    I had a really positive experience dealing with Caitlin from customer service. She knew her stuff inside out and gave me all the info I needed in a way that was easy to understand. She was so friendly and approachable, it made everything really smooth and stress-free. I felt well looked after the whole time. Caitlin clearly knows the company's products and services inside out and can communicate really well. After leaving the store, I felt really confident in my decision and had a better idea of what options were out there for me. Caitlin's professionalism and great customer service skills definitely went above and beyond what I was expecting.

    Easy registration and fast card delivery

    My experience with signing up and getting my card was pretty good overall. Registering was simple and quick, and I was happy with how fast my card came in the post. However, I hit a snag when I tried to log into my account after signing up. Even though I finished registering just fine, I never got an email with my temporary password, so I couldn't access my account. It was frustrating because it stopped me from making the most of the services available.

    I was really let down by my experience with this company. I ordered a card that never showed up, and it took ages for the security check to clear, two whole days in fact. What's more, I had trouble logging into the bank linked with the card. It was just a total waste of my time and energy.

    I wouldn't trust that company with your hard-earned money if I were you. They'll charge you for every little thing, block your account out of nowhere, and just leave you high and dry. I'm currently homeless all because of their shady ways. Stay well away from them, mate!
