    Ski trip with Travel Ski

    I had an amazing experience with Travel Ski. From the moment I booked my ski trip to when I got back home, everything went perfectly without any problems. Even when French rail strikes caused some issues, Travel Ski kept me updated and sorted out different options for me. The upgraded premium train and private transfer were really worth the extra cost as they added a fancy touch to my trip. The location of the accommodation was spot on, right next to the ski hire shop and lifts, which made it super easy for me to get to the slopes each day. The resort itself was a lovely surprise, with fantastic skiing areas and an all-round great experience. The only thing I would change is having a slightly fancier accommodation with an extra bathroom, as it was a bit tricky to find that information on the website. Despite this, I will definitely book with Travel Ski again in the future.

    The team at Travel Ski were amazing - they were super efficient and answered all my questions without any trouble. They were really helpful and made my whole experience so much better. However, I did find the website a bit confusing as I had to specifically look under the skitrain section to find train deals. It would be easier for users if it was just another filter option. The information page about using the ski train could also be improved - it would be great to have details about leaving luggage at St Pancras, directions to the station, and maybe even some deals for a night stay or a day in London as part of the holiday. Overall, including more useful information would definitely improve the customer experience.

    Ski trip booking and cancellation

    I recently sorted out a ski trip for me and some mates using this travel company. I was happy to see that their customer service wasn't just good with email but also easy to get hold of on the phone when I needed help. But, because France decided to put restrictions on UK tourists, I had to cancel my plans and ask for a refund. I have to admit, I was pretty impressed with how smoothly everything went. I asked them to stick to their cancellation policy and they quickly refunded me without any trouble. The money was back on my card in just 2 days. I really appreciate the quick and professional way the team at Travel Ski handled everything.

    Ski package booking

    I recently booked a ski trip with this company because I wanted to travel by train to the resort. The booking was really easy and I could check out different options and prices easily. When I needed help, I could just call customer service without any problems. The package price was good and better than if I had booked with flights. Unfortunately, the train schedules got messed up because of work in France, so we couldn't go on the dates we planned. But the company gave us a full refund quickly, which was great. The staff were really helpful, knew what they were talking about, and spoke good English, so overall it was a good experience.

    Les Arc ski trip

    I've just got back from my ski trip to Les Arc and I have to say, Travel Ski did a fantastic job. Everything went really smoothly and they quickly answered all of my questions, usually within 6 hours. I don't get why people are complaining about slow responses, because that wasn't my experience at all. The only thing I would recommend is maybe offering customers a pint of beer in the lounge or a glass of wine with dinner on the overnight journey to BSM. Apart from that, everything was top-notch.

    Ski holiday in Tignes

    I had an amazing ski trip in Tignes and I really suggest taking the train to travel there. It's a more eco-friendly choice than flying, even if the journey might take a bit longer. The whole experience was well organised by the company. They had great communication and, although there was some waiting for transfer coaches, everything went well. I would definitely use this service again next time.

    Ski holiday booking

    I booked a ski holiday with Travel Ski recently and it was mostly good. Booking was simple and the staff were really professional and friendly. But, we had a problem on our way back on the TGV train. It broke down and we were stuck for six hours, missing our next train to Birmingham. However, we managed to find a hotel and stayed overnight until the next day. I have to say, Travel Ski did a great job handling it all, even though it wasn't their fault.

    Saint Jean d Arves ski trip

    I had such a fantastic time on my first ski trip with Travel Ski! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially since we were beginners. We felt so welcomed from start to finish and had an amazing experience. I was initially a bit nervous about booking online, but everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful time.     Ski-in, ski-out accommodation

    The accommodation was in a great spot, right by the slopes and near the ski school. The apartment was a good size, but I was really let down by how it had been cleaned. The bins were full, there were bits of organic stuff on the carpet, and there was a funny smell hanging around. It's such a pity that a place in such a good location didn't have better cleanliness.

    I'm afraid I had a bit of a problem with the booking system. I entered all the details for our ski trip, like needing lessons and the ages of everyone coming along, but the system didn't save it properly. So, they kept asking for the same info over and over again, which was really annoying and confusing. It's a shame that they still haven't fixed this issue after a whole year.

    We had a great time at the ski resort! The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was spot on, just by the slopes that led to the lifts. Our apartment was nice and roomy, with lots of space to store our things. It was easy to find parking and we could easily walk to the shops and town center. Overall, our stay was really pleasant and stress-free.

    I was absolutely shocked by the poor communication and lack of basic facilities at the apartment I booked through this company. Not only was I charged twice for the final payment, but I also started receiving emails in French instead of English. It was a complete nightmare. And let's not even talk about the apartment itself - no bed linen, no toilet paper, and barely any hot water! When I called the emergency line for assistance, they had the nerve to tell me that "this is normal, nothing is provided". I couldn't believe it!

    Dirty old apartment

    This apartment that's supposed to be all "vintage" was a letdown. The dishes were absolutely filthy, and it was obvious that nothing had been modernised in ages. I reckon it's about time to splash out on some fresh glasses and give the whole place a good scrub before putting it up for rent.

    Ski trip accommodation

    We were so close to the slopes, but we won't be booking this place again. The real estate agency knew all about the issues, they weren't surprised when we mentioned the problems. It's not nice to come back to a dirty and damaged apartment after a long day of skiing. And we had to pay almost 100€ extra for bedding and towels, which made it quite expensive overall. We're really disappointed and thinking about contacting consumer protection, especially since the agency advertised it as a "beautiful, completely renovated apartment" - but we didn't see those renovations anywhere. Thanks for your feedback.

    The ski trip was really good! The place we stayed in was lovely - the apartments were clean, cosy, and had plenty of space. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Also, the price was fair and there were some good deals on offer.

    Delayed return, poor compensation

    This company is a complete disaster. They delayed our return by 6 hours, so we had to carry our bags through Paris without any help. Not only did they not give us the compensation they promised, but they only offered us £18 per person, which is insulting. It's absolutely disgraceful. They said they would pay for our hotel and taxi, but they left us to fend for ourselves. Their customer service is terrible, and they have the audacity to blame Eurostar for the delay. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
