Radiator for 1994 Convertible Car
I recently bought a radiator for my 1994 convertible car from Online Car Parts, and I have to say I was really impressed with the service. The branded radiator for my car would have cost me £524 including VAT, but Online Car Parts had a much cheaper option. They gave me a choice of five different makes, tailored for cars with or without air-conditioning, and it only cost me £124 including VAT. The delivery was quick, arriving within 4 days, and they even offered me the option to return the radiator for free if it didn't fit my vehicle. I went for the Ridex component, and I have to say, the quality and fit were excellent. I'm really happy with my purchase and the service from Online Car Parts.

I never thought I will patronize online companies for stuffs such as car parts and medicine considering that when you need them in most cases, it is always urgent. Incorrect part received

I tried to cancel my order a few days after I placed it, but they said it was too late because it had already been sent out. I thought this website was based in the UK because of the .co.uk address and prices in £, but it's actually in Germany. I ordered car parts expecting quick delivery, but it's been a week and they still haven't been sent out. I requested a refund, but all I keep getting is the same email. My car is now just sitting there, not working, and I'm really frustrated. I should have gone with a real UK company. If they finally send out my parts today, maybe I'll change my mind, but for now, I'm warning everyone to steer clear unless you have all the time in the world to wait for your car parts.

I really needed a car part urgently, so I found this website with a huge selection. I placed my order expecting it to arrive quickly, but it turns out the company is based in Germany, not here. I paid over £8 for delivery, thinking it would be next day, but it actually took 2 days just to process my order. Now I have no idea how long it will take to arrive from Germany. I came across the sensor I was looking for, and it was as small as a matchbox! The cost was good, but I was taken aback by the high fee for the courier service. They sent out the part promptly, but it took a whole three days for it to even appear on the tracking system. And once Evri finally got hold of it, it took another three days for the delivery to reach me. If you want your part quicker, I'd definitely suggest looking into a different courier service!
