it better, but nope, they had to make it difficult. And now they're not even bothering to contact me. Pathetic.

    Renewed my BB and TV contract

    So, yeah, I had a call a few weeks ago about renewing my broadband and TV contract. Instead of sticking with BT, they sent me this EE Smarthub. It's been alright I suppose, the speed can be a bit up and down, but the real issue is the wifi signal dropping all the time. Never had that problem with my old BT box. I've been on the phone for ages trying to get it sorted, but nothing seems to be working. BT, come on, help me out here! It's been a pretty awful experience overall.

    Switched TV services

    I had a terrible time switching my TV to a new provider earlier this year. They couldn't get the channels working, so I was stuck on the phone for ages trying to sort it out. Eventually, I gave up and went back to my old provider. But, they kept charging me for a service I wasn't even using! Every month it's the same story - I have to ring them up once more to fix it. It's really frustrating and annoying!

    Oh my goodness, I can't even believe how terrible the service has become! They joined up with another company and everything has just gone downhill since then. The employees seem to have no idea what they're doing - they're all young and inexperienced, it's like, seriously, do you even know how to do your job? I decided to cancel within the 14-day period because they were just so awful and moved over to a different provider. And you know what? They still haven't managed to close my account properly, and I'm still getting charged even though I left a long time ago. It's a complete nightmare, honestly, don't even waste your time with them!

    Fibre broadband purchase

    I thought I'd give fibre broadband a try, hoping it would be faster and more dependable. Unfortunately, the service provider I chose has been a total disaster. I was left without any connection or TV for a whole week, and that was the final straw for me. I spent more than 3 hours on the phone with customer service, but every time I called, I got different and conflicting information. Not only was the service unreliable, but dealing with their support team was incredibly frustrating. In the end, I had to cancel my contract. I'd advise anyone thinking about going with this provider to think twice, especially if you need a stable internet connection for work. To top it off, I had to rely on my mobile hotspot to get online, which ended up costing me more money in the long run.

    The installation of my broadband was a nightmare at first because Openreach messed up a lot. I had to make loads of calls and got really stressed out trying to fix everything, which was so annoying. But then I spoke to Sally, and she was amazing. She saved the day and is the only reason I might say something good about it all. Sally really went out of her way to make sure I was back online, she even made a complaint for me and got rid of my first bill. Her great customer service turned everything around for me, and I really appreciate all her help.

    Switching from previous provider to current one

    I decided to sign up for EE Broadband after hearing some good things about it, but it turned out to be a pretty big letdown. The equipment arrived promptly, but our account remained inactive for a whole 3 weeks because of a mistake on their end. Dealing with the customer service team was a real headache - they seemed more interested in pushing additional services rather than actually sorting out our problems. It took weeks of frustration before someone in the tech department finally gave us a solution. The whole onboarding process was a mess, with no real effort from most staff members to genuinely help us out. The lack of accountability and apologies for their errors was really disappointing. Overall, it was a pretty unpleasant experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.

    Boring broadband installation

    The people who came round to install my broadband were an absolute nightmare, they made a right mess of my wall and now the box they put in is all wonky! Now I've got to redo the whole wall because of their blunder. The deal I signed up for just isn't doing the job right, I can't even activate my game pass that was promised. Every time I try to log in to the hub to make changes, I just keep getting an error message that says "THIS SERVICE ISN'T AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT". The internet speed to my devices is shockingly slow, I can't even watch a whole movie without it freezing up. In a nutshell, it's been a dreadful experience, really regretting not sticking with my old provider.

    Switch to EE Broadband

    I changed my broadband provider to EE from BT, and it's been a total disaster. The service is terrible and I'm now paying way more. You can't even reply to their emails, and phone calls mean being on hold forever listening to awful music. I'm old and disabled, and needed help with my TV buffering issue, but they just sold me an upgrade that didn't work. They keep closing my complaints without resolving them, and want to charge me a lot to switch back even though the service is terrible.

    Router issues

    I got in touch with the broadband provider recently about some problems I've been having with my router. It keeps cutting out on and off. Despite trying to fix the issue before, they've only suggested I upgrade my service and accused me of not paying my bill. It's really annoying to pay for something that's so unreliable. From what I've read in other customer reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one unhappy with the service this company offers. Today, after another unpleasant conversation with customer service, I got an email saying they've closed my complaint. It's left me feeling even more frustrated and like they're not listening to me.

    Slow internet

    My internet is ridiculously slow, I mean it's a joke. I can hardly watch a YouTube video without it constantly stopping to buffer. And don't get me started on trying to upload anything, it's a complete nightmare. How can this be the so-called best network in the UK when I struggle to even load a simple webpage without waiting forever for it to load?! I am definitely not impressed.

    To be honest, I was really excited when I switched from my old broadband provider to EE because they promised me more for less money. But after that, everything went downhill. For starters, they didn't deliver my kit on time. And when it finally arrived, it didn't work properly at all! On top of that, my account was all messed up. I had to make so many phone calls just to get some help. And even after 5 weeks of calling, my broadband still wasn't working! The customer service was just terrible and I wasted so much time on the phone with them. At this point, I've just given up. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

    Long-time customer service experience

    I've been a faithful customer for more than ten years, but I've recently had a bit of a disappointing time with the complaints team. Even though I've been giving them my custom and money for years, the service I got was below par and not very professional. The team didn't take responsibility and their communication was lacking, leaving me feeling unappreciated and irritated. I don't think they dealt with my concerns properly, and the way they handled everything didn't meet my expectations.

    Bad Broadband Experience

    I recently got a broadband and TV deal, hoping to get my gear by a specific date. But, Royal Mail messed up the delivery, so my TV service got delayed. When I finally got it all sorted, the channels were not what I expected. Plus, the broadband kept cutting out, making it useless. After a load of calls to customer service, I decided to cancel the contract during the cooling off period. Even though they said I wouldn't be charged, I got hit with surprise bills. I really hope the company sorts out these problems quickly.

    Broadband subscription issue

    I'm really fed up with the ongoing problem I've been having with my broadband subscription. For the last 5 months, I've been getting in touch with customer service every month to ask why my direct debit payment for the broadband isn't going through, even though I set it up. The responses I've got have been disappointing, with the staff saying that I did set up the direct debit, but the payment still fails. Waiting for so long on the phone just adds to my frustration, and today's call was especially annoying as I was put on hold for 10 minutes after waiting 20 minutes to talk to someone. To top it off, my call got cut off right after I mentioned to my partner about the long wait times. Now I have to explain the issue to yet another unhelpful employee. I wish I'd stuck with my old provider, BT, as they had better customer service and shorter wait times.

    "2-year contract"

    This service is just awful, the speeds are so slow and it keeps cutting out all the time. I have to keep messing with the firewall settings nearly every day just to have a half decent connection. Having to put up with this for 2 years is just ridiculous. I'm really thinking about taking some legal action against this company for their outrageous contracts. It feels like I've been transported back to the days of dial-up internet, which was actually better than this mess.

    Switch from BT to new broadband provider

    I've been with BT for ages, but I recently moved over to EE for my broadband. Honestly, the switch has been nothing but trouble. BT was fine, but EE is a nightmare. The connection keeps dropping, which is a nightmare when I'm trying to get my civil service work done from home. Two engineers came out and both said the equipment was faulty, but the problems kept happening. When I brought this up with EE, they just blamed me and said it was user error, even though both BT and EE use the same lines. I even tried sending them my signed contract to show where they weren't meeting their end, but they refused to take it. It's so annoying to see Kevin Bacon advertising a service that doesn't actually deliver.
