    I wanted to make a trip to Turkey and i need an airline I could trust for convenience, quality service, and quite affordable. I went online searching for an airline company to use. I booked a flight with Malaysia airlines. their services was top-notch and their prices were quite affordable compared to those I have used in the past. I was impressed with their services and holiday packages. Whenever I want to travel or go for vacations, I will always fly Malaysia airlines. I recommend Malaysia airlines for anyone who intends to use an airline that will be convenient has good service delivery and is affordable.

    Great Air Hostess

    Wow, I was on this flight from Kuala Lumpur to Heathrow and there was this really lovely Chinese air hostess who just made my whole experience a lot better. She was always so helpful and polite, even when I probably wasn't being my best self. She made sure I had soda, snacks - everything I needed, really. I think she definitely deserves a raise! Overall, it was a really good experience and I'd definitely choose to fly with them again.

    I had a great time flying with Malaysia Airlines. The flights were really comfortable and even though we were delayed due to storms, the airline arranged hotels for us and re-scheduled our flights without any trouble.

    Delayed flight, website errors, bad customer service, expensive fares

    So, I was on this really long flight, you know? And it got delayed for a whole 12 hours! Can you believe it? And when I tried to change my flight on their website, it was so confusing with loads of errors. It was just so frustrating! And let's not even talk about their customer service. I was on hold forever, eventually got through to someone, and then they just randomly hung up on me. Like, seriously? And get this - the pilot had to lower the landing gear again to cool the brakes after take-off. What kind of airline does that? Such a third-rate experience, honestly. And on top of all that, the flights were really expensive. Definitely won't be flying with them again, that's for sure!

    Transit flight experience

    My transit flight experience with this airline was an absolute nightmare. I was meant to have a 4-hour layover, which I thought would be plenty of time to catch my next flight. But, because the airline kept delaying my first flight, I ended up missing the second one to my final destination. It was such a hassle and cost me both time and money. I felt completely stranded and had to fork out extra cash to book another flight to the Maldives.

    Flight experience review

    My recent flight with an airline was really disappointing. When we got to the transfer desk, me and my partner had to wait in a disorganised queue for way too long. Things got worse when the staff accused us of not being in line, even though CCTV cameras proved we were. As our departure time approached, they were hesitant to give us our boarding passes and instead told us to leave the airport, get our luggage, and buy new tickets for a whopping $2,400 for a short flight. It put a real downer on the end of our honeymoon and we felt really let down by the airline's lack of professionalism and care for its customers. The only good thing was one staff member at the ticket counter who showed some empathy towards us. If they keep neglecting their responsibilities and treating passengers poorly, I don't see this airline doing well in the future.

    Osaka to Singapore travel experience

    My trip from Osaka to Singapore with your airline was an absolute nightmare. The flight from Osaka to Kuala Lumpur had to be redirected to Ho Chi Min because of an engine problem, which led to a 24-hour delay. The staff on the ground at KL airport were all over the place and not very helpful in getting things sorted out quickly. This caused even more hold-ups as they tried to organise the passengers. Because of this, connecting flights were missed, so we were stuck in KL overnight with no way to continue our journey. To add to the chaos and annoyance of the situation, the transportation organised by the airline failed to pick us up the next morning from the hotel.

    Business class flight from Vietnam to KL

    I flew from Vietnam to KL in business class recently and let me tell you, it was the worst experience ever! The seat was incredibly uncomfortable and the recliner didn't even work. The plane felt so ancient, I might as well have been sitting on a pile of rocks. I've travelled in economy with other airlines like Emirates, Singapore Airlines, and Etihad, and they were miles better than this business class flight.

    When the meal came around on a trolley, I didn't even get a choice of what to eat, so I decided to pass and just asked for a green tea. Even after reminding the crew twice, I never got my green tea. They didn't even offer me a glass of water. My colleague wanted a coffee, but was rudely informed that they don't serve coffee on short flights. The crew's attitude was so arrogant and rude, it was a disgrace to business class travel. I have no intention of ever flying with this airline again!

    Enrich hotels booking mix-up

    I booked a stay at the Pullman hotel in KL for 3 nights, but there was a mistake with the month in the system. When I got there, they didn't have a room for me and wouldn't give me a refund. I admit I should have checked the confirmation more carefully, but the wrong date was hidden among a bunch of other details. They should have at least tried to contact me when I didn't arrive on the booking day, but they showed no concern at all. The website and service are unreliable, so I suggest avoiding them! I ended up losing a lot of money and had to make a booking at another hotel.

    Cancelled flight, delayed rebooking

    My flight got cancelled out of the blue, had to wait around for ages to get rebooked, then suffered from delays with the new flights. The customer service was so bad, no one seemed to care. They didn't even offer any compensation. Honestly, it's the worst airline I've ever flown with.

    Flight experience to Australia

    My recent trip to Australia by plane was not great. The staff were really bad and didn't make me feel welcome or at ease at all. And the planes seemed really old and not up to date, so it wasn't a nice flying experience. The food they gave us wasn't great either, which just made the whole trip even worse. I would suggest looking for a different airline for your next trip.

    Flight from Auckland to KL

    I just got back from flying Auckland to KL and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare! First thing, they hit me with a $300 NZD charge just because my bag was 5 KG over the limit. Can you believe it? Totally unfair if you ask me! Then, the cabin crew were so unwelcoming, the food was awful, and don't get me started on the in-flight entertainment - it didn't even work! And to top it off, they didn't even make up for all the hassle. I'll definitely never be flying with them again, and I'm warning everyone to steer clear!
