Contract renewal experience
I was absolutely fuming with Onestream, you know! They were only offering the best deals to new customers, leaving me out in the cold even though I'd been with them for a solid 5 years. And as if that wasn't enough, they then tried to intimidate me into sticking around by threatening to charge me if I didn't return their rubbish router. But here's the thing - Andres Montenegro was an absolute legend. He actually took the time to hear me out, apologised for all the nonsense, and really went the extra mile to put things right. Because of him, I decided to stick around for another 18 months. But seriously, Onestream, cut out the bullying tactics and start offering decent deals to everyone, not just the newbies!
Broadband service assistance
I felt so lost and overwhelmed with my broadband bills and what I was getting for the money. It was really frustrating to think I was paying too much for a service that wasn't up to scratch. Luckily, the customer service team at this company completely turned things around for me. When Georgia answered my call, it was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. She listened to me so patiently, without making me feel stupid or clueless. Package switch to a new internet service provider
I recently decided to change my internet provider, and I'm really happy with the new service. The whole process, from chatting about switching to actually moving over, has been super smooth. I was a bit worried at first, but the great customer service and easy transition quickly calmed my fears. I chose to get my own router, and after a few minutes of setting it up, all my devices connected perfectly. Speed tests have shown that my internet is much faster now, which is a huge relief. All in all, I'm really pleased with the service from Onestream.
Quick and Reliable Internet Service
Initially, I wasn't sure about buying from this company because of some bad reviews, but I've actually had a good experience. The connection has been solid, and I'm happy with the service. Although, I was a bit let down by the lack of info on using my own router and being pushed to buy extra stuff I didn't need. Despite these problems, I decided to renew my service after talking to a really nice and helpful rep who gave me a better deal. On the whole, I'd say my experience has been pretty decent.

Router Upgrade
The router Onestream gave me was definitely better than what I had before with my old broadband provider. They were really good with keeping me informed before the go-live day and the router got to me well before the planned date. There was a little hiccup with the actual go-live date, but Varun from customer service sorted it out quickly. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the service I've had.
Broadband service efficiency
I've been with this company for a few years now and I have to say, their broadband service is really good. It's been reliable with hardly any downtime, perfect for watching TV shows and browsing online. The speeds are consistent and fast, which is great. Recently, I had to move home unexpectedly, but the customer service team were really helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company for their top-notch service and friendly staff.
Router Issue Resolution
The tech support guy, Pranav, picked up the phone super fast, but the call was a bit fuzzy. I told him about the problem with the router because openreach messed up and disconnected the line by mistake. BT had to come and switch out the wall socket to get the broadband working again. Pranav sorted it out in a jiffy by checking the router settings, and now everything's working perfectly. Thanks for sorting it out so quickly!
Internet contract renewal
At first, I was a bit annoyed with Onestream because Jacob said he would call me back but he never did. However, when I spoke to Shivali today, my whole outlook changed. She was really great - super helpful, patient, and knew her stuff. Even though I'm not great with technology, she took the time to explain things clearly so I could get it. Thanks to her, I managed to renew my internet contract without any hassle.

The customer service I received was absolutely fantastic. The agent I chatted with was so helpful and really knew their stuff. They explained everything in a clear and simple way, which was great. I got in touch with the technical team to ask some questions before our live date in June. They answered all my worries and concerns in a really professional and reassuring way. It definitely made me feel better about reaching out to the team again if any problems came up.

The virtual assistant I was paired with was absolutely amazing. He knew so much and really got what I was after. He gave me exactly what I wanted and even did extra to make sure I was happy. His professionalism and skills made everything go so well. I'd definitely suggest his help to anyone looking for virtual assistance.
Final bill query
I gave them a ring to find out how much I owed on my final bill. At first, I tried to get it all sorted over the phone but ended up using the online chat instead, which took a bit of fiddling around to get working. But once I got through to a real person, they dealt with the problem really well and sorted out my worries quickly.
Direct debit payment issues
Unfortunately, my experience with the direct debit payment method at this company has been incredibly frustrating. Even though they have my bank details and credit card information on file, they keep failing to collect the billed amount without giving me any reasons. This has led to me incurring late payment charges and having to manually pay the bills each month. To make matters worse, they mistakenly charged me twice last month and despite my numerous attempts to get a refund, I still haven't seen the money in my account. The customer service team hasn't been very helpful, and I'm really not looking forward to having to contact them again to try and sort out this issue.

I'm really disappointed with the way the company is handling its finances. It seems like they're constantly changing the rules to suit themselves and it's just not fair. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and I feel like I've been cheated and mistreated by them.

Poor internet connection
The internet connection I got was really bad, kept cutting out all the time. I tried to contact customer service but ended up waiting on hold forever. Got a letter saying my service was cancelled immediately, so I sent back the internet box and accessories because the service was no good. Can't afford to pay for something that basically never even existed – I only had the internet for five days before cancelling.
Terrible broadband purchase
The broadband I got from this company was terrible! It was really slow and kept cutting out constantly. When I tried to cancel, the customer service was so bad. They made me do loads of tests and wasted so much of my time. Even after they said they cancelled it, they still charged me. And then they took even more money from me for a cancellation fee that they promised I wouldn't have to pay! It's just been a nightmare from beginning to end.
