    I tried to set up a business account with this company for the second time. Unfortunately, my first attempt got rejected but I wasn't given clear reasons why. This lack of clarity made it hard for me to figure out what went wrong. I couldn't reach the business team directly to discuss my concerns, which made it even more frustrating. On top of that, I had to keep chasing updates on my application because the promised emails didn't come through within the 5 working days timeframe. It was disappointing to see that the company didn't seem to care much about attracting new customers, given the poor communication and support during the account setup process.

    Oh my goodness, everyone, I usually don't write reviews but I really feel like I have to mention that my phone broke this week and I'm now using a spare that doesn't have esim capability, so I have a temporary number.     I've had a terrible experience with the customer service at this company. I couldn't access my funds for over two weeks because the ID verification process took much longer than expected. Even though I sent all the necessary documents, they kept saying it would take another five working days to unblock my account. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times, but they never called me back. The people I spoke to on the phone seemed uninterested and didn't show any empathy towards my situation. Because of this delay, my business is struggling, and I'm on the verge of bankruptcy.

    It's absolutely outrageous that the bank thinks it's okay to hide behind call handlers and automated email responses when dealing with important issues like unauthorized account closures and stolen funds. Customers deserve more than just being stopped from talking to the people who can actually give them proper answers and help. It's high time for the bank to own up to the mistakes they've made and put things right by giving back the money that's owed. The people in charge of this bank need to take responsibility for their dishonest actions and deal with the outcomes.

    Cashplus Credit Card

    I signed up for the Cashplus Credit Card and was quite happy with the £750 limit to begin with. Yet, after using the card responsibly for more than six months, I was let down by the fact that my credit limit didn't go up. The only way to get in touch with customer service is by phone, which means long waits and unhelpful staff. All in all, I've decided to clear this card and move my business elsewhere because of the bad service I've had.
