I recently signed up for VPN services from this company and on the whole, I was quite pleased with it. The interface was really easy to use, it was a doddle to find the right plan for what I needed. The speeds were pretty good, although there were a few times when it slowed down during busy times. I was chuffed with the great variety of server locations, it made accessing blocked content dead easy. But, I did have a few hiccups with their customer service; they took ages to get back to me and their solutions didn't always work. When it comes to privacy and security though, the VPN did a good job, it had top-notch encryption and kept online threats at bay.
VPN assistance on new laptop and antivirus installation
I've been a loyal customer for years and I recently had a problem when I got a new laptop and put in an antivirus programme. The VPN software didn't work properly because of this, and even after a few emails back and forth with the support team, the problem didn't go away. In the end, a really helpful and patient expert called Meesum had to get onto my laptop remotely to sort out the issue. His help was amazing, especially as I don't know much about tech being an older person. I really appreciate his support and would definitely recommend his skills to others. Because of him, I could watch UK TV online while I was away.

The customer support I received when renewing my 5-year subscription and upgrading to a new plan was brilliant. I had a chat with a support person who was really nice, patient, and knew their stuff. A restriction to a site that was very useful to me led me to understanding the importance of a VPN. I was practically naive about anything called VPN. Since I needed to access the website by all means, I had to tell a friend about it who brought the idea of using VPN. I've been using VPN software to get on sites that are restricted by location, and I have to say, it's been working perfectly every time I connect. The software has loads of locations worldwide, making it easy for me to get around any restrictions on certain sites. Although, I did find out that Netflix doesn't allow VPN use on their platform, which was a bit of a letdown. But all in all, I'm happy with how well the software is performing.
