    The website was really easy to get around, but I did come across a bit of a frustrating problem with the button for choosing how many days I wanted for my tour. It just wasn't working properly, which made the whole thing a bit more difficult than it should have been. It might be a good idea to fix this issue so that future customers don't have the same problem. Apart from that little hiccup, everything else went well and I managed to find what I needed in the end.

    The team was absolutely brilliant, they really went the extra mile to help me with sorting out my payment plans.     Cruise booking

    I've gone and booked a cruise, but there's been a couple of hiccups. Firstly, they didn't even bother telling me the name of the ship I'm meant to be sailing on. How can I possibly decide if that's the right cruise for me? And then, when I attempted to make the second payment, the payment page vanished on me when I had to switch screens to sort out the payment on my banking app. Now, I'm stressing out that they might end up charging me twice if I try to make the payment again. It's all such a palaver, why does everything have to be so bloomin' complicated?

The phone number they gave didn't work, and I never got a reply to my message about arranging airport transfer. On top of that, I had trouble inputting the flight times because they said they were wrong, even though I tried both the 12-hour and 24-hour formats.

    I found my experience with Tourradar to be quite frustrating, to be honest. Although the customer service team were nice and easy to reach, the whole booking process for a tour was a bit of a mess. I chose a tour, reserved it, paid for it all within the 48-hour timeframe, but then the next day I was told the tour was fully booked. It left me confused - why take payment for something that's not even available? I never got a proper answer to that question. And when I got in touch with the tour company directly, they confirmed that there were no spaces left for us either.
