Dietary supplement purchase
The ordering process went really smoothly and was hassle-free, which is quite unusual for me when using most online shops. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the delivery arrived, just a few days after ordering. My Consultant suggested this product to help with my IBS/SIBO symptoms, and I have faith in their knowledge. I've been taking the product by mixing a sachet with lactose-free yogurt each morning, and I actually quite enjoy the taste. While I haven't felt the full effects of the product just yet, I am happy with it for now.

Because there was a mix-up with my address, my order got sent back to the sender. I got in touch with the company and they were super quick to respond, promising to send out a new batch the next day. To my surprise, I ended up receiving both the original package and the fresh batch. I offered to pay for the extra box, but they kindly said I could keep it without any extra charge. Their level of service was way beyond what I was expecting and it really impressed me.

I must say, this gut health supplement has really made a difference in my son's overall well-being. Not only has it helped protect him from leaky gut syndrome, but his behaviour and focus have also improved a lot since he started taking it. I mix it into his daily glass of Nesquik flavoured milk, and he doesn't even realise it's there. It is a bit expensive, but the results we've seen have definitely made it worth every penny.

I tried a probiotic supplement a few years back on my doctor's advice, but it had lactose in it and that didn't sit well with me. Fortunately, I recently found a vegan version of the supplement and thought I'd give it a go. I have to say, it's really made a difference for me! I've been a customer of VSL#3 for a while now, and I have to say I was really let down by the courier service they used for my recent delivery. Normally, DPD has been spot on with letting me know when my delivery would be coming, which was really helpful for me. But this time, my package came from Royal Mail, and they just turned up on a Sunday out of the blue, without giving me any heads up. They left it outside on a hot day, which was worrying because VSL#3 has to be kept cool. It was a shame to see such a lack of communication and care for the product compared to my previous experiences with DPD.

After I finished my antibiotics, my doctor recommended that I start taking a probiotic supplement to rebalance the good bacteria in my stomach. I gave this product a go and I have to say, it seems to have the most potent probiotic strains compared to other brands I've used before. I definitely noticed an improvement in my digestion and general gut health after sticking with it consistently.

The liquid in the packaging has leaked out into the box during delivery. Me and my mate both ordered our sample packs at the same time, but hers arrived really fast, just in 3 days. Whereas mine took ages to turn up! I was getting so impatient waiting for it, but when it finally got delivered, I was so keen to give it a go. The product seemed decent, but the slow delivery time was a bit disappointing. Next time, I'll make sure to order it well in advance so I'm not left waiting for ages again.

I bought a gut health supplement not long ago, but I was a bit disappointed with the delivery. The supplement seems fine quality-wise, but when it arrived, the package was warm and the ice packs had melted. Gut issues remedy
I was told by my doctor to try this product for my gut problems, so I thought I'd give it a go. It's still early days, so I can't say for sure if it's helping, but at least I haven't had any bad side effects yet, which is a relief. The taste, though, is just awful. I've been mixing it with water, but it's so hard to swallow. It clumps up and makes it even worse, so I have to let it sit and keep stirring. After two weeks of struggling, I know I need to find something else to mix it with because drinking it straight is just too much.
Monthly charging scheme
The new monthly charging scheme feels like a rip off to me. I could order before without signing up for a subscription, but now I have to pay an extra £10 if I don't. I'm not very pleased with this change. Also, I was quite disappointed to see that the chilled medicine was not packed in insulation for my recent order. It was left in my hot summer house, which is not the best situation. Previous orders always had insulation, so I'm not sure why this one didn't. On a positive note, the vsl medicine itself worked great and relieved my stomach pain.

I took these pictures after feeling really unwell for months because of IV antibiotics and medication. After just 3 days of taking them, I stopped feeling sick and didn't have to keep rushing to the toilet. I'll definitely be ordering more.
