    Recent amazing trip

    I've just come back from an amazing 10-night trip to a fabulous beach resort in Phuket. I managed to get a fantastic deal through this company. I decided to book over the phone and I was really impressed with the great service I received from Stephenie—a member of staff. She was so efficient, knew her stuff and really helped get everything sorted quickly. I got confirmation for our resort stay, transfers, and flights within just a day—how efficient is that! The whole trip went perfectly, no issues or unexpected surprises. I'm already looking forward to our next luxurious holiday with this company.

    Overpriced all-inclusive hotel booking

    Oh, what a letdown that was! I was so looking forward to a lovely getaway, but instead, I was faced with deception and unprofessionalism. I had booked a fancy all-inclusive trip for four people, but unfortunately, one of our group couldn't make it. So, a week beforehand, I got in touch to ask for a refund for the unused part of their stay - specifically, the cost of food. But, they didn't want to oblige and were quite unhelpful. They said it was all down to the hotel, but when I spoke directly to the hotel, they said they hadn't been paid yet and had agreed to the refund. Even with proof to back up my request, Luxury Escapes just wouldn't listen. It's not right for a luxury travel company to act in such a dishonest way. I'm still waiting for my refund and a response from them.

    Pleasant experience with organising escapes

    I recently had the joy of organising a getaway, whether for work or play, and it was just lovely working with the people there. Zoraya G. was absolutely brilliant, showing a great deal of know-how and professionalism the whole way through. I can't praise the service from Luxury Escapes highly enough.
