I recently ordered two tyres online with a home fitting service from this company and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the smooth experience. The fact that they offered a home fitting service was a big plus for me, as it saved me the hassle of having to drive to a physical location. The fitter even gave me a call to let me know he was on his way and he arrived within the promised time frame. Not only was the fitter quick in fitting the tyres, but he also went above and beyond by finding the wheel nut key that I didn't even know was there. It was a hassle-free process from start to finish, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

I recently got my tyres fitted at Tyre Shopper and I must say, it was a pretty good experience overall. The process of ordering on their website was easy and quick. However, there was a bit of a hold-up in the fitting because two of the fitters didn't show up on time due to some staffing problems. Nevertheless, the staff who were there that day did their best to make things work and tried to fit me in as close to my preferred time as they could. Once they started the fitting, the team did a fantastic job.

My first pick of tyre wasn't in stock, so they suggested a cheaper one for the same price. I decided to ring up and query this, which led to me getting the top-notch Pirelli tyre for the original price. Everything turned out fine, but it did make me wonder why they didn't offer the upgrade straight away instead of the cheaper option. It does make you think, don't you agree? Anyway, the person who came to fit the tyre was fantastic and quick.

I recently got two budget tyres put on at this tyre shop, and honestly, it wasn't a great experience. The tyres were cheap, which seemed like a good bargain at first. But the technicians did a terrible job - they damaged both my alloys while fitting them, and the branded tyres I bought only lasted 9,000 miles. That's really frustrating because I've never had tyres wear out so quickly before. Even cheaper tyres from other places have lasted longer for me. I bought four tyres from this tyre shop for mobile fitting and it was a really disappointing experience. I had originally booked a Friday morning appointment, but no one turned up. When I got in touch with them, I found out that the job hadn't been assigned to anyone, so there was no one available to fit the tyres. I then rescheduled for the next Wednesday, but got a call from the fitter saying that two of the tyres hadn't even been ordered, meaning they couldn't fit them at all. This resulted in another rescheduled appointment, and I had to take more time off work just so they could finally fit the tyres. Overall, it was a really poor and frustrating experience that has left me feeling unsatisfied with their services.

I went to buy some tyres at this shop recently and it was a total disaster. I chose the tyres I wanted, paid for them, and scheduled a fitting appointment. But then, I got an email saying the tyres weren't in stock. They didn't even say sorry, just offered me a fitting two days later than I wanted. When I called customer service about it, I was on hold for 25 minutes and still no apology. I decided to cancel my order straight away and I won't be going back there again.

X4 Tyres fitted with mobile fitter
What a nightmare it has been dealing with this company! We thought we were doing the right thing by booking our tyre change in advance, but we really messed up. We were told that a mobile fitter would come on Monday to change all four tyres, but then we discovered the rear tyres were not available. We agreed to a different brand, but then on Monday, we got an email saying the fitter couldn't make it due to unexpected issues. Frustrating, but we rearranged for Friday. Can you believe it? Another email on Friday.
New tyres fitting appointment
I had a really terrible experience with this tyre shop. I booked an appointment to have new tyres fitted, but not once, but twice, they didn't have the tyres ready on the day and time I had chosen. I had to take time off work and drive all the way there just to leave disappointed and frustrated. What's even worse is that the shop didn't communicate at all about the delay or apologise for the inconvenience. This lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. It's worth paying a bit more to go with a different tyre retailer that's reliable and trustworthy.
