    Internet service repair

    I got in touch with customer service when my internet suddenly cut out, even though I had seen some bad reviews. But surprisingly, the service I got was really good. The person I spoke to answered quickly and sorted out the issue efficiently, and they said an engineer needed to come over. They got in touch with Openreach straight away, who arranged for the engineer to come the next morning. The engineer showed up right on time at 8am, replaced a dodgy box on the wall outside, checked everything properly, and left me with my internet back up and running within 24 hours of my first call. I've been with this company for years and they've always been reliable. I'd definitely recommend them to other people.

    Broadband provider switch

    I recently switched my broadband provider and I'm really pleased with the outcome. The process was fast and smooth, and my new broadband was up and running in just a few days. The service I'm getting is fantastic, with superfast speeds at a much better price than before. The advisor I dealt with, Baba VJ from Sheffield, was so helpful and made sure everything was set up without any issues.     i was looking for a broadband service provider for my office and i found Plusnet. They are providing my services for last 4 years and i must say their serb=vices are really above than average. also their support system and services all other helpful stuff are great
    I=The broadband's speed is also extremely nice, of i ever face any problem then i can call Plusnet and they will repair it soon.i really recommend if you are running an office where you are looking for a trusworthy company who can provide broadband service then you should go with them,

Actually, I recently had a chat with a guy called Sandro from Leeds, and he was absolutely amazing at helping me set up my mum's home phone and broadband. Can't thank him enough for all his help, and the company in general has been brilliant.

    Erroneous Direct Debit Charges

    I've had a problem with this company repeatedly taking incorrect charges through direct debit. It seems like they've been upgrading my package without asking me to services I can't even use. When I've brought up these 'technical charging errors', they've admitted their mistake and refunded the extra cash, but only after a long and confusing procedure. It's pretty obvious that once you've got a direct debit set up with them, they'll grab your money without asking first. Also, watch out for their sneaky move of doubling your costs when your contract ends. Keep a sharp eye on this and be sure to get in touch with them if you do want to carry on using their service.

    I was really hopeful when I signed up for the internet service, thinking it would be smooth and reliable. But boy, was I wrong! It's been a nightmare dealing with this provider. The service is so bad, I can't even browse the web or watch videos properly because the ping ranges from 250ms to a crazy 2000ms during busy times. The agents I've spoken to on the phone have been really rude and unhelpful, which just makes everything even worse.

    To top it all off, this provider straight up lied to me about the speed I'd be getting. They wrote to me saying I'd have at least 19 Mbits down, but I can barely get over 10 Mbits down. It's obvious they've sold way more than they can handle, leaving customers like me with poor service and empty promises.

    I lost connection for the first time in 5 years yesterday at 2pm. I got in touch with customer service, and they were really helpful and quick to sort things out. An engineer was supposed to come the next morning, but the problem got fixed remotely before then. I'm really happy with how it all got sorted out.

    Full fibre service in a rural area

    Good customer service with prompt responses to any issues, but the wait times for Openreach problems can be quite frustrating. However, Plusnet does follow up and provide compensation for any downtime experienced.

    Broadband service

    I had a really bad time with the broadband service from this company. The customer service people were nice, but they really didn't know what they were doing. They cut off my internet too early, told me different stories that didn't match up, and eventually owned up to their mistake. I decided to switch to BT/EE, and I've been much happier with their service. To make things worse, Plusnet got in touch with Openreach and unplugged my new internet, so now I'm stuck without internet for another week at least. This is causing a big problem for my partner, as they rely on the internet for working from home most days. I can't believe how bad this company is at their job and how little they care about their customers.

    New 12-month contract

    I've been with this company for 6 years now and when I moved house recently, I signed up for a new 12-month contract. Unfortunately, I found out that the service activation date was delayed several times because of problems with Openreach. I asked for a temporary data sim card to use while waiting, but they said no. I felt really undervalued as a customer because of their inflexibility and poor communication.

    Full Fibre internet installation delay

    I've just ordered Full Fibre internet from my provider, but I'm still waiting for the installation to be done. Even though Full Fibre is available in my area, they've given me a July installation date with no promise of it being done by then. I've made a complaint about it, but nothing has come of it yet. This delay has really got me feeling let down and annoyed.

    Router replacement

    I am really disappointed with the customer service from Plusnet. My router got damaged by lightning, so I reached out to them on May 26th to get a replacement. Despite sending several emails and texts, all I got was one phone call from an unknown number. Unfortunately, I missed it because I was at the doctor's. The person who called left a voicemail saying they tried to reach me, but since then, I've had no luck getting through to them. It seems like Plusnet relies too much on automated responses, as they claim not to recognise my number. They promised quick help online, but I'm still waiting for any assistance. I've been using an old router in the meantime, but it's not working well. Plusnet should have sent a new and better router by now, but it's been almost two weeks with no replacement. Their service definitely doesn't live up to the expectations they set, and I'm feeling really let down by them.

    I've been so frustrated with this service provider. Every time they send me a bill, they put restrictions on my account even though the bill isn't actually due yet. This has been happening for about 2 years now, and instead of being upfront about their struggles to sort it out, I feel like they've been lying to me and trying to make me keep paying up each month. They say they're all about being clear and simple with no nonsense, but from where I'm standing, it's been anything but straightforward.

    Plusnet Mobile cancellation

    I received a message saying they're ending mobile contracts, so I decided to cancel. Then I got an email saying my service was restricted, but it wasn't a big deal as I don't usually exceed my limit. The next day, I had no data 😒. I called them, and they said it was because I cancelled the direct debit. However, the email I received stated that I could still use my plan allowance 🤨.

    Unlock code request

    I've had a really frustrating time trying to get an unlock code from those guys. The customer service people couldn't even ask me the correct security questions to confirm who I am. And to make it worse, they couldn't give me the unlock code I needed to change to a new provider, even though they are closing down the network and making me switch. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare.
