Recent holiday booking
I've just booked a holiday through this company and I must say, it was a breeze from beginning to end. The low deposits and flexible payment options really helped me plan and budget for my trip. The flights, hotel, and transfers all went without a hitch, no problems at all. I've tried other holiday companies before, but after this great experience, I won't be looking anywhere else. The prices this company offered were really good compared to others online. All in all, a fabulous experience - I highly recommend it.
Icmeler stay booking
My time with the company was absolutely brilliant, right from the beginning to the end. I managed to get a really good deal for the Icmeler stay that I wanted to book with them. Booking the property was so easy, they gave me clear and detailed information for transfers and check-in at the property. I was really impressed with how simple it was to use their website and make my reservation. Overall, I was really happy with the service and would definitely suggest them to anyone wanting to book a holiday.
Family holiday
Oh my goodness, I just have to say that this company is absolutely amazing for holidays! This is the second time my family has booked with them and we had such a great time on both occasions. The booking process was really straightforward, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable. Also, the delivery of all the information and tickets was quick and accurate. I can't wait for our next holiday with them! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Sunshine proposes low cost travel packages, yet one of the best I have seen
What special about Sunshine, is how they offering extensive range of amazing holidays inclusive of great packages, stuff and lot of things around, then you find the price cut to the cost-effective demands of your pocket. I will not say it is totally cheap but it feels so much cheap as the service is high quality, whether it is their pacakges, customer assistance or other things.
Quick getaway hotel
The hotel we stayed at for a quick getaway was really nice. The rooms were cozy, but it was a bit annoying that there wasn't a fridge in them. We had to rent one from reception, which wasn't too expensive, but it would have been better if it was already in the room for a short visit like ours. The breakfast was really good though, with lots of different choices available.
Booking a holiday package
I've just booked a holiday package with this company and I have to say, everything went really well. Booking was a breeze, no problems at all. Flights were on time and stress-free, and the hotel was really nice. All in all, I had a fantastic holiday and I'd definitely suggest this company to anyone planning their next trip.
Overseas holiday booking success
As a newcomer to the UK, I struggled a bit with figuring out different services at first. But when it came to booking a vacation, Sunshine Holidays made it so easy. I've booked holidays with them twice now, for me and my daughter, and both times everything went really well. Their website is so easy to use, even for someone like me who's not used to this kind of thing.
Corfu trip
My first trip to Corfu was absolutely lovely. Even though the hotel was quite basic, the friendly locals more than made up for it with their warm hospitality. Hiring a car meant I could go off the beaten path and find hidden gems like the stunning "Canal d'Amour." All in all, it was a brilliant holiday that gave me some amazing memories.
Accommodation location convenient
The accommodation was in a great spot, really handy for shops, the seafront, and the bus stops. There was even a big supermarket just down the road. Everything was so clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful the whole time I was there. I couldn't have asked for a better location for my holiday.

On the whole, I thought booking was quick and simple. They let me know about any changes to my booking ahead of time, and all the documents were easy to find. But, I got a bit annoyed when they said I could only stay at the hotel for up to 14 days, while other guests could stay longer.
Booking experience
I had a really disappointing experience with this company. Their service was really bad, and they were lacking basic manners and professionalism. The prices kept going up, and my booking was just left pending without any explanation. When I tried to talk to a manager about it, they just hung up on me without sorting out the problem. In general, my experience with this company was really unpleasant, and I wouldn't suggest their services to anyone.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. Their communication has been extremely poor and deceptive. They claim to allow cancellations for a full refund, but in reality, they make it almost impossible to cancel and end up keeping your money. Despite my numerous attempts to cancel, they have continued to take money out of my bank account. I have spent hours on the phone and tried to reach them through live chat, but have had no success.
It is incredibly frustrating to feel ignored and not taken seriously when trying to address a significant issue. Now, I find myself in a heartbreaking situation where I am unable to get my money back or reschedule my booking. The complete lack of responsiveness and accountability from them is truly shocking. I have decided that I will never give them my business again.Affordable booking platform
The booking platform is really cheap compared to others. It was easy to use and find my way around, plus the prices were lower than other sites I'd looked at. The only issue I had was that sorting out problems took a bit long, but in general, my time using this platform was good.
Booked 2 rooms, only got 1
I went on holiday with my family and we booked 2 rooms, but we only got 1! We were really looking forward to having our own space, but ended up having to share instead. And you know what? When we tried to speak to someone about it, there was no one around! I mean, what's that all about? It was really frustrating not being able to sort it out properly.

I've booked my holidays with them loads of times and never had any problems. They always chat to me and give me all the stuff I need to know. I think they're really good, would recommend all my friends to go with them.
Delayed response on holiday booking
The customer service is absolutely shocking. I was told I would hear back within 3 days, but I've not heard a peep since. My holiday is coming up soon and I've still had no contact. It's ridiculous that I can't even reach them by phone.
Flight booking issues
I booked my flights with this company and it was pretty straightforward, but unfortunately they made a mistake with my return flight. I requested Gatwick but ended up with Luton, which meant I had to fork out some extra cash. The rest of the booking process was fine, but I couldn't seem to locate the representative in Turkey when it came to organising my excursions.
Family holiday booking
I'm afraid to say that our recent family holiday wasn't up to scratch. When we got there, the food was cold, there was no kids playroom as promised, and we couldn't find any WiFi, except if we paid a lot for a WiFi box. They only changed our bedding once and we had to ask for it. There was only one towel for the three of us, and we had to borrow towels from other guests because we didn't get any fresh ones all week. To top it all off, we saw some scary stuff happen with the bar staff from the place next door, and it really ruined our holiday.
Booking holiday - Great value
I had such a great time with Sunshine Holidays. Booking my holiday was a breeze, and everything, from the flight to the transfer and hotel, went really smoothly. The booking was quick and the holiday was definitely worth the money. I'll definitely be using them again next time.
