Caribbean cruise with flights from Manchester
I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got from Cruise 118. I just entered my cruise details online and next thing you know, I got a call from this lovely lady named Jen Stevenson. She knew her stuff, answered all my questions, and managed to sort me out with a brilliant cruise deal that even included flights from Manchester, all at a bargain price. Jen's attention to detail and expertise in finding me the right cruise was top notch. Free cruise win
I've always been a fan of Cruise118 because their prices are just incredible, and this year I was lucky enough to win a free cruise! Dealt with Brittany who was absolutely fantastic, such a friendly member of staff, but what really stood out was how she went above and beyond. She really knew her stuff, which put me at ease and made me trust her completely. She gave me some great advice, took the time to help me out, and didn't treat me like I was clueless. Cruise booking experience
My first experience booking a cruise was really frustrating. I made a point to tell the salesperson everything about me being a doctor, a senior citizen, and having recently had a kidney transplant. However, they rushed through the booking and forgot to mention that I needed a transit visa for France for one of the cruise excursions, something I hadn't planned for. I only had a 10-year British visit visa, so I couldn't travel as a result. This has been stressful and bad for my health. Despite checking everything with the cruise agent, I wasn't allowed to board the ship at the port, which made things even more disappointing and annoying. It seems like there's not enough talking between the agents and the authorities at the port, which makes it a bad experience for people like me. I want to know who should compensate me for all the physical, mental, and financial trouble this has caused.
