    Special assistance flight booking

    I recently booked a flight for a friend who has mobility restrictions and I have to say, the airline really went above and beyond to help us out. As a carer, it was important for me to make sure my companion had all the special assistance they needed during the trip. Right from the moment we got to the check-in desk, we were met by a friendly and helpful staff member who made sure we had everything we needed. Throughout the whole flight, my friend was taken care of really well, which made the whole journey comfortable and stress-free. The assistance didn't stop there though, they made sure we were looked after all the way until we got to our destination. I'm so grateful to the airline for being so attentive and professional in dealing with these kinds of situations.

    Flight experience with regional airline

    I recently took a flight with a regional airline from Birmingham and I must say, I was really impressed with the service they provided. I travel quite a bit within the UK and I've been wishing for better regional connectivity, so this airline was a real find for me. The crew were lovely and very professional from the minute I stepped onto the plane; they really made sure my flight was comfy and enjoyable. We took off on time, and I particularly enjoyed the cup of tea and biscuit they gave us during the journey. Overall, I was really happy with the whole experience and I'll definitely be flying with them again.

    Budget-friendly flights

    I recently caught a couple of affordable flights for a quick trip with work, and I have to say, it was alright. The flights left on time, the cabin crew were nice and got the job done, and I didn't have any dramas with my carry-on bag. The only thing was, the seats were a bit tight, especially for me being 6 foot 2. Despite the squeeze, the price I paid in advance was much cheaper than other airlines, so I reckon it was worth putting up with the discomfort for a bit. If they keep their prices low, I might give them another go for short trips, hoping for a smooth ride.

    Short trip with budget airline

    The trip was pretty good, really. We didn't travel too far with the cheap airline, and even though we had a small delay coming back because they had to de-ice the plane, we still got there safe and sound and right on schedule both times. The crew were really fantastic and worked hard to make sure the flight went smoothly. It's worth giving our support to local airlines like this, they do a lot of good work and employ some really dedicated people. Let's keep backing them up and showing gratitude for all their hard work.

    Flight delays - Birmingham to Belfast and Belfast to Birmingham

    My experience with this airline was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The flight from Birmingham to Belfast was delayed by an hour, which then made me miss an important meeting when I arrived. And that's not all, the return flight from Belfast to Birmingham was delayed by 1 hour and 20 minutes, which just made things even more frustrating. It seems like this airline really struggles with being on time, as shown by the repeated delays on both of my flights. The lack of communication from the staff about the delays just added to the whole chaotic and unprofessional experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this airline altogether if you want to keep your time and sanity intact.

    Delayed flights, broken aircraft, missed events.

    Oh my gosh, do not ever book with this airline! We were meant to fly to Belfast but the flight was delayed for hours because the plane was broken, and they didn't even give us a straight answer. We ended up missing dinner and part of a concert, it was really not cool. And to top it off, our return flight was cancelled, can you believe it? We had to make a last-minute booking with a different airline and then take a taxi home. It was incredibly stressful and such a hassle, never again will we fly with them!

    I've just been on Flybe three times this week and honestly, it was the best! The staff were really friendly, booking was a breeze, and the flights were so smooth. I even had a great chat with Kevin, who is just the coolest Crew Manager ever. I really hope Flybe keeps expanding and adding more flights in the future. Amazing job, Flybe!

    Cancellation and delays nightmare

    My recent experience with this airline has been a total nightmare. Firstly, my flight from Edinburgh to Belfast got cancelled with no alternatives offered. I was left stranded and really annoyed. Then, when I was waiting for a flight from Belfast to Birmingham, I found out that the same flight had been cancelled again. On top of that, the flight I eventually got on was delayed for 2 hours because of a software issue. Overall, it was a really inconvenient and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise steering clear of this airline.

    Flight from Belfast to Southampton

    I'm so frustrated right now! My flight got cancelled at the last minute and there weren't any other flights to catch. I had to wait for ages to get a refund, it's really annoying. Why bother booking in the first place if they're just going to cancel anyway? It's just plain rude!

    Stranded in Amsterdam

    My time with that airline was a complete nightmare. I found myself stuck in Amsterdam with no help, info, refund, or even a response to my emails. There was absolutely no customer service or care for us passengers. It's even more shocking to learn that this airline is owned by a dodgy US hedge fund. They need to give us our money back right away!

    I would definitely steer clear of using this airline. Their customer service is practically non-existent and they are always delaying flights, it's enough to send you over the edge. The ground staff aren't much help either, they never give any useful information about why the delays are happening, leaving us all in the lurch and feeling annoyed. It's a mystery to me how this airline is able to keep its doors open with such terrible service.

    Delayed flight, poor compensation

    My flight with the airline was really disappointing. We got stuck waiting for over three hours on our flight from Belfast City to Amsterdam on the 10th of June 2022, and all we got from the airline was a measly drinks voucher worth £4 on their app. It was just not good enough not to compensate us properly for such a big delay.

    Flight from hell

    My recent flight was honestly quite disappointing. The plane didn't have much in terms of amenities - no radio and not a lot of space for my legs, which made the whole journey pretty uncomfortable. And when I finally got my suitcase back, it was covered in filth, not great. Then there were some passengers having some kind of party at the front of the plane, and no one from the staff said anything - it just added to the mess and made the whole atmosphere pretty unpleasant. All in all, my time with the airline wasn't great at all.

    My experience with this airline was terrible. I can't believe how incompetent and disrespectful they were. I was stuck at the airport for hours because they kept cancelling flights without telling us why or offering compensation. It's shocking that they can still run a business treating customers like that. The lack of communication and organisation was disgraceful, and I won't ever fly with them again.

    I just can't believe how many times this airline has either cancelled or delayed my flights! In the last three weeks, I've had 8 flights booked and only ONE was actually on time. It's a complete joke! When I tried to complain to them on the phone, all I got was arrogance and they even cut me off mid-complaint. I was so polite and didn't swear, but they just didn't seem to care. I've ended up spending a fortune on taxis every time they've cancelled a flight, and they always do it with just 1 and a half hours notice! No apology, no email, nothing! It's just not good enough.

    Flight cancellation with short notice

    I was really let down by a flight cancellation that happened just 2 hours before I was due to leave. It was a nightmare as I was on my way to visit my son in Glasgow and had little time to spare. The customer service afterwards was terrible - they didn't seem to know what they were doing and didn't offer any real help. I'd suggest looking at other airlines before you book with them.
